Here are some of my ideas that could be added to the Anarchist Cookbook
Here is an idea to shut off power to a large number of telephone poles before cutting up the wires. Locate a substation. A substation is where the very high voltage of the high tension wires is stepped down for use locally. Substations can usually be found very near high tension wires. Cut down the nearest telephone pole in a direction away from the substation itself pulling the wire with it. This disconnects the wire without touching anything. Do this to enough substations close together and the wires might be dead. It takes time for the transformers on the poles to discharge. Cutting up the wires is important because they can be used as antenna's. If enough wire gets cut up it will be difficult to replace.
The trucks used by electric company's (cherry pickers, etc) are very expensive. When they are using them they leave the engines running because it powers the equipment attached to it. A pellet gun could be used from a somewhat safe distance to puncture the radiator. Five or ten minutes after the radiator is empty, the engine will overheat and sieze making the truck useless. This could also be done to police and fire trucks.
There is a transformer on every few poles all across the country. They can be quite expensive. Shooting a couple holes in them would destroy it. This could also be used on microwave/cell phone towers.
Almost every telephone pole has a grounding rod next to it. I know that coax cable must be continuosly grounded as it goes. There must be a wire extending from the top of the pole to the rod at the base. Cutting this wire may disrupt service.
Create traffic jams in inner city areas by stopping some vehicles and destoying them. Or get some cheap cars get on a highway at rush hour, get next to each other to block the highway, stop and light them on fire. Doing this in areas like downtown Manhattan would create a nightmare traffic jam.
Spray utensils (knives, forks spoons) cups and plates with swamp water or any stagnant water. It can be teeming with bacteria.
Pour acid on the bolts that hold down the towers that hold high tension wires. Or come up with some way to weaken the structure. The next big wind will blow it over.
Destroying the roof of a building is one idea. The roofs of most buildings are weaker than the surrounding walls, and it will do more damage. It would be even better if was raining or snowing. If you can't make a bomb and get it on the roof of a building, get a high powered rifle or pistol and shoot holes in the roof.
Have you ever been to a sporting event and seen them shooting t-shirts into the crowd? Those can be powerful and easily made. Instead of shooting t-shirts rig a piece of non-insulated wire with a couple weights attached. The weights could be hard wooden balls or something. Make the wire long enough to span a couple of high tension lines. Use it to short out high tension lines. The closer you are to a power plant, the more likely you would do damage to the plant itself.
Most places where railroad tracks cross a paved street the rails are at the same height as the pavement. This is done for the cars to cross the rails. The idea is to destroy a small section of the rail where it is the same level as the pavement. It could be easier to hide the damage from people who inspect the tracks. Fill it in with sand or something. The crossings are accessible to anyone and wouldn't attract too much attention. Whatever they use to bring down buildings might eat away enough to work. (World Trade Center) Thermite might work. There are recipes for Thermite in the Anarchist Cookbook 2000 that can be found on this page.
This is an idea to blow a hole in an underground pipeline without digging a hole and not spending too much time at the site. Build a large enough bomb to reach to pipeline with it’s explosion. Bring an extra vehicle (disposible) with you to the site. Preferably a truck. Load the truck with sandbags. At the site, remove some sandbags and place on top of the bomb but not enough prevent the truck from driving over it. Drive the truck over the bomb and leave it. Let the air out of the tires. The idea is that the weight placed on top of the bomb helps to direct the blast downward ensuring it destroys the target. It is the same principle used by construction crews when using dynamite. They have massive steel mats they place over the explosives. Finding the location of pipelines is relatively easy. Here in Massachusetts you simple call 1-800-dig-safe

Faraday Cage
Faraday Cage. A Faraday cage is any structure that is encased in metal and grounded to earth. The idea is that it shorts any voltage to ground. It is the same idea as coax cable. Coax cable is used for all broadband. The ground is the braided mesh that surrounds the signal carrier inside. It keeps noise off the signal and improves performance. The National Security Agency (which may be the problem in all of this) has it's headquarters at Ft Meade Maryland encased in copper mesh. This is why. Search youtube.com for NSA and there is a Discovery Channel documentary on it.
Most buildings can be retrofitted to act as a Faraday cage. It may not be as secure as the NSA but good enough. There are a lot of corrugated metal buildings in the country that are used for industrial purposes. If they were sufficiently grounded and a metal roof were added they would make a good Faraday cage. Set up a MASH unit (Mobile Army Surgical Hospital) inside to remove neural implants. A residential house can be made somewhat secure. Aluminum flashing can be put on the floor of the attic, or aluminum screen can be hung in the attic. Metallic paint can be put on the walls.
Noise Generator
Electricity is part of the science of life. All life forms on this planet generate very small electro-magnetic waves that can be picked up by electronic sensors. A Faraday cage can prevent surveillance from the outside but not inside if there are wires that are connected to a utility of some kind. (telephone company, cable or power company) Any wire leaving a building is a highway for surveillance. I have a number of MP3 players that are also an FM radio. The earbuds are the antenna. While the wire is delivering the audio signal to the speakers in the earbuds, it is also sending the recieved signal to the computer (radio). Any unshielded wires in your house, including AC power, could be acting the same. The AC wiring in a house can act like an antenna and pick up and send data to an outside party. The entire electric grid including the telephone poles and all the wires connected could be acting the same. The entire planet could be hooked up to computers acting like HAARP. A huge antenna operating at low frequency and high power. A person's brain gives off about 30 HZ while awake. Steps must be taken to secure the inside if you can't eliminate all utilities. A possible way to defeat the sensors would be to generate a lot of garbage electro-magnetic waves around the people and make it difficult for the sensors to pick up the EMI given off by the people. The people would have to always remain near the generator.
Specific Ideas
1. Spark Generators
Spark transmitters were one of the first Morse Code machines. As radio progressed they were outlawed because they interfered with radio signals. A Jacobs Ladder is a type of spark generator. At high voltages they can interupt everything. The Titanic had a Spark transmitter.
2. Mechanical Generators
Electric motors are notorious for generating noise that interferes with sensitive electronics. All motors have a rotor that must move and be energized at the same time. This is accomplished with a conducting brush that keeps contact with the rotor. It's possible to imitate the noise made by electric motors and then amplify it and broadcast it on an antenna.
3. Electronic Generator
I began experimenting with Texas Instruments MSP430 line of microcontrollers. The Launchpad comes preprogrammed with a software routine that pulses an LED. I theorize you could simply take that pulse, amplify it and put it on an antenna and it might create enough disturbance for one person. It could be made small enough to hang around a person's neck. Another electronic idea is to build a white noise generator, chop up the signal somehow and amplify that.
4. It might be possible to record the noise made by a spark transmitter, make a computer file out of it, then rebroadcast (transmit) it through a cell phone or iPod.
5. Take a spark plug from an internal combustion engine, mount it in a piece of metal to simulate an engine and run it as it would normally be used. It would generate something similar to a Jacob's Ladder or an old fashioned Spark Transmitter.
6. Smarthome sells X10 technology. X10 technology was developed in the 1970's by a company in Scotland. It uses the AC wiring in a house to send control signals to devices connected throughout the house. With a central control panel any light or device can be turned on or off. So it's possible to inject noise onto AC wires.
7. Another method of disabling AC wiring would be to 'tap' the wires like a Morse code key.
8. Filtering is a use of passive componants to eliminate noise. Passive componants consist of capacitors, inductors and resistors. All of these come in voltage ratings high enough for 120 AC. A lowpass filter could be setup near the panel where the wire leaves the building and suppress any frequencies above 60 HZ.
Radio Jamming Equipment
Noise generators prevent signals from being picked up. They could also prevent transmitting. But it might be useful to use the radio spectrum so jamming is more appropriate. In the early days of radar during WWII they discovered the 'microwave hearing effect. It was a clicking noise in the ears of people near the equipment. This technology may be very advanced by now. A possible name is 'electronic brain link'. Jamming is the science of disabling only selected frequencies.
Filtering
Modern communications are necessary to fight back. Data can be carried along with the normal signal. The human voice creates signals between 200HZ and about 30KHZ. Data could be superimposed on top of the voice. Filtering could prevent this. A low pass filter on a phone line could eliminate everything above 30KHZ. This does not totally solve the problem but it might help. Old style phone modems operate around 28KBPS which might get by, but it would slow the problem down.

Do they give you money for coming up with ideas for TV shows? I should go to Holyweed. Here's my idea. It's kinda like a candid camera but the person gets a moral or ethical dilemma. As far as I can see there is no set way to deal with this problem. I came up with some general guidelines.
1.You're of no use to anyone dead.
2.Never stop fighting.
3.Co-operation is surrrender.
4.Fraternizing is surrender.
5.Being civil is surrender.
6.Do whats right for you.
There is no underground. If there ever was an underground it has long since been taken over by the overground. Synchronicity controls everything. It is more probable that the underground was invented and controled by the overground all along (assuming there was one).

Whoever has synchronicity is running things. But who is it? I have become convinced my father knew something all along. And I mean before I was even born. Whatever the 'mistake' was it happened long before I was here. My mother was born in Texas, she is Catholic. I sometimes think now my mother was paired with my father to get her out of Texas, but it's a guess because some of her family is still there. My father was born in New Bedford, he was protestant. My older brother and sister were baptised catholic. My younger sister (RIP) and I were not baptised at all. The mistake must have happened after the war and they moved back to Massachusetts. My father hated the Catholic church, but not catholics. He got along with Francis across the street and often went out of his way to help. I was stuck in a La-Z-Boy chair for decades half awake anf half asleep. I would usually have the TV on. If it was Saturday and there was a BC or Notre Dame game on he always said something. Never failed. He routed for whoever was playing either BC or Notre Dame. If they were playing each other he reluctantly took BC. He thought Dick Cheney was the greatest thing since sliced bread. So this confuses me. Other things. At the very beginning of this thing, 2005 or 6, I saw a report that Dick Cheney made 8 million dollars one year and gave 6 million to charity. He and George Bush may have been making 'secret plans' to try to solve this thing, unaware that nothing is secret. I have seen videos on Youtube about large stores of coffins in Georgia and elsewhere. I have seen videos of FEMA camps. I posted a video titled 'Glen Beck Threatened by NWO'. While yes he may have caved to pressure the beginning shows him and the others at Fox genuinely startled at the idea they actually existed. So if the United States is being manipulated, then by who? John Paul I, who preceded John Paul II, lasted only a month. There have been reports he wanted to audit the Vatican Bank. Was he murdered? So who runs the Vatican? The Jesuits? They have at least 300 more years of history than the United States. So is the British Monarchy also being manipulated. What was Princess Di up to? Does the English Army always win the war because the Jesuits allow it? What!!!! I say to myself. Talk about needing a life. I sometimes say 'get a wife, get a life'. Every wife comes with a set of rolling pins. A ten pounder for when he is really bad, a five pounder etc.

When I was in the hospital in 2008 I recieved a Newsweek magazine with a picture of a polar bear and a story of thier demise. I know Rock N Roll is a way to fight back and stay alive (Don McClean-American Pie---..music can save your mortal soul...). I have often wondered if there was someone who went through this in Seattle and it was what started the Grunge sound in the early 1990's.
In the book 'Moby Dick' Ismael is the only survivor. To me this is a prediction that the frustration of the inability of the white caucasion to change the powers that be will ultimately drive them to destroy everyones life.

Also, I have said in the past that familiarity breeds contempt and that there are other things that do the same. Inability to connect is one. So you can hate me now or hate me later but you will hate me. I know I'm 54 yrs old. The line from Behind Blue Eyes '..No one knows what it's like to be hated, to be fated, to telling only lies..." You tell lies because you are forced to compensate for the fact you can't connect. If I had known the truth, or even if I had confirmation today, I would have known how to act around people and they would have known how to treat me. My life would have been a little better. In the original Star Trek series there was a character named Dr Spock played by Leonard Nimoy. He was from the planet Vulcan. They were beings who had systematically removed emotion from their race believing it was the cause for all the problems ie war, greed,etc. He was the science officer. He was logical all the time. This rubbed people the wrong way. Particularly the ships dr McCoy. They were always arguing. Even Captain Kirk (William Shatner) had to go out of his way to be nice. This is how it is.

Our current crop of psycho rich come from at least three places.
1.
The old royalty of Europe. They invented the central banking system and probably still own a significant portion of it.
2.
The people who run the Church. While I tend to go off on the Catholic Church alot they are the 8000lb gorilla in the room. The Vatican is the smallest country in the world, only a couple city blocks, but if you add up the property they own in every other country it's probably the size of Canada. And it's not swampland. It is also one of the largest employers in the world. Most of the early Popes were closely related to European royalty.
3.
The bourgeous. These are people who have risen from nothing since the beginning of the renaissance. The Rockefellers, Rothchild etc.
These people are the enemy. They write and direct the world stage.
On August 13 (see below) I told the story of Sara at Pembroke Hospital. There were stories of local crematory's being shut down. Maybe this is how they dispose of the bodies not Area 51. A stategy might be to destroy as many crematorys as possible to stop the killing. Destroying hospital ER's might help stop the chipping.

Why I Think the Libyan 'Revolution' is BS
Libya has some of the largest oil reserves in the world. They are also developed. It is on the north coast of Africa. It is not easily accessible from the Indian or Atlantic oceans. It is far enough inland to be unaccessible by air. It would require a land invasion and lengthy ground war. You would have to control the Mediteranean for easy access. They might come up with a way to divide Europe. My guess is there will be the debt holder nations and the debtor nations. Libyan oil can fuel the war.

If they knew nothing previous to Sept 11, how did the perpetrators stay under the radar?
Scientology is a killing machine at the disposal of the rich and powerful. Look at a rich mans daughter the wrong way and you too could be dealing with synchronicity. The christian church is one of the original scientology's. It will never change.
A message to whoever runs this show. Dealing with the crap in the food, the harassment and daily paranoia BS is a case of same s^%8 different day in my life. In fact feeling nothing and putting up with this is easier than most of my life. I can vaguely remember as a kid lying down and being able to relax or get into a good place. Vaguely. This is the sum total of my enjoying this planet. You reaaly should FO finnish it off or something. Two in the hat would have been mercy 40 years ago. Maybe thats why I'm still here. Why did Mother Teresa visit New Bedford, Mass in August 1995? Seems like a funny place for her to show up. Did she lose her faith by the time she died?
The town of Weymouth recently switched from a town meeting government to a mayor and city council. The first mayor we had was the long time fire chief. The last election we got a new mayor. The first thing she did was go after the police chief. Then her husband died suddenly of cancer in the hospital. I kinda think I know where she goes on Sunday. These are the things that make no sense.
A couple of years ago I bought a book that had a collection of Mark Twain novels. I wanted to see if I could figure out why Jackie O called the Kennedy White House 'Camelot'. The Twain book 'A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthurs Court' is set in 'Camelot'. I didn't get very far, I'm so f^% up I can't read. I am lucky to be able to write a couple paragraphs. I thought the Preface, written by Twain, was interesting. It was a glimpse into the things 19th century people talked about. It was about The Divine Right of Kings. The following 2 paragraphs are that Preface.
The ungentle laws and customs touched upon in this tale are historical, and the episodes which are used to illustrate them are also historical. It is not pretended that these laws and customs existed in England in the sixth century; no, it is only pretended that inasmuch as they existed in the English and other civilizations of far later times, it is safe to consider that it is no libel upon the sixth century to suppose them to have been in practice in that day also. One is quite justified in inferring that whetever one of these laws or customs was lacking in that remote time, its place was competently filled by a worse one.
The question as to whether there is such a thing as divine right of kings is not settled in this book. It was found too difficult. That the executive head of a nation should be a person of lofty character and extraordinary ability, was manifest and indisputible; consequently, that He does make it, as claimed was an unavoidable deduction. I mean, until the auther of this book encountered the Pompadour, and Lady Castlemaine, and some other executive heads of that kind; these were found so difficult to work into the scheme, that it was judged better to take the other tack in this book (which must be issued this fall), and then go into training and settle the question in another book . It is, of course, a thing which ought to be settled, and I am not going to have anything particular to do next winter anyway.

When I was a kid I was pushed into joining a Rock N Roll band. I didn'y really want to but I did it anyway. I played bass. We called ourselves Tyme. We quit a few years later. I was really bad at it. I never went back. I sometimes wonder if this is why I got my Ironman syndrome (pain prison). In the last few years I have had the feeling of Deja Vu. The sense that this has happened before. When they couldn't get me playing guitar or get me rolling I got a pain prison. This has been my life.

I met Larry in the late 1970's. We went to the same doctor. He made guitars in his parents cellar. I am not sure what this means.???/!! .. He brought one in to the doctors office once and I handled it. It weighed a ton. I said to myself "Larry put some more lead in it it's not heavy enough". He used to sit in the Dunkin Donuts up the street with one of his guitars. I haven't seen Larry in decades.
Francis Diotti
I met Francis in the early 1980's through Day Treatment. At the time he had a car. Not long after he was in a halfway house. He has been there ever since. I know he was still around as of 2003.
Beth and Chris Grojean
Brother and sister. I met Chris in the early 1980's. At the time he had a car. He lost it soon after. I met his sister in the late 1980's. She was really bad. At the time thye were living with their parents. I think. They were both still around as of the mid 1990's.
Sabrina ???????
I met Sabrina in 2002 or 2003 while at Day Treatment in Quincy. She was a heavy set black girl maybe 22 or 23. She talked a lot about the time she was a clerk at a local store called A J Wright. When I mentioned this a while ago there were stories on the TV that A J Wright abruptly closed it's stores in New England. I don't know if this is true or not. I get a lot of useless information. (A Day in the Life--The Beatles 3rd verse) What did she do? Mark some of the large size bras as mediums? Lose a couple bucks?
I have nothing to win and nothing to lose. I might as well die in what comfort I can manage in what is left of what I thought was my home.

In the book 'Moby Dick' by Herman Melville Starbuck was the first mate to Captain Ahab. He was a devout christian. He was also motivated by money. At the end after Ahab was gone he insisted they continue the hunt for Mody Dick simply because he was a whale and was worth money. Everyone perished but Ismael. Which is to say everyone wound up a 'jew'. Conspiracy is the lowest form of human behavior. These people eat, sleep, drink and live for conspiracy, lying, murder, genocide etc. They are eveywhere in every country. They are like a mold that gets into your house. Might as well take them with us.

I was in Pembroke Hospital a second time in 2004 or 2005. There was a girl they called Sara. She ran down the hall all day, slammed into the door and begged to get out. The staff would spend four or five minutes talking her into going back to her room. Five minutes later she was doing it again. This went on all day. Several years later when I began posting things on the internet I mentioned her story. At the same time there were stories about several crematories (places where they cremate people) in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island that were shut down for keeping bad records. There was also a story about some soldiers from Iraq and Afghanistan whose remains were mixed up with the animals in cemetarys. ??????

When you go through basic training at KnuckleHead U do they put you in a building and expose you to tear gas? Do they measure the brain damage after. I would like to talk a little about what it is like to be at paranoias poison door and how I think it works. Number one is synchronicity, brainmapping, synthetic telepathy or whatever it is called. Their always one step ahead of you. If you head out for somewhere they are there long before you. If you think about it along the way they have screwed with whatever you were going to do in detail. They have probably left a minute or so before you arrive. (I think) Sometimes they are two or three thoughts ahead of you. Here are a couple ways it could work. The power of suggestion. I think alot about buying some Starbucks French roast or Peets French roast at the supermarket. But I know if I think about it beforehand the bag I buy will be tainted and make me sick or it will be decaf which is a waste of time to me. I will have wasted 9 or 10 dollars. The other day i walked to the store in Braintree. I was going to buy a couple of random things sit outside and go home. Just as I got there I crossed a small piece of lawn where an empty Starbucks cup was upside down on the lawn. I took this as an attempt to suggest I buy a bag. I didn't. Saturation strategy. It's like throwing 500 darts at a dart board. You're bound to get one to stick. I don't have an example but there are times during the day I say to myself 'thats creepy how'd they pull that off?'. It's like they sit around all day and make lists of the things I think about all the time and leave traps everywhere. I sometimes wonder if there is someone sitting at a console or I am just broadcasting to a couple thousand people locally.

The people across the street bought the house in August 2007. Their last name is 'Fonda'. Supposedly. (I'm not fonda Jane 'they never quit with the media crap') This was the last year my father was here. One day we were out front and he said something like 'where do those people go during the day?'. The people before the Fondas' were the Connolys. They had been there since the late 1960's. Francis and Barbara. Barbara died in the late 1980's. Francis died in 2006. Or so we were told. They were Catholic, I think, and we never had a problem. I sometimes wonder if Francis is out there some where.
Over the past five or so years I have had the feeling of Deja Vu. That this has happened to me once before. When I was a kid I was pushed into joining a Rock N Roll band. I didn't really care but I did it anyway. I played bass. The band was called Tyme. We quit a few years later. I was really bad at it and never went back. I sometimes wonder if I got my 'Ironman' syndrome because I didn't stick with it and they couldn't get me rolling. I have come up with a new term for 'Ironman' syndrome. A 'pain prison'. Have you ever wondered why so many people with it linger for years and years and don't commit suicide. I have. Here is my conclusion. The pain is so bad you can't do anything good or bad by yourself. You're completely helpless. It's like walking around with a broken arm for 30 years. You might ask 'why can't you do something now?. My answer is feeling nothing makes it just as hard. A little emotion might get me over the hump. Your thoughts alone aren't enough to get the job done. Right now I am an endless stream of random thoughts all day everyday. Dying is the one thing I could use a little help with.
I discovered last year my grandfather on my fathers side was a freemason. (Virginia Swamps) I did not know this. I did know my grandmother (his wife) was an Eastern Star, which is a womens branch. My guess is my grandfather was way down on the pyramid. He probably just wanted to socialize. He went in to the hospital in August 1960 for a very simple operation and died on the operating table. I am now very suspicious of this. I believe the Freemasons were invented by 'whoever' as a tool. We fought a revolution and liberated ourselves from ourselves and have paid for our own genocide ever since. It's not just the people outside the secret societies that should beware but the people inside also.
I have come up with another idea. Someone should design a computer virus that spits out a lot of coded crap from idle Wi-Fi antennas. Spread it all over to keep Echelon or the NSA or anybody busy.

I've been thinking a lot about the people who work in the mental hospitals in this country. I am someone who can not believe there are that many sadomasochistic psycho killers in this country. They all have to suffer from TSD (I removed the P). There are a lot of young attractive women who take those jobs probably thinking they're going to help people. What they don't tell you at High School career day could fill an encyclopedia and then some. There is a section of Boston called Charlestown. Back in the 70's and 80's there was a controversy about the 'code of silence'. People knew all kinds of crimes were happening but nobody said anything. The people who work in the hospitals are like the people who live in the neighborhood where the mafia operates. 'I see nothing'
