You will discover he was a well known science fiction writer who died about 1945. This happened about 1965. He called his device a ‘Stimociever”. I don’t think Delgado invented the technology, I think it already existed and he was trying to expose it. It is written for the layman. The beginning covers ethical and moral questions surrounding mind control and mentions someone named Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, a Jesuit priest who died in 1955. Chardin was portrayed in the movie “The Exorcist”. Del Gado details 2 types of mind control. One is a chip slipped under the scalp that communicates with the inner ear and the other is Endoscopic Pituitary surgery. The chip under the scalp can just be broken with a hammer if you’re careful and the Pituitary can be disabled with ECT (Electro Convulsive Therapy). Sources of Surveillance
1. ECHELON - A United States federal government program run by the National Security Agency (NSA) based at Ft Meade Maryland. It has bases around the world but for some reason they are only in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom. Canada, South Africa and New Zealand. These are all predominately English speaking Protestant countries. Evidence the Pope is involved. Every installation has massive computers and antennas that sort through billions of cell phone and Wi-Fi transmissions and who knows what else.
2. Satellites - There are hundreds of satellite systems that are owned and operated by both the federal government of this country and others and also by private corporations. Three private networks I am aware of are: Iridium, Inmarsat and GlobalStar. They are capable of picking up minute amounts of all kinds of phenomena such as electrical, heat, light, etc using what is referred to as remote sensing. There are literally books of bibliographies on remote sensing.
3. Cell Phone Towers - Cell phones became a reality in the 1980's. There is no reason to believe they don't employ the same remote sensing technology used by satellites. Every square inch of this country is covered by more than one network.
4. The Entire Electric Grid - The North American electric grid is the largest machine ever built. It could be acting as an antenna. This includes antennas operated by ordinary radio and TV stations. They could hook up a computer to it anywhere and begin sifting through EMI it picks up. Broadband Over Powerlines (BPL) is a technology that has existed for years. It uses the electric grid to deliver cable TV short distances. They say it's very susceptable to noise but who knows, maybe they've overcome the problem. If revolution occurs all large computer installations shoud be destroyed or permanantly turned off. There is no telling what they're doing. This would also destroy electronic money, another control device.
5. Stand-Alone Techniques (microphones, cameras, vibration sensors etc) Similar technology such as cell phone and satellite remote sensing could be applied to small portable devices. Someone next door could be listening to everything you say or even think by aiming something at your house.
6. People with Neural Implants - Someone could be communicating with these people from a control room somewhere or maybe they're aware of your thoughts without any go between. Either way they're a problem.
Disabling Satelittes
1. Satelittes run on solar voltaic arrays. It might be possible to destroy the solar cells with a high power LASER based on the ground.
2. Satelittes are useless if you can't communicate with them. Establish a connection then turn up the power and try to destroy the circuitry associated with the antenna.
3. Find a satelitte dish destroy a satelitte dish.
Defeating Surveillance
1. A faraday cage is an enclosure, room or entire building (like the NSA building at Ft Meade), encased in metal and then grounded to earth. It prevents electromagnetic waves from entering or leaving. The NSA building is copper, but aluminum has the best reflective property's of any metal. Aluminum flashing can be bought at any construction supply (Home Depot, Lowes). Attach it to one side of some plywood panels and place the panels on the floor of the attic. There are companies that sell and install metal roofs. This might defeat satelitte surveillance but not cell phone towers. If a satelitte can pick up EMI at 10,000 miles cell phone towers can do the same. Cell phone systems are on the ground and would be capable of snooping through the walls not the roof. To defeat this, the whole house would have to covered with aluminum. They used to sell aluminum siding, I don't know if they still do.
2. It might be possible to eavesdrop on a dwelling through the grounding rod. Which is to say any dwelling. This, in fact, could neutralize the Faraday Cage. This is only a guess. In the event it is true, this idea might help. Introduce noise onto the grounding rod or cage intentionally. This idea is mechanical. Attach a small metal rod to a motor. Rig the assembly to continuesly tap on the grounding rod.
3. Neural implants probably operate on microwaves given the small size. Getting an implant out of someone is tricky. You would have to stop the implant from communicating, get them to a facility that is fully protected from surveillance and they might have to stay there a while. EMI shielding could help cut off communication. They make EMI absorbant material that looks something like a SCUBA diving wet suit. A person could be covered from head to toe with this and brought to a facility that is a faraday cage. A faraday cage is an entire building encased in copper or aluminum and grounded to earth. This would be a faraday cage walking into a faraday cage. Or maybe some sort of aluminum helmet could be made.
4. Any wire entering or leaving a building and connected to a utility (electric, cable, phone) is a highway for someone to snoop. Any house has thousands of feet of wire. A large building has miles and it can all be used for transfering data. Broadband Over Powerlines (BPL) is a technology that uses the AC wiring in a building for delivering the same data as the coax cable. It only works for a couple of miles because of it's susceptibility to noise. Telephone wiring could also be used without a person's knowledge. A Westek Z 100 filter removes all frequencies above audio (30khz). It would slow down any high speed snooping. Anything plugged into a wall outlet in your house could be snooping. This includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices. The wiring itself could be a problem. As a rule the bigger the antenna, the more sensitive it is. So the wiring in your house could be a very sensitive antenna capable of picking up your personal emissions. There are at least 2 ways to defeat some of these problems. Filtering and injecting noise onto the wires. Filtering can be accomplished with basic componants such as capacitors, inductors and resistors. All must be high power. Injecting noise onto the wires can be accomplished with X10 technology. This was developed in the 1970's and is used to turn on or turn off devices using the AC wiring as control wiring. It consists of a small AC transformer that steps down the voltage creates a DC voltage for the signal then puts the signal back on the AC coming in. They make shielded AC wire. It works like coax cable. It has all the conductors surrounded by aluminum foil that is grounded. It operates on the same principle as a Faraday Cage. It keeps out all signals and keeps all signals in.
5. This may sound crazy but "Where does an 800 lb gorilla sit"? If you have 500,000 heavily armed soldiers in a small area all the surveillance in the world is useless. Take control of the countryside. Establish some lines. This is where the enemy is, this is where the enemy isn't. Control the country from the countryside. Stop people from moving around. Don't try to rule the urban areas. If someone is identified as the enemy restrict them to an urban area. Try to get everyone on the same page. Overcoming the fact that "Everything You Know Is Wrong" (and that means everyone) is the biggest problem. One way to do this might be to take over a couple hospitals with as big a force as necessary to neutralize local police along with the surrounding area, then force everyone in the area to have an X-ray and have everyone watch as people are dis-connected. This could also be a recruiting tool. Leave behind literature that gets people asking questions. Feel free to use anything on my websites. Reward people with property taken during the revolution instead of relying on banks.
Noise Generators
1. Spark Generators - Spark generators were one of the first Morse Code machines. They were invented by Nikola Tesla before the end of the 19th century. The Titanic carried a spark transmitter (generator). As radio progressed they were outlawed because they interfered with the entire radio spectrum. A Jacobs Ladder is a type of spark generator. At high voltages they can interupt everything. I mounted a standard spark plug from an internal combustion engine in a piece of metal to simulate an engine. To create the spark I used a standard ignition coil with a Velleman kit. The Velleman kit (K2543) comes with everything needed, but it has to be assembled.
2. Mechanical Generators - Electric motors are notorious for generating noise that interfere with sensitive electronics. All motors have a rotor that must move and be energized at the same time. This is accomplished with a conducting brush that keeps contact with the rotor. The idea is to rotate a metal brush on metal and conduct electricity through it to create noise. Then amplify the noise and put it on an antenna.
3. Electronic Generator - I began experimenting with Texas Instruments MSP430 line of microcontrollers. The Launchpad comes preprogrammed with a software routine that pulses an LED. I theorize you could simply take that pulse, amplify it and put it on an antenna and it might create enough disturbance for one person. It could be made small enough to hang around a person's neck. The MSP could also be programmed to generate random digital signals out of almost any output. You could generate many random signals mix them together and create digital noise. The outputs could be programmed for different frequencies. Another electronic idea is to build a white noise generator, chop up the signal somehow and amplify that. Different metals have different conducting properties. It might be possible to make your own componant to chop up signals by passing the current through different metals. You could pass the signal through a piece of pig iron and see if it makes a lot of noise. To overcome the limitations of microwave antennas you pass the final signal through a long conductor on the PCB. This is the opposite of what designers do. They must meet standards set by the Federal Communication Commission for EMI.
4. It might be possible to record the noise made by a spark transmitter, make a computer file out of it, then rebroadcast (transmit) it through a cell phone or iPod. It's effectiveness might be limited to the microwave spectrum because of the size of the antenna.
5. Bluetooth is a technology that allows Personal Area Networks using microwaves. You can transmit and recieve signals up to 150 ft away. Anyone can develop applications for Bluetooth. Development kits can be bought online at supply houses such as Mouser or Digi-Key.
6. Android is an open source platform for cell phones and MP3 players. Anyone can develop applications for an Android based device. The software is free. Google "Android Software Development Kit". Many Android devices have an antenna that can be programed. It could be used to broadcast noise or some other jamming signal.
Jamming
1. Jamming is a technology as old as radio. Jamming is aimed at the reciever not the transmitter. The idea is to prevent the reciever from picking up the signal. A couple of methods can be used. Over power the transmitted signal with a higher wattage signal similar to the one trying to be recieved or just broadcast noise of many frequencies and of very high wattage. A satelitte can be considered a reciever if it is trying to pick up your brain transmissions. Carrying around a device that transmits noise at frequencies the same as your brain at higher power levels could stop synthetic telepathy. The power levels of your brain can be easily overcome by a device with a 9 volt battery. It might be possible to program an Android device to do this.
Neural Implants
1. Reading the book "Physical Control Of The Mind" (a free pdf can be found on the DOCUMENTS page) by Jose Manuel DelGado there are at least 2 methods for controlling the mind. A small chip (RFID) can be placed under the scalp without drilling a hole in the bone and an actual implant can be inserted into the pituitary through the nose with a procedure called Endoscopic Pituitary Surgery. The RFID chip can be powered by the AC wires all around us by by picking up the EMI like a transformer. The chip itself acts like the secondary of a transformer. The RFID can communicate with the person by the microwave hearing effect. The RFID can communicate with the outside world with a small antenna probably on some microwave frequency coming out of a satelitte or cell phone system. It might work like any phone system. Each chip has a specific phone number or address. To disable it, all one has to do is locate it under the scalp and break it with a hammer. "Instant Karma"
2. Disabling a neural implant is a little more complicated. In the movie "One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest" the main character, R P McMurphy, has to under go ECT (electro-convulsive therapy) as punishment. ECT is used by some doctors to treat depression. Electrodes are placed on the temples and voltage is applied to the head. Since a neural implant is so small this would be like hitting a TV with lightning. It would "fry it". Another way would be to expose the head to a massive high power pulse of EMI and try to destroy small componants on the chip. A general idea for a pulse generator can be found on the DOCUMENTS page.

Roughly 3 months after Eisenhowers Farewell Address and 10 days to 2 weeks after the Bay of Pigs incident Pres Kennedy gave a speech at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. In it he implies we are at war "technically" but not "officially". This speech may have been one thing that led to his assasination. On August 21, 1959 then Pres Eisenhower issued Executive Order 10834 which allowed yellow fringe around flags in American courtrooms. The meaning of this is debated. I believe it allows for military law. The defendant is at the mercy of the judge. I believe this indicates Eisenhower knew we were at war "technically". This state of war has existed ever since. The vast majority of Americans don't know this. An even larger number, including me, don't know who we are at war with.

A personal area network jamming/masking device. A portable device about the size of a pocket radio that produces signals similar to that of a human but at a higher power output and with noise riding on the signals. The human brain produces signals about 30HZ while awake. They currently have sophisticated software that removes unwanted events like heartbeats and voice vibrations from EEG readings so any noise produced should be random unpredictable events that are difficult to filter out. This device could also jam incoming microwave frequencies to stop the microwave hearing effect while outside. Bluetooth technology allows communication between enabled devices over the microwave spectrum at about 100 to 200 ft. The whole technology is on a single chip. It can be programed to do anything you want.
EMI shielding material can be used to make Faraday cages. A faraday cage is an enclosure, like a room or entire building, encased in this material and is then connected to earth ground. The NSA building on the grounds of Ft Meade MD is fully encased in copper. Copper is too expensive for most people but there are lower cost alternatives. The earth is a naturally conducting body that is always at electrical neutral. Any attempt to develop a voltage on a conductor that is connected to it will simply discharge to earth ground. It is not necessary to redo the roof. You could put a layer of material on the attic floor then cover it with another layer of plywood. Quarter inch plywood would not add too much weight. It is also possible to paint the underside of the roof with a metallic paint or attach metal screen. Metallic paint could be applied to all walls.
The power level of a neural implant must be quite small given the size of the implant and the available voltage. Maybe a fraction of a watt. The brain produces very small voltages. Making a mask of EMI material that covers the entire head (eyes, nose, mouth etc) and even the upper part of the body would probably be enough to block all incoming and outgoing signals. The person could then be taken to a Faraday cage facility to have it removed.
A lot of electronic equipment is very expensive. Personal computers etc. It is always a good idea to have it plugged into a surge suppressor. Surge suppressors prevent large spikes from destroying the equipment. A lightning strike for example can destroy everything in a home. Ham radio equipment is also vunerable through the antenna. Ham radio manufacturers make surge suppressors that connect between the antenna and the reciever. It might be possible to blow out an implant by standing near where someone produces a large spike. This could disconnect a lot of people very quickly and make it hard for them to chase everyone around. Another possibility is to just surgically snip off the end instead of trying to remove the whole thing to disconnect a lot of people.
It is possible to use the wiring inside your house as an antenna for a radio thus picking up your signals and carrying them to the outside world. Broadband Over Powerlines is an example of using these wires to carry a lot of data. You should get off the grid completely. If wiring a new house all wires should go through a chase that connects all floors. This makes them accessible and more easily managed. Keep the amount of wiring to a minimum. Solar panels can separate the oxygen and hydrogen in water by electrolysis then recombine it in a fuel cell to produce electricity. Solar panels can also help to heat a house.
Having a stand alone noise generator in the house could also help. Along with Bluetooth technology SDR (Software Defined Radio) is becoming quite sophisticated. A company in California called Ettus Research has a radio that can cover from 0HZ to GHZ for about $600. It operates on a opensource program called the GNU Radio project. It might be possible to program it to produce all the noise you need. Older technology include spark transmitters and white noise generators.
There are two types of noise that get into electrical devices. Common mode and differential noise. A simple explanation is common mode comes from an outside source and differential comes from wire to wire. Crosstalk inside a data communication cable is differential. Noise that got on the cable from an outside source would be common mode. Ferrite cores can help eliminate noise by just clipping it onto the wire. Most houses have all thier power lines located at the panel. It could be possible to put a noise generator at the point and introduce noise into the lines.
Centrally locate all communication wiring in a panel inside the house. This makes it easier to manage. They make filters for telephone lines that will eliminate all frequencies above the audio level which is around 30KHZ. While it is still possible to send data at that speed it slows it down considerably. A shut off switch could be placed on the coax cable to shut it off if necessary. Make a list of all devices with antennas and decide if they are really needed. Make a Faraday cage for each one and put it inside when you don't need it.

I am not a journalist. I am a victim of illegal surveillence in the United States of America. It has been going on for at least 7 years. I don't know who is responsible, but I have come to believe I am not alone and this has been happening to others since the mid 1950's. The goal of this site is to shock people into asking questions. I insinuate, you investigate. No one person could possibly convince another the scope of the problem facing the United States and other countries. I have been watching "Ministry Sphinctour 1996". At the end they show an old guy who doesn't seem like he's all there. His fingernails are painted with a silver glitter and he's wearing a Chicago Blackhawks game jersey. They tell him they want him to go on stage for the last song. Stabbed in the Back ????? An Aleister Crowley ?????
During the Ruby Ridge seige in Idaho the only FBI agent killed was someone named Degan from Quincy Mass. I believe ??? He was shot in the back. I’m assuming he was catholic.
There are stories on the internet about an FBI agent named Paul O’Neill or John ?? . He was very high up in the FBI. He attempted to bring what has become known as ‘The Phoenix Memo’ to the attention of George Bush (43) or Condoleeza Rice. He was told to forget it. The memo warned of an attack by Al Qaeda using airplanes. O’Neill either quit or was fired for it. His next job was as head of security for the World Trade Center. His first day on the job was Sept 11 2001. He died in the attack. I’m assuming he was catholic.
In Sept 2007 I was becoming aware of the surveillance problem. One day I decided to gather what information I had on Risperdal and my story and bring it to the J.F.K. building in government center, downtown Boston. When I got there the door was locked. It was only 5:30 or 6:oo on a weekday. ???? The channel 7 studio was next door so I left a copy there. I got back on the train and got off in Quincy Center and walked to the police station. Part of my issue involved a former health care provider in Quincy and I thought they might help. When I started to explain they called an ambulance to take me to the hospital. I managed to talk my way out of it. At the time I had southofboston.com as my homepage on my computer. It included The Patriot Ledger and The Brockton Enterprise. When I got up the next day the front page was about the death of Ciara Durkin. Durkin was a soldier in Iraq (Afghanistan??) from Quincy who was murdered by someone on the base in the middle east. I am now going to bring up Samuel Finley Breeze Morse. I was thinking about Morse before I found any of this information so take it all with a grain of salt. Samuel F. B. Morse was born in Boston in the late 18th century. He was of W.A.S.P. background. He studied for a time in Europe before returning to America. He wanted to be an artist. He is credited with inventing Morse Code. The first thing ever transmitted over a wire was “What Hath God Wrought?”. It was his quote. ???? I found 2 things he published on the internet. “Foriegn Conspiracies Against All The Liberties Of The United States: The Numbers Of Brutus” and “Imminent Danger”. “Foreign Conspiracies” was published about 1835 and accused the Jesuits of wanting to overthrow the United States government. At least the first copy I had accused them. Subsequent copies have accused others. The copies I have now I found on Jordan Maxwells website. “Imminent Dangers” warns Americans about out of control immigration as threatening our liberties. It was published about the year 1835. There are people on the internet who believe the 14th Amendment to the constitution was the gate that opened the door. The 14th Amendment was adopted after the Civil War and had something to do with helping slaves get citizenship or rebels regaining thiers. ???? I think. There are also people who believe the Irish were sent here for this reason. The Irish Potato Famine of 1848 was the cause that led them to come here. Many of them blamed the British government for not doing enough to stop it. I think the Catholic Church had just as much reason to send them here. It’s proof the people at the top don’t care about the people at the bottom. Somebody feels they got stabbed in the back???? P.S. I don’t know what any of this means, if anything.

The past week or so I have been working on a pdf titled “Counter Surveillance Counter Mind Control” and posting each new revision on my various websites and blogs. (see link below) I use a copy of Nuance PDF Converter 8 on my laptop. The software didn’t make it to Randolph, along with a lot of other things, so I can’t put it on any other computer. While working on it last night I discovered some of the menus had changed. This tells me the little children slugs, American Nazis, were in my room while I was in Quincy. This also explains why lying in my bed makes me sick and why the composition of what little food I have changes if I leave it unattended. There is a lock on the door and the staff are the only one’s who have a copy. (L the L E L) It couldn’t be ‘Thing’ or ‘Cousin It’ so who else could it be. Anyway I have uploaded last nights changes to a completely different location, so if it differs a lot they managed to embed code in the actual pdf. In the next few days I will try to post what changes I made so you can compare. The link below is the new revision.

Surprise, surprise, surprise!!!. Remember Gomer Pyle? One Two Three Four I love the Moron Corp….! Nevermind. My father died on March 31, 2008 after being shuffled around hospitals and nursing homes for 3 months. I think he was either murdered or agreed to what happened, which makes no sense. A month or so later I sent a few emails to a former health care provider. There was nothing in the emails. The Weymouth Police came to 28 Easy St and forced me to go to South Shore Hospital. They had no warrant. They said it was because of the emails. I then spent 3 months in McClean Southeast on the grounds of the Brockton VA battling a human radio named Keith Bradshaw. I was committed against my will. I got out in middle August. A couple months later I got a bill for about $7000.00. THEY COMMITTED ME AND SENT ME A BILL!!! I had no choice but to pay it. On May 12 2014 I had an altercation with a neighbor while living on Easy St, and after 6 years of harassment with illegal surveillance. I was arrested by the Weymouth Police and sent to Bridgewater State Hospital. Again they committed me. In Jan 2015 Bridgewater committed me again for a year then sent me to Lemuel Shattuck Hospital in Jamaica Plain. I was there until Dec 2015. I was then sent to a group home in Randolph where I am today. While in Shattuck the State of Massachusetts sent me a bill for about $4000.00 despite being committed. I felt I had no choice but to pay. By then it was obvious I have no rights on this fuckin planet. After I got out of Shattuck they sent me another bill for about $2000.00. Again I paid it. Yesterday I got home from a program I go to in Quincy Mass and there was a bill from the State of Massachusetts for $318,400.00 for the entire stay at Shattuck. (see pictures below) If this bill is real, and it seems to me it can’t possibly be, this is my response. You can’t get blood from a stone. I’m pretty sure the American Revolution ended debtors prison, workhouses and poor farms so you’re completely fucked. Oranges and Lemons say the Bells of St Clemons,…..I don’t owe you a fuckin thing says The Phil!!!!….. The van ride in and out of Quincy is like 30 minutes of nails on a chalkboard twice a day. Yesterday afternoon there was a whole play taking place. It seemed everyone knew the letter was waiting but me. And to be quite honest with you,..I like it that way.

This is an idea that came to me yesterday. I am a ‘dog’. I don’t know how I acquired this status I can only guess. My guess is it started right after I was born. There are other words for it one being ‘Jew’. I prefered ‘juded’, because it implies someone did it to me and continues to destroy my life. As a ‘juded’ person I have very few options. One being go to a Ghetto, Israel or Cuba ???, or two, ‘getto’ off this planet. In the land of the free and home of the brave where tyranny has been solved this is impossible. So my ‘tinkerbell’, life story, is a dangerous weapon. It’s made worse by the fact it’s the people who own and run everything who are responsible for my tinkerbell, so solving the problem of ‘ape freedom’ is a very high wall. My tinkerbell is made worse by all the stupid things I did and said over the course of my life and the fact that no one ever did anything to help. This is the idea. If you can manage to create information chaos in a small area, that is, get people to question thier reality, send in some Information Officers, who also have bad ‘tinkerbell’s’ to explain ‘the facts’ as they know them. People might investigate the Information Officer’s background and discover that they are not free and something really bad is about to happen. The ‘juded’ problem isn’t the best place to start so maybe Peak Oil, banking and History Is A Lie Agreed Upon might be better. The ‘juded’ problem gets solved when they investigate the Officer. —— Officer, Officer I want to report a crime,,……You’re a fuckin Pig!!!!! —— You could use my ‘tinkerbell’ (websites) to create the chaos.

This is a couple ideas I have mentioned before. A ‘Point Of Use’ water heater is an electric device that can be installed under a sink or for use in a shower. They can be found in any home improvement center. They can be combined with photo voltaic panels and an inverter. It’s basically an electric heating element and a heat exchanger. The electricity heats up the heat exchanger and the water flows through the exchanger. An automobile rear window de-icer is a electric device that melts ice and snow on an automobile window. It consists of very small thin lines of resistive heat elements in rows close together. Electricity flows through the resistive material and heats up to melt the ice. This device can be combined with photo voltaic panels to keep snow from building up on the panel during snow storms. A large automoblie battery could be dedicated to the device so it would work at night or during a snow storm.
In one of the Peak Oil documentary’s they are interviewing M. King Hubbert. Hubbert points to a small fan being powered by a photo voltaic cell. He says we are only using 10% of the available energy. I have been thinking about how to increase that. One idea I proposed a few months ago was applying new integration technology to put more photo diodes on each photo voltaic cell. I don’t know if this works. I also know that they make photo diodes that turn infrared and ultraviolet light into voltage. Most smoke detectors use an infrared sensor. Maybe they don’t make photo voltaic cells that convert the entire light spectrum. Maybe there is a different process that makes infrared sensors as opposed to photo voltaic cells. Maybe the secret is to put both kinds on the cell to increase current.

This is a collection of curious facts. The Magna Carta was signed into law by King John in 1215. I have heard that the only thing ‘they’ wanted was freedom of religion. The Magna Carta has been cited as the forerunner of the American Constitution. The Catholic Church was outlawed in Massachusetts before 1776. The American Constitution allowed ‘them’ in. I wonder if the only thing ‘they’ wanted was freedom of religion. The wording of the article that makes for freedom of religion goes like this: Congress shall make no law establishing a religion. It doesn’t say a specific church can’t be outlawed and have all it’s property siezed if it has committed crimes against humanity and maybe treason. I understand you can’t remove religion from the minds of millions of people. You can conquer a country militarily but the hearts and minds of the people are another thing entirely. Around the time of the Protestant Reformation some Scandinavian countries established as thier religion the Evangelical Lutheran Church. (establish ?????) It has remained this way ever since. In a movie version of Aldous Huxleys novel “A Brave New World” some of the people want to be free. There is a list of countries they can go to. They include Iceland and the Faukland Islands. (technically Iceland is Scandinavian) The Faukland Islands were invaded by Argentina in the 1980’s. ????? Do these people know something that keeps the wolf at bay?

This post is a continuation of the Personal Area Network Jamming Device and a couple other ideas. The top picture is a piece of metal I can test to see what kind of noise it produces. I don’t know exactly what it’s made of, I think it’s some kind of jewelry base metal, this is for demonstration purposes only. I wrapped 3 pieces of copper wire around it. I want to make a mechanical connection only so as not to introduce any other kind of metal as in electrical solder. To finish it I will cover it with glue. I am using Gorilla Glue. The wire I used is too big to fit into the PCB (next picture). I goofed. The connected circuit will attach to the 2 ends and the noise will be drawn from the center. Technically it’s the same point electrically (????) but the 2 ends will attach to a node that has other componants and won’t be completely isolated. The 3rd picture is the componant after the glue dried.
The next picture is a schematic. The componant is in series with a resistor from power to ground. Some sort of oscillator is connected between the resistor and componant. The output is connected to a capacitor to remove any DC voltage. The noise is then amplified and split into more than one signal. The separated signals are conditioned further. One could be phase shifted, another could be inverted etc. Then those signals are recombined in a mixer to make really intense noise.
I think it was John von Neumann who said “Anyone who designs a truly random digital circuit is committing a sin”. This is what he may have meant. The human body produces hundreds or maybe even thousands of different electric signals of different frequencies, voltage levels and duration. To reconstruct a persons thoughts or sub-vocal speech you would have to sort through all those signals without making a physical connection. You would have to pick up all the signals with an antenna and use a computer to pick out the ones you need. To do that you need to convert analog signals to digital information. A/D converters would be installed after the antenna. Computer software would be used to sort by frequency, voltage, power, etc. If you came up with an analog noise signal that covered the entire range of what the human body emits and it was totally random the computer A/D converters would produce a totally random sequence of digital information. They would have to apply an analog filter that would also filter out what they are looking for. I have a book titled “Modern Communication Jamming: Principles and Techniques” by Richard A. Poisel. In it he decribes how most electric noise can be reduced to some sort of mathematical equation. Anything but completely random noise can be ‘filtered’ with software if it has a mathematical equation. Truly random noise would not have a equation.
This is a couple other ideas I have been thinking about for a long time. On farms where animals are bred for slaughter they produce a lot of urine. Disposing of it can be a problem. The idea is to collect it in a large container and boil it with an electric heat element attached to photo voltaic panels. Release the steam into the atmosphere.
When the fossil fuels run out the human race is going back in time. It’s not a decision anyone is making it’s a reality based on facts. Nothing will replace the work accomplished by cheap fossil fuels. Ninety percent of the time for ninety-nine percent of people who survive will be consumed by food clothing and shelter. We will all go back to relying heavily on animals and agriculture and there are too many people and not enough land. A lot of food will have to be grown in urban areas. Skyscraper greenhouses will have to be perfected. To help make them useful year round I figure some of the organic material can be placed in methane silos and the methane used to heat the greenhouse. Some organic material can be fermented to produce alcohol and combined with methane to make methanol. It can be used to run small trucks to deliver the food locally. It could also be used to heat or cool the greenhouse.

I am trying to come up with an electronic componant that will produce very intense noise over a very wide range of frequencies. The little children slugs do everything to get in my way. I could explain what happened last weekend but I won’t. As a technician I have seen some pretty wild signals associated with cold solder joints so I want to test different metals to see if they naturally produce noise. This post is about some of the theory behind my idea.
Every substance on earth has been tested and placed on a conductivity scale. Conductivilty is a measure of how well the substance conducts electricity. Gold, copper and silver are at the top of the list and glass is close to the bottom. Glass is called an insulator. Silicon is a semi-conductor, or about half way between an insulator and a conductor. Silicon is used in the manufacture of integrated circuits and transistors. To make it more conductive impurities are added such as germanium. To make any diode or transistor you need 2 types of semi-conductor material – p-type and n-type. N – type material has an excess of electrons and p – type material has a net lack of electrons.
Shot noise is an electronic phenomena produced by electric current. Wikipedia explains it in terms of probability but I will try to simplify it. Electric current is the actual movement of electrons in a conductor. The electrons are moved by a difference in potential (voltage). Current for the most part is random. No one can predict which nucleus any given electron will drift to. A large amount of current is a little more predictable that a small amount. Let’s say you had a wire that would not handle more than 2 amps. One and a half amps is less random than 50 milli-amps. A very small amount of current would have a very random motion. That very small amount can be isolated and amplified. That’s shot noise. My idea is to find a metal, or alloy, that has a really wild random drift of electrons. Maybe it’s possible to create p – type or n – type material to create noise. Use different doping materials. Use more than one material. A semi-conductor alloy.
This is my understanding of Electro-magnetic radiation (EMR). It’s a vibration or atomic disturbance of the area surrounding the movement of an electron. It’s like a rock dislodging and rolling down a hill and making a sound. Sound is a vibration of the air.

I am studying the life of Nikola Tesla. Tesla was a famous inventor of the second half of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th. I am doing this in an attempt to understand what is happening to me. I spend all day dealing with people who seem to be aware of my every thought. They are one step ahead of me with whatever I’m trying to do. They seem to be communicating with someone somewhere that I never see. I have had this problem for at least 10 years. I think this is a serious problem and affects everyone so I post what I think on the internet no matter how crazy it all seems.
Tesla was born in Croatia in 1856. He attended several universities in Europe before coming to the United States in 1884 to work for Thomas Edison. He didn’t stay with Edison very long. He is credited with inventing most of the AC (alternating current) power system we use today. He sold his patents to George Westinghouse who fought Edison and his DC (direct current) power system. Westinghouse eventually won making Tesla very wealthy. Later in life Tesla patented the Tesla Coil and a system for delivering power wirelessly. He claims to have discovered what he called “Terrestrial Stationary Waves”. A phenomena in the atmosphere.
One of the books I’m reading is “H.A.A.R.P. The Ultimate Weapon Of The Conspiracy” by Jerry E. Smith. It has a copyright of 1998. H.A.A.R.P. (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a massive radio antenna in Alaska that many people believe is capable of weather control and other very destructive properties. People believe it’s based on some of Tesla’s research. The 3rd chapter goes into some of the science involved so I thought I would try to simplify it for you. A Tesla Coil is a trandformer that can step-up AC voltage to an incredible number like 2,000,000 volts (2 million volts) . A transformer is 2 pieces of wire wound in very tight coils and placed near each other. One wire is the primary and the other is the secondary. There is no physical connection between the two. The voltage and current in the primary ‘induces’ a voltage and current in the secondary by way of electromagnetic radiation. There is no such thing as a DC transformer because the wire is just a short to DC current. It only works for AC. The voltage of the secondary depends on the number of turns in the coil as compared to the number of turns in the primary. More turns in the secondary than the primary steps-up the voltage and less steps-down the voltage. The one physical law that governs a transformer is that the power on one side (coil) must equal the power on the other (coil). For example if you had 100 volts and 2 amps in the primary and you were stepping-up the voltage to 200 volts you could only have 1 amp in the secondary for a total of 200 Watts. Tesla would step-up large voltages like 12,500 volts to 1,000,000 volts and stand next to the coil and have sparks come off his body. The secret is that voltage by itself is not lethal but current is. (don’t try this at home) If he stepped-up 12,500 volts to 1,000,000 he didn’t have much current. One micro-amp of current is not lethal. Tesla would then hold a special light bulb in his hand near the Tesla Coil and it would light. The secret is the bulb was designed as a secondary and the voltage was so high it could ‘induce’ a current at short distances because of electromagnetic radiation. He wanted to use this technology to deliver wireless power and communication services. It never got off the ground because it would have been hard to make money at it.
Electricity is when electrons, a part of an atom, move inside a conductor such as copper or aluminum. The movement of electrons from nucleus to nucleus constitutes electric current. Electric current produces a type of radiation called electromagnetic radiation. It has an electric componant and a magnetic componant. Scientists still don’t understand EMR. It’s not like particle radiation as is light. It is simply produced by the movement of electrons from nucleus to nucleus. The sun is constantly bombarding the earth with particle radiation that is both electrons and protons, another part of the atom. This radiation makes up the Van-Allan Belts that surround the entire planet. The earth’s atmosphere prevents this radiation from reaching the surface. If it did reach the surface, life would not be possible. Many of the electrons get trapped in the ionosphere. The ionosphere is a large part of the atmosphere. Here they create ionozed atoms of oxygen. This is called ozone. The gases that make up the atmosphere are atoms like everything else but have a density well below copper or aluminum. Thier atoms also have electrons that could travel from nucleus to nucleus. The Ionosphere is constantly ionizing and de-ionizing depending on the sun and time of day. Is this what Tesla called “Terrestrial Stationary Waves”. Does the constant ionizing and de-ionizing create electromagnetic radiation that can be captured with a coil (Tesla Coil) then have ‘information’ added then sent back into the atmosphere? Is this how my harassers communicate? Can the entire atmosphere be used like a copper conductor? It’s possible my harassers have RFID (radio frequency identity) chips placed under thier scalp like described by Jose Manuel DelGado in his book “Physical Control Of The Mind” and Aaron Russo in “Freedom to Fascsim”. The chips then use the microwave hearing effect to communicate silently. The chips are so small they can run on minute voltages induced by ELF towers.
I have 2 examples of how digital data can be added to another wave and used for communication and control. One is X10 technology and the other is Broadband Over Powerlines (BOP). X10 technology was developed in the 1970’s in Scotland. It uses the actual AC wiring in the walls of any building as control wiring to turn on and turn off lights and other appliances. If you wanted to control a light from another room you use a module that has 2 rotary switches. The switches are set to a address like A – 1 then you program a control panel to send a signal over the AC wire that will turn on A – 1 when desired. The module screws into the lamp and then the buld screws into the module. BOP is just what it sounds like. Broadband cable services can be ‘added’ to the AC coming off the street and sent to a specific address. It is only good for a couple miles because of noise susceptibility.

I was reading some of my collection of information on brain computer interfaces and neural implants over the weekend. The discovery of electricity as it pertained to human life was first documented by Luigi Galvani in the 1700's. He experimented with frogs. Scientists first began serious study of the electrical activity of the brain the 1890's. Hans Berger developed the EEG (electroencephalagram) in the 1920's. Even then they could pick up a voltage as low as one ten thousandth of a volt. It's possible that every part of the human body that moves makes a different electric signal so I tried to compile a list and come up with a total number. A list of the various systems making up the human body include: human blood; cardiovascular system; digestive system, endocrine system, renal system, muscle, nervous system, reproductive system, respiration, sensory reception, skeletal system. Each system consists of numerous parts each having a different signal. There are at least a hundred muscles in the human body. The brain is part of the nervous system. It produces hundreds of signals. I ran across the title of a book "Origins of Neuroscience" by Stanley Finger. Walter Rudolph Hess won a Nobel Prize for brain computer interfaces in the 1950's. Other pioneers in BCI's are: James Olds, Robert Galbraith Heath and Jose Manuel DelGado. Someone named Niels Birbaumer developed a 'Thought Translation Device' in the 1990's. Scientists invented 'Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation' in the 1980's. I think this was used on me in the summer of 2008 while I was in McClean Southeast on the grounds of the Brockton Veterans Administration hospital. (see MY STORY page) I found a pdf of a story in a British Newspaper called 'Mail Online' about synthetic telepathy, the ability to read a persons thoughts with electronics. I included it in the zip file that follows. If you have a copy of my 'All Files' DVD it should be there. Somewhere, I think, I found an article about an app for a cell phone that can tap into whatever they use to read peoples minds but I can't find it. Anyone could download it and use it.
This is a collection of 'evidence' of a conspiracy. I watched the movie version of "The DaVinci Code" last week. The main character wrote some book about symbolism. At the end, one of the main characters ends up in Scotland. There is a secret written on a paper in a container with a combination designed by Leonardo DaVinci. It turns out the combination is the word "Apple". As in Apple Computer? The Scottish Enlightenment seems to come up a lot. (not in the movie) The Enlightenment took place from about the year 1700 to the year 1800. Two prominent contributors were Adam Smith and Robert Burns. During the presidential election of 2008 the candidates were asked what book they would bring to the White House. John McCain replyed "The Wealth Of Nations" by Adam Smith. At the end of every chorus in the song 'Synchronicity II" by The Police he says something relating to Scotland and the Loch Ness Monster. (New World Order ??) Yesterday I tried to research ELF waves but the little children slugs (American Nazi's) got there before me as usual. I thought I would say something anyway. ELF stands for extremely low frequency radio waves. ELF is any wave between 0HZ and 30HZ. Electromagnetic waves up to 3000HZ aren't used all the time for conventional radio. I know that when you go through a tunnel in a car either AM or FM won't play on the radio. I don't know which. Yesterday I tried to find out which. The information I got was that it was AM and the reason was the rebar in the tunnel walls acts as a Faraday Cage. I'm not sure thats right. I do know that the Navy has used ELF to communicate with submarines because very low frequencies penetrate anything, including water and metal Faraday Cages. The Navy had a facility at Clam Lake Wisconson that operated at 30HZ. I think the idea is the high speed (microwave) data rides on top of the 30HZ. There is also a facility in Alaska know as H.A.A.R.P. Nikola Tesla patented a wireless energy transmission system in the early part of the 20th century. He planned to deliver power and data wirelessly through the earth. He built a tower on Long Island in New York called Wardenclyffe. The idea was never used. Marconi's radio became the preferred method of communication. I do know that RFID chips operate on the principles Tesla used at Wardenclyffe as well as other modern technologies. Jose Manuel DelGado described the use of RFID chips in his book "Physical Control Of The Mind: Toward A More Psycho-Social Society" in 1970. A copy can be downloaded for free on the DOCUMENTS page. There are references to RFID chips in Aaron Russo's "Freedom To Fascism' movie and the Zeitgiest movies. Russo says the global elite want everyone 'hooked up' with a chip. DelGado says they are inserted beneath the skin on the top of someones head. He calls it 'Sub Cutaneous' (???) surgery. It does not require a long hospital stay. RFID chips use Dr Alan Frey's work on the Microwave Hearing Effect to communicate with the person who has the surgery. It is powered by the Tesla patent ELF tower. The tower may also transmit the data. I think an RFID chip can be broken fairly easily with a hammer if you're careful. I think this is what John Lennon called 'Instant Karma'. He says 'Instant Karma gonna get you,....Gonna knock you on the head..... Better get yourself together,....Pretty soon you're gonna be dead...' It's possible removing one of these is a death sentence. There was a rock band named Tesla. Thier album 'Mechanical Resonance' came out in the 1980's. I think you could just bomb the base of a tower and destroy equipment used to run it. You don't have to bring the tower down. You could shoot the 'things' ??? at the top with a high power rifle and maybe do enough damage.

I was reading some of my collection of information on brain computer interfaces and neural implants over the weekend. The discovery of electricity as it pertained to human life was first documented by Luigi Galvani in the 1700's. He experimented with frogs. Scientists first began serious study of the electrical activity of the brain the 1890's. Hans Berger developed the EEG (electroencephalagram) in the 1920's. Even then they could pick up a voltage as low as one ten thousandth of a volt. It's possible that every part of the human body that moves makes a different electric signal so I tried to compile a list and come up with a total number. A list of the various systems making up the human body include: human blood; cardiovascular system; digestive system, endocrine system, renal system, muscle, nervous system, reproductive system, respiration, sensory reception, skeletal system. Each system consists of numerous parts each having a different signal. There are at least a hundred muscles in the human body. The brain is part of the nervous system. It produces hundreds of signals. I ran across the title of a book "Origins of Neuroscience" by Stanley Finger. Walter Rudolph Hess won a Nobel Prize for brain computer interfaces in the 1950's. Other pioneers in BCI's are: James Olds, Robert Galbraith Heath and Jose Manuel DelGado. Someone named Niels Birbaumer developed a 'Thought Translation Device' in the 1990's. Scientists invented 'Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation' in the 1980's. I think this was used on me in the summer of 2008 while I was in McClean Southeast on the grounds of the Brockton Veterans Administration hospital. (see MY STORY page) I found a pdf of a story in a British Newspaper called 'Mail Online' about synthetic telepathy, the ability to read a persons thoughts with electronics. This is a collection of 'evidence' of a conspiracy. I watched the movie version of "The DaVinci Code" last week. The main character wrote some book about symbolism. At the end, one of the main characters ends up in Scotland. There is a secret written on a paper in a container with a combination designed by Leonardo DaVinci. I am watching Roman Polanski's version of Shakespeare's "MacBeth". Applying what I know about my life it's easy to think that MacBeth is being manipulated by the church. At the very beginning 3 witch's know everything that is going to happen before it does. Lady MacBeth is an 'Alice' with stars and money in her eyes. She drugs people and seduces MacBeth into doing things he normally would not. MacBeth becomes king and goes on a murdering spree before he dies and the witch's prophesy comes true.
