Synthetic Telepathy – The Hidden Truth

The following article is an entry that appeared on Wikipedia. Within the last 24 hours a major “edit war” broke out and it appeared, at least to me, that the information was being suppressed.
The article goes into depth about a field of espionage that employs a technology known as “silent sound” or “Synthetic telepathy”. If you’re interested in high tech espionage, this makes for a very good read.
Synthetic telepathy
Synthetic telepathy (also known as techlepathy or psychotronics) is a term used to describe the process in brain-computer interfaces by which human thought (as electromagnetic radiation) is intercepted, processed by computer and a return signal generated that is perceptible by the human brain. (ref 1,2,3,4)
==History==
In 1967, Edmond M. Dewan published a paper in Nature demonstrating the control of Alpha waves, turning them on and off, to produce Morse code. (ref 5) Using an EEG machine, Dewan and his fellow researchers were able to send words and phrases by thought alone.
In 1976, Robert G. Malech was awarded United States Patent 3951134 for remotely monitoring and altering brainwaves using radio.(ref 6) This patent makes reference to demodulating the waveform, displaying it to an operator for viewing and passing this to a computer for further analysis.
In 1988, Farwell, L.A. & Donchin, D. produced a paper describing a method of transmitting linguistic information using the P300 response system. (ref 7) This system combined matching observed information to what the subject was thinking of. In this case, being able to select a letter from the alphabet that the subject was thinking of. In theory, any input could be used and a lexicon constructed.
United States Patent 6,011,991, granted January 4, 2000, describes a method of monitoring an individual’s brain waves remotely, for the purposes of communication. Filed December 7, 1998, the patent outlines a system that monitors an individual’s brainwaves via a sensor, then transmits this, specifically by satellite, to a computer for analysis. This analysis would determine if the individual was attempting to communicate a “word, phrase, or thought corresponding to the matched stored normalized signal”.(ref 8)
==Theory==
Approaches to synthetic telepathy can be categorized into two major groups, passive and active. Like sonar, the receiver can take part or passively listen. Passive reception is the ability to “read” a signal without first broadcasting a signal. This can be roughly equated to tuning into a radio station, the brain generates electromagnetic radiation which can be received at a distance. That distanced is determined by the sensitivity of the receiver, the filters used and the bandwidth required. Most universities would have limited budgets and receivers such as EEG (and similar devices) would be used. A related military technology is the surveillance system TEMPEST, the effective range of which is classified. (ref 9) Given that US Congress attempted to enact a bill in Oct 2001 banning these type of devices as “space weapons”, (ref 10) may indicate that fluctuations in the human magnetic field can be intercepted by satellite.
Robert G. Malech’s approach requires a modulated signal to be broadcast at the target. The method uses an active signal which is interfered with by the brain’s modulation. Thus, the return signal can be used to infer the original brainwave. This approach does expose the transmitter, but is ultimately required for generating return signals that can be processed by the brain.
The research of Farwell, L.A. & Donchin, D, is the first public revelation that could lead to a generic lexicon being developed, however, this is implied in the work of Robert G. Malech in 1976.
==Current research==
Current research, as of 2010, is being driven by military for “covert speech”, however, given that much of this is unclassified, it would suggest that the bulk of the research was performed much earlier and dedicated to the field of intelligence gathering during the cold war. Additional reports suggest that a version is deployed in combat zones to demoralize enemy troops and a smaller number of reports indicate a potential use to undermine governments and cause public unrest. (ref 11, 12)
Today, the driving force appears to be silent communication with battlefield troops. A mere $4 million was provided to DARPA for the fiscal year 2009/2010 to develop such a system called “Silent Talk”. (ref 13) Much of the research is being conducted at The Cognitive NeuroSystems Lab at UC Irvine. (ref 14)
A further $4 million was allocated by the Army to the University of California to investigate computermediated “synthetic telepathy”.(ref 15) The research aims to detect and analyze the word-specific neural signals, using EEG, which occur before speech is vocalized, and to see if the patterns are generalizable. (ref 16) The research is part of a wider $70 million project that began in 2000 which aims to develop hardware capable of adapting to the behavior of its user.(ref 17)
Quite apart from linguistic information, images have been extracted from the brain. Researchers at Japan’s ATR Computational Neuroscience Laboratories have been able to reconstruct images that a subject can currently see. The ultimate goal of the unclassified project is to view both retinal and imagined images in real-time, including dreams. (ref 18)
==Computer mediation==
Computer mediation falls into two basic categories, interpretative and interactive.
Interpretative mediation is the passive analysis of signals coming from the human brain. A computer “reads” the signal then compares that signal against a database of signals and their meanings. Using statistical analysis and repetition, false-positives are reduced over time.
Interactive mediation can be in a passive-active mode, or active-active mode. In this case, passive and active denote the method of reading and writing to the brain and whether or not they make use of a broadcast signal. Interactive mediation can also be performed manually or via artificial intelligence.
Manual interactive mediation involves a human operator producing return signals such as speech or images. A.I. mediation leverages the cognitive system of the subject to identify images, pre-speech, objects, sounds and other artifacts, rather than developing A.I. routines to perform such activities. A.I. based systems may incorporate natural language processing interfaces that produce sensations, mental impressions, humor and conversation to provide a mental picture of a computerized personality.
Not only can this A.I hold a conversation via the internal monologue but it may also perform routing of information to and from specific groups or individuals. This provides a broad range of potential applications from acting as a communications system to conducting interrogations. This latter form is currently being researched at UC Irvine for an unclassified US military project. (ref 19)
Given the high value to espionage and counter-terrorism, it is likely that such a system is already deployed in a classified manner.
==Military uses==
In a military context, the first obvious uses is to both read and write information to the internal monologue. This provides two major areas of interest, the first being two-way communication for field agents and the second is the intelligence gathering and interrogation. A fundamental problem arises when using the system for communication purposes, in that, it is impossible to authenticate the source of the transmission. Synthetic telepathy has limited uses as a communication system unless directcontact headset systems are used and supported by encrypted channels. As such, standard radios are more effective in combat situations. Synthetic telepathy also requires the thought stream to be processed which results in a minor lapse of attention, rather like a daydream, that could have deadly consequences on the battlefield.
With respect to intelligence gathering and interrogations, synthetic telepathy has a wide range of drawbacks and limitations. Contrary to popular belief, synthetic telepathy does not provide the ability to read a person’s mind or memories. What it does provide is the ability to read the internal monologue (or anything that causes electrical change/radiation) and the trick is to get the subject to “voice” their memories and cross-reference that with their emotional state. In other words, basic psychological manipulation is a key factor and makes the technology not much more reliable than a standard liedetector test. In practice, passive monitoring of the internal monologue over a long time period (monthsyears) is probably the most effective method of intelligence gathering.
The capability to put a person into a state of hypnosis is often touted by conspiracy theorists. In actual fact, the suggestive capabilities of synthetic telepathy use a different mechanism, basic impulses and sensations. This is merely a different form of writing to the brain. To formulate thought, the brain has a pipeline through which information is processed. (ref 20) At its most basic, impulses guide human behavior and manipulation of these impulses provides a strategic advantage in both combat and political situations. By altering the motivational factors of a target subject or group, it makes it easier to guide their higher level decision making processes.
Crowd or riot control can be achieved by generating impulses that are essentially common to all humans, resulting in the dispersion of crowds or a willingness to co-operate with authorities. This type of synthetic telepathy is arguably a political tool as it suppresses dissent. (ref 21)
Amnesia (retrograde and anterograde) can be induced as any active signal is essentially interferring with normal operations of the brain. Thus, transfer from shortterm to longterm memory can be inhibited. (ref 22) Vision and auditory systems could also be compromised, as with any neural processing system, corruption of the inputs would result in halucinations, much like the effects of LSD. With a proper interface to such regions, events such as “alien abductions” or “seeing God” could be faked quite readily and “mental illness” used as a cover for the extraction of information. (ref 23, 24, 25)
==Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS/S-Quad)==
ITV News Service, in March 1991, produced a report of ultrasound piggybacked on a commercial radio broadcast (100Mhz) aimed at entraining the brains of Iraqi troops and creating feelings of despair. (ref 26) This has been related to United States Patent 5,159,703 awarded to Oliver M. Lowery which refers to a “silent communications system in which nonaural carriers, in the very low or very high audio frequency range or in the adjacent ultrasonic frequency spectrum, are amplitude or frequency modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones or piezoelectric transducers.”(ref 27)
Human hearing is roughly in the range of 20Hz-20,000Hz (20 kHz), although a human adult will lose the ability to hear the higher ranges as they grow older. In addition, most cheap radios have a limited frequency response range (ref 28) that will be unable to reproduce silent sound as encoded originally making it ineffective.
As such, an alternative explanation for the effectiveness of S-Quad is provided in human biology: 1. Cells amplifying radio signals at certain frequencies. 2. Cells can demodulate voice on a basic carrier wave.
This is not as strange as it seems, it has been noted for a long time that fillings, or dental braces, can result in radio stations being heard in the mouth of an individual. (ref 29)
==Mind control==
Conspiracy theory and popular science fiction would have the world believe that the human mind can be remotely controlled. That individuals can be turned into mindless automatons and directly controlled by computers to produce sleepers or assassins. (ref 30) The reality is much less clear.
Interfacing remotely to write to the brain is performed using electrical interference rather like crosstalk (electronics). (ref 31) Much like a drill next to a television, the interference pattern is processed by the brain as information, a variant which induces sensations and feelings is known as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. (ref 32) As such, an externally generated monologue will be weaker than the internal monologue of the target subject due to a lesser signal strength. An over-powering signal would interrupt a wide range of neural functions that could impact critical autonomic systems resulting in death.
Two possible methods exist that could result in an individual killing another through the use of synthetic telepathy. The first is to leverage the natural behavior of the target subject, that is, use an individual who would kill another. The second is to induce psychotic symptoms and diminish their mental control (ref 33, 34) In both cases, the underlying mechanics are the same, to provide impulses and sensations that urge the individual to commit murder. This is not hypnosis, but merely physiological manipulation without the knowledge of the target.
Another area of interest and arguably more feasible, is the manipulation of political figures. (ref 35)
Thoughts, sensations and impulses can be combined to influence political and personal decision making processes. A similar process can be used to effect the population at large to drive agendas or to maintain power for certain groups, undermining free will and self-expression. (ref 36) As the technology matures and expands to regimes throughout the globe, this will be a major source of concern for governments world-wide.
Finally, we come to the area of interrogations which can be conducted remotely whilst an individual or groups is conducting their normal daily business. The internet is saturated with such reports (ref 37) and as a possible side-effect is psychosis, it is quite likely that at least some of them are accurate.
==In law==
The term “psychotronic”, short for psycho-electronic ( ref 38) was used in the proposed Bill H.R. 2977 Space Preservation Act of 2001, which listed “psychotronic” as a list of possible spaceborne weapons which would be banned by the Act (ref 39)
In 2001, President Vladimir V. Putin signed into law a bill making it illegal to employ “electromagnetic, infrasound … radiators” and other weapons of “psychotronic influence” with intent to cause harm.
As a completely unnatural event, it is arguable that this type of technology when employed in interrogations would be classified as “cruel or unusual”. Further to this, A.I. mediated events such as mock executions or death threats would also violate the Geneva convention, International law and laws of most nations in the developed world. Counter-claims focusing on National Security would be invalid as criminal activity is, in itself, a gross violation of National Security.
The European Parliament adopted a resolution on January 28, 1999[38], 28.1.99 Environment, security and foreign affairs A4-0005/99: 23. Calls on the European Union to seek to have the new ‘non-lethal’ weapons technology and the development of new arms strategies also covered and regulated by international conventions … 27. Calls for an international convention introducing a global ban on all developments and deployments of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings.
==In the media==
60 Minutes correspondent Lesley Stahl interviewed Tom Mitchell of Carnegie Mellon University on his work in “Thought Identification” using fMRI. (ref 40) The segment, published Jan. 4, 2009 and available on the CBS website, shows associate producer Meghan Frank having his thoughts identified by computer. (ref 41) The segment shows that a generalizable pattern exists in the human brain that can be used to identify thoughts without training a computer for each individual with 100% accuracy.

A faraday cage is an enclosure, room or entire building (like the NSA building at Ft Meade), encased in metal and then grounded to earth. It prevents electromagnetic waves from entering or leaving.
I am not a journalist. I am a victim of illegal surveillence in the United States of America. It has been going on for at least 7 years. I don't know who is responsible, but I have come to believe I am not alone and this has been happening to others since the mid 1950's. The goal of this site is to shock people into asking questions. I insinuate, you investigate. No one person could possibly convince another the scope of the problem facing the United States and other countries. Everyone needs to be concerned enough to ask questions and convince themselves. There is a lot of wrong and conflicting information on this website. I think that if the High Wattage Pulse Generator actually works people should concentrate on one city. Like maybe Los Angelos. “Hotel California” You know the enemy will push back so it should be an all out effort to unplug people. Then maybe move on to San Diego or San Francisco. There might be safety in numbers.

Saturday Dec 22 2018 – ND – Went to Target in Stoughton. Got some crap Frosted Flakes. $5 ! Assholes. When I got back I found something very interesting on TV. WGBH Channel 2. The Sultan And The Saint. It was about the Crusades and St Francis. What was really interesting was they admitted that the pope used brain damage to de-humanize people making them more likely to murder. This tactic was used to kill Jews also. I have also been watching a series on Sparta. It is hosted by Bettany Hughes. Sparta was a Greek city state that had a warrior culture. They did not farm or fish or manufacture anything. They enslaved people to do that. They were only interested in creating soldiers. Four hundred years or so after Sparta was no longer the first Roman emperor went there because Rome had patterned itself after them. Capitalism accomplishes the same. It concentrates the wealth and displaces people with new inventions so many people at the bottom have nothing else to do but join the military. Also watched “Captains Courageous” and “Bad Day At Black Rock” starring Spencer Tracy.
Sunday Dec 23 2018 – 7 PM – Stayed home all day. Got ready for Christmas. Watched football. Played with my Arduino stuff. I am sure someone is accessing my main PC remotely even though it’s not on the internet and has no WiFi. I could go over it for the millionth time but I won’t. Tuesday Dec 25 2018 – 6 PM – Went to mom’s in Braintree. Had a really good turkey dinner. Room mate is currently making noises 24 hrs a day like he has Tourettes. I wonder if it’s on the list of things ‘they’ harass you with. I know there’s a song by Nirvana titled “Tourettes”. The not so famous ‘they’, ‘them’ or folklore and folk song. “Some of them want to use you………….some of them want to be used by you….” “They give you this but you pay for that………..” “You can’t always get what you want……………..” “When their logic ties me up and rapes me…….” Want to go out tomorrow Watched “Andromeda Strain”. It came out in the 1970’s. It’s supposed to be about a real story. Project Scoop had something to do with a satellite that crashed in Piedmont New Mexico in 1971 killing everybody. The Andromeda Strain is a virus from outer space that could kill the entire human race if it isn’t stopped. It feeds on nuclear radiation so they can’t use an A-Bomb. They eventually stop it. The base they operate out of could be Area 51 today. ???? (Another Area 51 movie is “Groom Lake” starring William Shatner. Or “Seven Days In May”) Another virus movie is “Outbreak” starring Dustin Hoffman. I, or someone like me, could represent the virus. If the story gets out the country goes caput. (“Moon Turn The Tide Gently Slowly Slowly” Jimi Hendrix) The military wants to save the virus and use it as a potential weapon while many others want to destroy it. Nobody seems to know exactly whats going on.

When metal gets into your blood it eventually makes its way to the brain. Once it’s in the brain it can be difficult to remove. It can take years for it to leave naturally. Chelation is a medical treatment to speed the process up. It uses drugs, but should be monitored by a doctor. The drugs can be bought over the counter. Metal poisoning can produce a number of symptoms. Lack of emotion, over active libido are two.
I have been thinking about clean drinking water and sanitation. Water can be extracted from the air unless it’s too dry. This is not the case where most people live. I think it’s possible to combine a de-humidifier with a water distiller and keep it like a regular household refrigerator. To remove water from the air you need to make a space that is lower in temperature with regard to the outside air and provide a surface for the water to condense on. You don’t need an extreme temperature difference as provided by a freon driven machine. Most household de-humidifiers are the same thing as a refrigerator or air conditioner. They have an electric compressor, a condenser, an evaporator some valves and freon (refrigerant) Freon is a chemical that can be expensive and hard to acquire. If the corporate overlords knew what you were doing they probably wouldn’t sell it to you. I don’t think it would be hard to get around this. Heat always travels to where there isn’t any. If it’s cold outside your house the heat inside will try to get out. If it’s hot outside it will try to get in. The vacuum of space is about as cold as it gets. If you made a very large glass enclosure and put it under vacuum you could use it to draw heat in a specific direction. Place a large piece of metal with a large surface area (like an electronic heat sink) on top. On top of that a baffle with fans pulling air through the bottom. The air comes up from the bottom enters the space with a lower temperature and the water condenses on the bottom of the vacuum container and drips into a pan. The pan slowly fills up and collects in a tank.
Solar water distillers already exist. Build a box and line it with plastic to hold water. The box should have a angle to it. Put a piece of glass on top so it is at an angle. At the bottom of the glass put a tray to collect water. Put water in the box and place the entire thing in the sun. The sun will slowly evaporate the water. As it does it collects on the glass. Since the glass is at angle the water drips into the tray and eventually collects in the can.

Thursday Dec 20 2018 – ND – Went to Crawford Square. Out of money and food. Went to library. Watched “The China Syndrome” starring Jane Fonda and Jack Lemon. It’s about a nuclear accident at a power plant. The title comes from the idea that if a nuclear plant were to melt down it would melt all the way to China if there were no ground water. (or it’s artists trying to say something “Chinatown”) It came out around 1977 or so. Before the Three Mile Island accident which was real. People used to protest nuclear power all the time. In New England we had the Clam Shell Alliance who tried to stop Seabrook. ??? People gave up I guess. Like a lot of things. Where is everybody? Where’s the outrage? Friday Dec 21 2018 – 7 PM – Stayed home all day. Watched “Silkwood” starring Meryll Streep. She works in a nuclear fuel processing facility in Oklahoma. Shes gets elected to the union and starts making trouble for everyone. Someone kills her. Kinda sounds like my situation. Not caring about who I throw under the bus. But she had a life to protect, I’m waiting for some kind soul to finish it off. Also watched “The King And I” starring Yul Brenner and Deborah Kerr. Made in the 1950’s it’s based on a true story. (Anna And The King Of Siam) An English school teacher goes to Siam (Thailand) in 1862 to teach the kings children. They talk about Abraham Lincoln and slavery. Thailand sits between Burma (Myanmar) and Vietnam. I’m pretty sure it was never successfully conquered by Western powers. I wonder why. Knowledge Is Power

I have seen films and documentaries on Benjamin Disraeli or Queen Victoria where they mention “the problem of the Irish church”. I wonder what they’re talking about. I think someone should research all the legislation filed in the English Parliament that dealt with this and write a book. It might be interesting. Monday Dec 17 2018 – 8 PM – Stayed home all day. Cleaned. Re-watched “The Thin Blue Line” a documentary about the murder of a Dallas TX police officer. I understood it better this time. Randall Dale Adams was just another rolling stone who left home not knowing what he was headed into. He left Ohio bound for California but went through Dallas TX. Not 24 hours after arriving in Dallas he had a good job. Something, he says later, should have made him suspicious. He started associating with a local punk who eventually killed the officer and blamed it on Adams. Adams was convicted and the local got away. He was eventually arrested for another murder then confessed to the Dallas murder but Adams is still in jail. The murder occurred in 1976 and the movie was released in the 1980’s. I don’t know if he’s still alive.
Tuesday Dec 18 2018 – 8 PM – My Mindflex game arrived. I didn’t know exactly what I was going to do with this but I’ve decided to try to reverse engineer it. Almost every product you buy will have any patent numbers listed on the box. It may be the law or some legal mumbo jumbo. The only patent number I found was #7,048,604. All patents will cite prior art. Prior art can be another patent and that patent will list the number. And on and on. You could end up with a long list of patent numbers. The box also says it is powered by NeuroSky technology. NeuroSky markets it’s own toy. I went to Quincy Center and got more videos. I watched “Constantine’s Sword” by James Carroll. He is an ex-priest turned author. He points out many Catholics think the jews killed Jesus and this is a reason to hate them. Constantine started the Holy War Christians have been fighting for millennia. He saw a cross in the sky just before some battle and told his soldiers to fight in it’s name. Constantine later converted to Christianity. Constantine also began the system of feudalism. Christianity has sometimes been credited with the downfall of the Roman Empire. It was a passivist ideology. Passivism in a warrior culture would eventually destroy it. Christianity had to be hijacked or it would have brought down the empire from within. Maybe this is what Constantine and others saw as the need to invent feudalism. They incorporated religion in it just to continue a warrior culture. Maybe the jews really want to kill Christianity not Jesus but you can confuse anything with religion. Why stop doing it when you make money and cling to power. Wednesday Dec 19 2018 – 8 PM – Stayed home all day. Slept, watched movies. Watched “Whitey” by Joe Berlinger. It was about the trial of Whitey Bulger after he was captured in 2011. The package says it is part of ‘The Lost Paradise Trilogy’. I wonder what the other 2 are. I’m not sure what this was saying. Supposedly the thing Whitey wanted the most was not being a rat. A squeeller. A fink. The FBI file doesn’t use his name as the informant. They point out that anyone who informed for the government for 20 years would have a file 50 or 60,000 pages. The file the government used in court was only 700 pages. It had no name and no signatures of the people allowed to read it. The defense insisted it was fake. Some people say the Boston FBI is hopelessly corrupt. If it could be assumed the Oklahoma City Bombing was an Aleister Crowley perpetrated by the FBI why wouldn’t some of what happened in Boston?. Bulger was accused of murdering someone named Wheeler in Oklahoma but Bulger never really did any business there. ???? He got away for 16 years before being caught. I don’t know. Something else has been bothering me about recent events in Boston. Specifically the Marathon Bombing. Just before that happened I posted something about fighting back with pressure cookers. I referred to the way I try to make people angry as a pressure cooker. A movie came out in the early 1980’s titled “Altered States”. In it an MIT security guard gets badly injured. (Sean Collier ???) The movie has someone who experiments with a sensory deprivation chamber that looks like a big pressure cooker. ??? (my isolation) He comes out and escapes as an ape and injures the officer. ??? Life imitating art? Or is someone who can’t talk trying to say something? (FBI ??) Doesn’t have his own TV station or is hearing voices?? ??? I don’t know. Friday Dec 14 2018 – 6 PM – Stayed home all day. Got a really crappy nights sleep. The current chickenshit is extra nasty and making sleep difficult. Reminds me of Ironman Syndrome. I would in fact live my life over again exactly as it was than ever co-operate. Watched “Lawrence Of Arabia” starring Peter O’Toole. Lawrence was a real person. He was a Lt in the British Army who helped unite the Arab tribes on the Arabian peninsula during WWI and defeated the Ottoman Empire. He died in 1935 in a motorcycle accident. The movie reminded me of another movie “The Man Who Would Be King” starring Sean Connery and Michael Caine. They were both sgt’s in the British military and Freemasons. They found a lot of scattered tribes fighting amongst themselves so they promised one leader he would be king if they could take whatever gold they found. I recently bought the kids toy Mindflex by Matel on ebay. It came out 8 or 9 years ago. You are supposed to be able to move objects with your mind. Tuesday Dec 11 2018 – ND – Went out early. Library, Dunkin Donuts, bank, Shaws. Got some more movies. Watched “Young Mr Lincoln” starring Henry Fonda. I have always wondered why Lincoln fought the war since I think he understood the problem of the Jesuits. I wonder if he knew he was being manipulated. I think he was. Before becoming president he defended a Jesuit name Charles Chiniquiy in court. He was a Canadian who eventually left the church. He wrote a book titled “Fifty Years In The Church Of Rome”. He was very critical of the church.
Wednesday Dec 12 2018 – 7 PM – Stayed home all day. Watched “Inglourious Basterds” by Quentin Tarantino. It seems like all Tarantino movies end the same way, everybody dies. The Apolcalypse. In this one a theater in France goes up with all the top Nazi’s. Hitler, Goring etc. Did you know that Shakespeare’s Globe Theater burned down at least once in his lifetime? (All the worlds a stage and we are merely players) Germany between the wars was an economic basket case. Ain’t no one gonna burn anything down here if they can’t create economic chaos or hardship. I also watched ‘Going Clear’ a documentary about Scientology. I have come to believe Scientology is a cult of mind controlled people controlled by Catholic Jesuit priests. They either volunteer or are conned into joining or they were forced to when they join the military. They can either read minds (synthetic telepathy) or are directed by people who read minds. They are contacted by advanced wireless communications which are either RFID chips placed under the scalp or implants inserted through the nose. These are the people harassing me and lying about me behind my back. This is all standard operating procedure for the Catholic church going back centuries. My evidence is pretty thin or even non existent. In 2007 I was still living in Weymouth with both my parents. I had managed to get off my psych meds for the first time in 30 years and I think this is the reason it got out of control. They ramped it up for no other reason than to return me to my meds. This is part of what they do. It’s fascism/Romanism. In 2007 we had a man named Rick ???? who was delivering the Boston Globe in the morning. I believe he was the first person to actively harass me with all this technology. After my father had his bypass surgery in Nov 2007 both he and his son kind of gave it away. No one actually said anything, I guessed. I started getting videos in my youtube account regarding being ‘Rickrolled”. It had something to do with the song “Never Gonna Give You Up” by Rick Astley. I still don’t know what that was about. Soon after the Tom Cruise-Scientology video surfaced. Both Rick and his son did work around the house after my father was gone. He died March 31 2008 after being moved around every nursing home and rehab facility since Nov 2007. I could spend months going over that. If I could remember. I think Scientology is a syncretic religion run by the Pope, like Mormanism and Voodoo.

This is some thoughts on the electric toilet. I have seen pictures of spark generators going off. The spark is often concentrated in one spot. A Jacobs Ladder will move up but will not spark over the entire length of the wire all at the same time. If you wanted to use the spark to vaporize whatever is in the glass enclosure you need the spark to spread out over the entire electrode. My solution is to make the electrode out of 2 different metals. Small pieces of one type of metal would be embedded in another type of metal with a lower conductivity. When the spark is generated the current would gravitate toward the better conductive metal thus spreading the spark around.
I think the Patty Hearst kidnapping was an Aleister Crowley. Hearst was the grand daughter of William Randolph Hearst who was the subject of the movie “Citizen Kane”. He owned hundreds of newspapers across the country. He was famous for saying “you provide the pictures and I’ll provide the war”. He was talking about the Spanish American War that was fought between 1898 and 1899. It began with the sinking of the Maine in Havana harbor. Patty Hearst was kidnapped by a group calling itself the Symbionese Liberation Army. She was supposedly brainwashed and joined the group to robbing banks. A very famous picture has Hearst holding a machine gun in a bank. There is no country Symbion or Symbionese. The closest thing to it might be Siam, the old name for Thailand. I think they made it up from the word symbiotic, which means ‘working closely together or in conjunction with’. What the SLA was saying is that the media and the banks work very closely together to control society.

Friday Dec 7 2018 – 9 PM – Went out early. Wanted to go to Weymouth to the old stomping grounds. Just to be an asshole. Wanted to but more printer paper at the Wal-Mart even though I didn’t need any. Saturday Dec 8 2018 – 7 PM – Stayed home all day. Worked on electronics. Trying to understand sub vocal speech. Yesterday I downloaded what I could over the internet but it all investigates the larynx and face muscles. If you’re not actually speaking why would these be involved? The brain controls most of the muscles in the body. It communicates through the spinal cord. The spinal cord is the information super highway for the signals that leave the brain. What if all you had to do was find the signal sent to the larynx (vocal cords)? Maybe it could be accessed from the back of the neck? I figure there are 2 ways to approach the problem. I could get a horn antenna and aim it at myself and try to sift through all the signals I can extract from my head. Or design some type of antenna that would go around my neck to pick up all the various signals coming from my brain. In the end I would need some type of neck antenna to broadcast any jamming signals I design. Also re-watched “Reservoir Dogs” by Quentin Tarantino. I have been watching a lot of Stanley Kubrick movies. Supposedly he had a very special relationship with NASA. There are a lot of videos on youtube that say the moon landing were fake and Kubrick filmed them. I watched a 2 ½ hour documentary on Kubricks life recently and it says he got a special camera from NASA ??? (I think) to film “Barry Lyndon”. What are people saying? Did Kubrick actually have synthetic telepathy? Or was he aware of it? Most people aren’t.
Sunday Dec 9 2018 – ND – Went out to go to store. Watched some of the Patriots game. During the game my brain was doing the usual wandering. At some point I was thinking about how the Bruins used to lose in the last 2 minutes. It was like it was scripted. It happened all the time. And I was saying to myself ‘the Bruins snatched defeat from the jaws of victory’. Like Winston at the end of “1984” the Patriots did the exact same thing. It was like Doug Flutie on Thanksgiving Day 1984. ??? Are all players under mind control? Or just some? Do they ‘talk’ in the ear of some players during a critical play to break their concentration?
Monday Dec 10 2018 – ND – Stayed home all day. Watched “The Martian Chronicles” by Ray Bradbury. It starred Rock Hudson among others. The Martians could be people under mind control. They’re clairvoyant and can transform themselves into different beings. They do this to try to defend Mars from an Earth invasion. Most movies have it the other way around, Mars invades Earth. In the end Earth destroys itself and the only humans left are the settlers on Mars. Watched “Fiddler On The Roof” on TV. It’s set in Russia and is about Jews in the Pale. (I think) A man has 5 daughters that are growing up and about to marry. They abandon the old ways of using a matchmaker and decide to chose for themselves. The Russian government is carrying out pogroms in the area. The heart of the military officer in charge isn’t in it. He doesn’t care about the Jews but he does it anyway. The only other film I know of that is set in this part of the world is “Yentil” starring Barbara Streisand.

Ain’t no one wanna be the next Judah Macabee or whatever his name was. I think the idea is to get the thing to answer for the situation it’s creating. I am not responsible for whats happening. Why should explain or accept responsibility for it? I think acting like some Jesus is the oldest trick in the oldest book and it doesn’t get to the real problem. I think the ‘thing’ has created a real problem for itself with neural implants. It’s like Jim Morisson and The Doors said “…this is the land where the Pharoah died.” And lived and died and lived and died…..never underestimate the humans ability to forget.
I think I have identified a new catagory of movie. It’s the ‘desperate people trying to score money to survive’ genre. I recently watched “The Italian Job” with Michael Caine. This is what tipped me off. I think I can include “Reservoir Dogs” by Quentin Tarantino (not for the faint of badge), “Jackie Brown” by Quentin Tarantino, “The Big Lebowski” among others. So that brings me to real crime. The Boston media used to brag about how ‘The Brinks Job’ was the biggest crime in history. It was a bunch of low life hoods who stole something like $50 million from a Brinks warehouse. More recently we had the Isabela Stuart Gardner Museum heist. A bunch of thieves dressed as police stole about $100 million worth of paintings around 1990. They have never been caught. They talked for years about some musician named Miles Conner but nothing has ever come of it. “Eight MILES high…..” Can you keep a satellite in orbit at 8 miles? “I can see for miles and miles and miles……………….” (how can you see for miles? Another song I didn’t want to understand) “Careful with that axe Eugene (Jimi) …….” “One of these days I’m going to cut you into little pieces….” “You have the right to free speech……as long as…………….you’re not dumb enough to actually try it……………..” But I digress. And I don’t think I can get back.

I majored in art in high school. As a part of that I studied art history. Today I find it useful to make trouble. Patrons of art are usually rich or powerful people. Until the modern era most art in Western Civilization was commissioned by the church. Almost all art before 1500 AD is religious in nature. As the lower classes began to rise art branched out and in many cases became political in nature. I thought I would present a timeline and some basic commentary as I go. One of the first great works of fiction is “Don Quixote” by Cervantes somewhere around 1580 AD. He predated Shakespeare. “Don Quixote” could be a rolling stone or a metaphor for an entire society that doesn’t understand who really runs things. In America the people at the top are fighting evil but don’t know or understand the enemy. (the church never relinquished power) Shakespeare wrote about 50 plays between 1580 AD and 1610 AD. He wrote history’s, comedy’s and tragedy’s. His works were inspired by Ovid’s poems as well as The Hollinshed Chronicles. They were a history of England Ireland and Scotland written by several people about 1550 AD. John Milton wrote “Paradise Lost” around 1650 AD. It is considered one of the great poems in history along with Homers “Iliad and Odyssey” and Ovid. In 1725 AD Jonathon Swift wrote “Gulivers Travels”. “Gulivers Travels” is a parody and fantasy that reveals the true nature of Western Civilization. We fight wars over which end of the egg to break first. Just after the American Revolution a strange thing happened. A group of artists in New England (“..this is the land where the Pharoah died…….”) invented a literary movement from the ground up. They called it Transcendentalism. The movement included Herman Melville, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Henry Davis Thoreau, Ralph Waldo Emerson among others. In Europe Mary Shelley wrote “Frankenstien”. Published around 1825 AD it was way ahead of it’s time. The full title is “Frankenstien Or The Modern Prometheus”. Prometheus is a titan in Greek mythology who gave man fire. I think Frankenstien represents science, a Pandora’s Box to many people. Richard Wagner was in born in Germany around 1825 AD to a Lutheran. He wrote opera’s and was acquanted with Frederich Neitschze. He helped define the role of art in Western Civilization going forward. Around 1880 AD painters began to get into the act. French Impressionism included artists like Vincent Van Gogh, LauTrec and others. The beginning of the 20 th century saw abstract painting. Picasso was one of the early artists. In the 1920’s Salvador Dali and others invented Surrealism a mixture of realism and dreams or inner mind concepts. Both Dali and Picasso lived in to the 1960’s. The 20 th century also saw the invention of movies and the blues, a black genre from the American South. Tuesday Dec 4 2018 – 9 PM – Stayed home all day. Room mate had someone stay overnight this weekend. This is the second person. The first was an elderly man. He stayed 8 or 9 days. A couple days he spent in the room next to me with my room mate. They remained very very quiet all the time. He hasn’t been back in a while. The girl over the weekend stayed in his room. They were very very quiet. Room mate had his car towed on Friday or Saturday and she had no car. They were still here when I left on Monday morning. His car is now back but I never actually saw her leave. ???? Watched a couple Stanley Kubrick movies. “Paths Of Glory” and “Lolita”. “Paths Of Glory” reminded me of the book by Smedley Butler “War Is A Racket”. I have always wanted to know why they called Amy Fisher ‘The Long Island Lolita’. I’m not really sure I know any more about Amy. “Lolita” starts out in New Hampshire. At the end it turns out Lolita knew everything right from the beginning. Clare Quilty might have been a trans-sexual. ??? He dies behind a painting sort of like “The Picture Of Dorian Grey”. Someone else painted the picture. ??? Someone talking behind his back making him look bad. ??? Manipulating him. Quilty was manipulating both Lolita and the man. ??? Wednesday Dec 5 2018 – ND – Went out just to get out. Was going to stay home and work on electronics but I’m not sleeping (chickenshit) well and having trouble thinking straight. Still have this swollen abdomen. It’s been at least a year. (“Matrix” “Leprechaun”) I also have a bad tooth. I have been working on the Arduino Brain Simulator. I think that Phase Locked Loops (PLL) could be useful. PLL’s come as a chip like an Op Amp. It consists of 3 parts. A phase comparator, a low pass filter and a voltage controlled oscillator. They are used extensively in cell phones and other wireless devices to capture the desired signal. I want to capture a transient signal from the throat. Electromyography (EMG) is the medical term for sensing muscle EMI. If sub vocal speech comes from a muscle it is probably transient and somewhere in the audio range. I might need a Digital Signal Processor (DSP). I can also use a PLL in the circuit I’m designing to mimic the brain. (I think?) PLL’s are used for frequency synthesis. I figure I can use a shot noise generator then filter it for 8 Hz then increase and decrease it with frequency synthesis. (maybe?).

I have been reading Milton’s “Paradise Lost” and some of the works of Samuel Taylor Coleridge. Milton lived just after Shakespeare. “Paradise Lost” is considered one of the great poems in history along with Homer’s “Iliad and Odyssey” and Ovid’s “Metamorphosis”. Coleridge lived from 1774 to 1834 and is best known for his poem “Kubla Khan”.
“In Xanadu did Kubla Khan a stately pleasure dome decree.” This is the first 2 line’s of Coleridge’s poem “Kubla Khan”. The story goes that Coleridge was in a hospital being treated with a powerful drug. He fell asleep while reading Purchas’s “Pilgrimage” and dreamed the poem. He was called away and never finished it. The first line is used in the movie “Citizen Kane” at the very beginning. William Randolph Hearst also built himself a pleasure palace. The book “Pilgrimage” was a sort of travel log. Samuel Purchas would talk to people who returned from long trips and publish stories. Xanadu is the name of the city where Khan ruled the Mongol Empire. The Mongol Empire began around the same time as Marco Polo. I wonder if Genghis Khan was ‘willed to power’ like so many others. William Randolph Hearst. ??? I wonder if there is any surviving evidence at Xanadu. “You provide the pictures, I’ll provide the war” Co-operation is absolutely out of the question. “I don’t need your civil war,….it feeds the rich while it buries the poor…” If you need a scapegoat get someone else. Later in the poem it prophesizes war. So if you take the money someday you pay the piper. Maybe for some people everybody pays.

I am always thinking about inventions. I wonder what uses opposing magnetic fields or mixed magnetic fields and electric fields would have. A magnetic field is created in a coil (inductor) when current is sustained and always changing (AC). The magnetic field rotates in a certain direction. I believe it’s called the right hand rule. If you point your thumb in the direction of the current your other fingers point in the direction of the magnetic field. Instead of a primary and a secondary suppose you put to primary’s very close to each other with the fields in opposite directions. Would it create noise? Could use pass a wire in between and have a noise generator? What if you passed a magnetic field inside an electric field? An electric field is created when you have two plates with a different build up of electrons. (capacitor) Could something like this help to separate methane from other gases removed from a methane silo?
I have discovered that Dremel makes a 3 D printer for about $500 and one for about $1000.

Monday Nov 26 2018 – ND – Went to Crawford Square early. Turner Free Library. Took out some videos. One, “Inside Job”, is a documentary about the 2008 financial collapse. It’s by someone named Charles Ferguson. It won numerous awards. It was so scratched I couldn’t get past 30 minutes. I sometimes wonder if these things are no accident. The package shows Massachusetts congressman Barney Frank who was also involved in the Franklin Conspiracy which I think involved a bank. I wonder if the two are related somehow. Maybe the whole financial crisis was planned well in advance.

HA HA HA J Edgar owed his lifestyle to the mob. They were an excuse to build a militarized police force. “You’re government is evil. You live in a police state” Sleeper Woody Allen “Sleeper” and “Being There” are about the same thing. So is “Marathon Man” the Austin Powers movies and “Iceman”. I don’t know what. Sunday Dec 2 2018 – 7 PM – Stayed home all day. Room mate had a girlfriend stay overnight. And most of the day today. Still here while writing this. When I went to the cellar to get something I discovered my stuff had been gone through. When I got back upstairs I suspect my chair has been salted. These things are supposed to get me to go off. So here I go. No American Nazi is good enough to clean the jock strap of the lowliest German Nazi or even carry it around. At least they had the courage of their convictions and put on a uniform so people could identify them. Re-watched “Collapse” with Michael Ruppert. The first part goes into Peak Oil. Then he talks about the banking system. He says you should pay off your credit cards and your mortgage. I think if you know the system is going to collapse you should get as many credit cards as possible and max them out on cash at the ATM and go to a jewelry store and but gold and silver or something else of value. He talks about paper (fiat) money like there is no way to control it. He thinks it has to be backed up by some resource. Money can be whatever the people in power say is money and will enforce as such. You are already using paper. If you go into a store and the owner refuses to accept a paper dollar that you worked for, it should be possible to call the police and force the owner to accept it. Never mind backing it up with a resource. Anything can be used as currency. There are 3 states a currency can exist in. Too much in circulation, too little in circulation and just the right amount. It’s the job of the elected to ensure the right amount is circulating. I think it’s already too late to use gold and silver. Overpopulation has made it useless as money because there isn’t enough to go around. Controlling the banking system gives someone a bottomless bank account to wage economic warfare. There’s a million ways to skin a cat. This is the one that has been going through my mind recently. Lets say you wanted to push a lot of people out of a certain area. There were many landlords with apartment buildings. You build too many apartments and drive the price down for rent. Many go out of business except those the banking system likes. You buy up all the property when they leave or go bankrupt. You may wonder why I don’t give up. Aside from the fact you can only do so much to someone it’s a case of “stick um up. You’re money and you’re life” “The Fall Of The House Of Usher” The Adams Family (TV show) Somewhere in the documentary “The Money Masters” he quotes a founding father who understood the problem and what was going to happen. Something to the effect “…..you’re children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered…” I got a copy of “Inside Job” that worked. It’s mostly about the banking industry. This is what happens when you can make something out of nothing. The human race is like a flock of birds eating at a pile of berries that have fermented. Only the pile never goes down. One drink’s too many, a millions not enough.
