MILITARY USE OF MIND CONTROL WEAPONS

PSYOPS WEAPONRY USED IN THE PERSIAN GULF WAR
For years, rumors have persisted that the United States Department Of Defense has been engaged in research and development of ultra-sophisticated mind- altering technology. Confirmation of this came to me recently in the form of two ITV News Bureau LTD (London) wire service bulletins.[1]
The March 23, 1991 newsbrief, "High Tech Psychological Warfare Arrives In The Middle East", describes a US Psychological Operations (PsyOps) tactic directed against Iraqi troops in Kuwait during Operation Desert Storm. The manoeuvre consisted of a system in which subliminal mind-altering technology was carried on standard radio frequency broadcasts. The March 26, 1991 newsbrief states that among the standard military planning groups in the center of US war planning operations at Riyadh was "an unbelievable and highly classified PsyOps program using 'silent sound techniques'.
The opportunity to use this method occurred when Saddam Hussein's military command-and-control system was destroyed. The Iraqi troops were then forced to use commercial FM radio stations to carry encoded commands, which were broadcast on the 100 MHZ frequency. The US PsyOps team set up it's own portable FM transmitter utilizing the same frequency, in the deserted city of Al Khafji. The US transmitter overpowered the local Iraqi station. Along with patriotic and religious music, PsyOps transmitted "vague, confusing and contradictory military orders and information". Subliminally, a much more powerful technology was at work: a sophisticated electronic system to 'speak' directly to the mind of the listener, to alter and entrain his brainwaves, to manipulate his brain's electroencephalograph ic (EEG) patterns and artificially implant negative emotional states-feelings of fear, anxiety, despair and hopelessness. This subliminal system doesn't just tell a person to feel an emotion, it makes them feel it; it implants that emotion in their minds.[2]
I noticed that the ITV wire service was from outside the United States. Readers of Resonance may recall that in the Electromagnetic Weapons Timeline in issue no. 29, reference is made to the documentary video, Waco, The Big Lie Continues, which contained video footage of 3 EM weapons. This segment of the film was from the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). I wondered if there was any significance to this.
At the library I pulled up back issues of my local newspaper for the same time period of the Gulf War to see what the American wire services had said, if anything, about the use of this special PsyOps weapon. There was nothing said about it directly, but three news articles seemed related. In a news release from Associated Press during the same time frame of the Gulf War truce, I read:
"The American pilot who shot down the second Iraqi warplane in 48 hours said Friday that continued Iraqi flights suggested the US warnings were not filtering down to Iraqi pilots... He said he hopes that Saddam gets the message now. 'It's really too bad that these people have to die for their unwillingness to heed our warnings.... What I really think is, they don't communicate down to the people,' he said. 'If they have a communications problem, I suggest they fix it.."[3]
That may have been coincidence but 2 earlier new articles, dated March 1, 1991 apparently have a common origin with the ITV News bulletin. The first article [4] tells us that approximately 100 members of the US 101st Airborne Division, fluent in Arabic, talked the enemy into surrendering. These soldiers rode in the Apache helicopter gunships that were involved in the longest helicopter-borne assualt in history. They told Iraqi troops that they would be slaughtered if they didn't give up.
"They got the point" one soldier is quoted as saying.
This all sounds very unremarkable, except when you read the editor's note: 'The following dispatch was subject to US military censorship." Now why would they want to censor such a mundane tactic, except out of embarrasment that the US Army fighting forces had fallen to the level of a cheer leading squad? ... In which case they would have nixed the thing entirely.
But upon re-reading the article, we may pick out certain key phrases (emphasised in italics): "He (the soldier interviewed) was one of dozens of Arabic speakers that played a key role in the allied ground attack against Iraq, and part of an attempt by the US Army to use finesse, intelligence work and tactics to complement brute strength."
If we fill in the missing blanks with such descriptions as "the megaphone was used to direct psychoacoustic frequencies that engaged the neural networks of the enemy's brain, causing him to think any thought and feel any emotion that the Americans chose to lay on him", then it starts to make sense. And it would no longer seem so surprising that one soldier could talk 450 enemy soldiers into surrendering. The possibilities are there, and, as the next article [5] documents, that is exactly what happened. Iraqi troops gave up en masse.
We quote: "They were surrendering in droves, almost too fast for us keep up with...."; ".....two Iraqi majors, both brigade commanders, who gave up their entire units...."; and "....one of them up to an RPV (remotely piloted vehicle). Here's this guy with his hands up, turning in a circle to give himself up to a model airplane with a camera in it."
Irrational? Not if there was also a voice being beamed into his head from that little flying toy, saying, "Give up, give up!" Otherwise, how do we account for the editor's note at the beginning of the article: "The following is based on pool dispatches that were subject to military censorship." Without that note, we could simply think that the Iraqi soldiers were cowards or crazy, but why censor that idea?
MIND CONTROL WITH SILENT SOUNDS
The mind altering mechanism is based on a subliminal carrier technology: the Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS), sometimes called "S-quad" or "Squad". It was developed by Dr Oliver Lowery of Norcross GA, and is described in US Patent #5,159,703, "Silent Subliminal Presentation System", dated October 27, 1992. The abstract for the patent reads:
"A silent communications system in which nonaural carriers, in the very low or very high audio frequency range or in the adjacent ultra sonic frequency spectrum are amplitude or frequency modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones, or piezoelectric transducers. The modulated carriers may be transmitted directly in real time or may be conveniently recorded and stored on mechanical, magnetic, or optical media for delayed or repeated transmission to the listener."
According to literature by Silent Sounds, Inc., it is now possible, using supercomputers, to analyze human emotion EEG patterns and replicate them, then store these "emotional signature clusters" on another computer and, at will, "silently induce and change the emotional state in a human being".
Silent Sounds, Inc. states that it is interested only in positive emotions, but the military is not so limited. That this is a US Department of Defense project is obvious.
Edward Tilton, President of Silent Sounds, Inc., says this about S-Quad in a letter dated December 13, 1996:
"All schematics, however, have been classified by the US Government and we are not allowed to reveal the exact details..... ....... we make tapes and cd's for the German government, even the former Soviet Union countries! All with the permission of the US State Department, of course... The system was used throughout Operation Desert Storm (Iraq) quite successfully."
The graphic illustration, "Induced Alpha to Theta Biofeedback Cluster Movement", which accompanies the literature, is labeled #AB 116-394-95 UNCLASSIFIED" and is an output from "The worlds most versatile and most sensitive electroencephalogram (EEG) machine". It has a gain capability of 200,000, as compared to other EEG machines in use which have gain capability of approximately 50,000. It is software driven by the 'fastest of computers' using a noise nulling technology similar to that used by nuclear submarines for detecting small objects underwater at extreme ranges. [6]
The purpose of all this high technology is to plot and display a moving cluster of periodic brainwave signals. The illustration shows an EEG display from a single individual, taken of left and right hemispheres simutaneously. Ile readout from the two sides of the brain appear to be quite different, but in fact are the same (discounting normal left right brain variations).
CLONING THE EMOTIONS
By using these computer enhanced EEG's, scientists can identify and isolate the brain's low-amplitude "emotional signature clusters", synthesise them and store them on another computer. In other words, by studying the subtle characteristic brainwave patterns that occur when a subject experiances a particular emotion, scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave patterns and can now duplicate it. "These clusters are then placed on the Silent Sound [TM] carrier frequencies and will silently trigger the occurrence of the same basic emotion in another human being!"
SYSTEM DELIVERY AND APPLICATIONS
There is a lot more involved than a simple subliminal sound system. There are numerous patented technologies which can be piggybacked individually or collectively unto a carrier frequency to elicit all kinds of effects.
There appear to be two methods of delivery with the system. One is direct microwave induction into the brain of the subject, limited to short range operations. The other, as described above, utilizes ordinary radio and television carrier frequencies.
Far from necessarily being used as a weapon against a person, the system does have limitless positive applications. However, the fact that the sounds are subliminal makes them virtually undetectable and possibly dangerous to the general public.
In more conventional use, the Silent Sound Subliminal System might utilize voice commands, e.g., as an adjunct to security systems. Beneath the musical broadcast that you hear in stores and shopping malls may be a hidden message which extorts against shop lifting. And while voice commands alone are powerful, when the subliminal presentation system carries cloned emotional signatures, the result is overwhelming.
Free-market uses for this technology are the common self-help tapes: positive affirmation, relaxation and meditation tapes; as well as methods to increase learning capabilities. In a medical context, these systems can be used to great advantage to treat psychiatric and psychosomatic problems. As a system remediating the profoundly deaf, it is unequaled. (Promises, promises. This is the most common positive use touted for this technology over the past 30 years. But the deaf are still deaf, and the military now has a weapon to use on unsuspecting people with perfectly normal hearing.)
OFFICIAL DENIALS
In fact, the US Government has denied or refused to comment on mind altering weapons for years. Only last year, US News And World Report ran an article titled "Wonder Weapons" basically a review of the new so-called 'non-lethal' or 'less-than-lethal' weapons.' Not olne word about S-Quad, although the technology had been used six years earlier! Excerpts from the article read:
"Says Charles Bernard, a former Navy weapons-research director: 'I have yet to see one of these ray gun things that actually work-"; and
DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) has come to us every few years to see if there ways to incapacitate the central nervous system remotely,' Dr F Terry Hambrecht, head of the neural Prostheses program at NIH, told US News, 'but nothing has ever come of it,' he said. 'That is too science fiction and far fetched."
It may sound 'science fiction and far-fetched" but it is not. However that is just what the powers-that-be want you to believe, so as to leave them in their relentless pursuit of.....what?
The idea behind non-lethal weapons is to incapacitate the enemy without actually killing them, or, in the case of riot control or hostage situations, to disable the participants without permanent injury, preferably without their knowing it. The electromagnetic mind altering technologies would all fall into this class of weapons, but since they are all officially non-existent, who is to decide when and where they will be used?
And why should selected companies in the entertainment industry reportedly be allowed access to this technology when the very fact of it's existence is denied to the general public?
As recently as last month [February], this stonewall approach of total denial or silence on the subject still held fast, even toward committees of the US Congress!
The Joint Economics Committee, chaired by Jim Saxton (R-NJ), convened on February 25, 1998 for the "Hearing on Radio Frequency Weapons and Proliferation: Potential Impact on the Economy". Invited testimony included statements by several authorities from the military:
Dr Alan Kehs of the US Army Laboratories, discussed the overall RF threat.
Mr James O'Bryon, Deputy Director of Operational Testing and director live fire testing for the Office of Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon, discussed the role of Live Fire Testing and how it plays a role in testing military equipment with RF weapons.
Mr David Schriner, Principal Engineer of Directed Energy Studies with Electronic Warfare Associates and recently retired as an engineer with naval weapons testing facility, talked about the difficulty in building an RF weapon and about the terrorist threat.
Dr Ira Merritt, Chief of Concepts Identification and Applications Analysis Division, Advanced Technology Directorate, Missile Defense and Space Technology Center, Huntsville Alabama, discussed the proliferation of RF weapons primarily from the former Soviet Union.
Although these statements gave information of technical interest, they are perhaps more important for the information they did not give: information on the existence of radio frequency weapons that directly affect the human brain and nervous system.
KGB PSYCHOTRONICS
This technology did not spring up overnight. It has a long history of development and denials of development -by the US government and probably half of the other governments of the world as well.
We know that the former Soviet Union was actively engaged in this type of research. In a previous article we reported that during the 1970's the Soviet KGB developed a Psychotronic Influence System (PIS) that was used to turn soldiers into programmable 'human weapons'. The system employed a combination of high frequency radio waves and hypnosis. The PIS project was begun in response to a similar training scheme launched in the US by President Carter, according to Yuri Malin, former security adviser to USSR President Gorbachev. [8]
In my Electromagnetic Weapons Timeline [9] I covered a period of 60 years of interest and development in EM weapons-information gathered from the many articles and news clippings sent in by readers of Resonance. In my article on synthetic telepathy [10] I traced the development of the 'voice in your head' technology dating back to 1961, all my references coming from the open scientific literature.
POWER OF THE MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
Jan Wieseman has written an apt description of the situation which now exists in the United States, about the 'forces that be' and how the situation came about:
"During the Cold War the United States not only engaged in a relatively open nuclear arms race with the Soviet Union, but also engaged in a secret race developing unconventional weapons. As the intelligence agencies (which prior to the Second World War had merely played a supporting role within the government) continued to increase their power, so did the funds spent on developing techniques designed to outsmart each other."
"And as the US intelligence community began to grow, a secret culture sprang about which enabled the intelligence players to implement the various developed techniques to cleverly circumvent the democratic processes and institutions...."
"Like many other democracies, the US Government is made up of two basic parts the elected constituency, i.e., the various governors, judges, congressman and the president; and the unelected bureaucracies, as represented by the numerous federal agencies."
"In a well balanced and correctly functioning democracy, the elected part of the government is in charge of it's unelected bureaucratic part, giving the people a real voice in the agenda set by thier government."
"While a significant part of the US Government no doubt follows this democratic principle, a considerable portion of the US Government opertaes in complete secrecy and follows it's own unaccountable agenda which, unacknowledged, very often is quite different from the public agenda." [11]
Jan goes on to quote one of the United States most popular war heroes: Dwight D Eisenhower, who served as Supreme Commander of Allied Forces during World War II and was later elected 34th President of the United States. In his farewell address to the nation in 1961 Eisenhower warned: (of the Military Industrial Complex)

INTERNATIONAL CONCERNS OVER NEW WEAPONS
The United Nations was established in 1945 with the aim of "saving succeeding generations from the scourge of war". In 1975 the General Assembly considered a draft first proposed by the Soviet Union: "Prohibition of the Development and Manufacture of New Types of Weapons of Mass Destruction and New Systems of Such Weapons".
In 1979 the Soviet Union added a list of some types of potential weapons of mass destruction:
1) Radiological weapons (using radioactive materials) which could produce harmful effects similar to those of a nuclear explosion;
2) Particle beam weapons, based on charged or neutral particles, to affect biological targets;
3) Infrasonic accoustic radiation weapons;
4) Electromagnetic weapons operating at certain radio-frequency radiations which could have injurious effects on human organs. [12]
In response, the US and other Western nations stalled. They gave a long convoluted reason, but the result was the same.
In an article entitled "Non-Lethal Weapons May Violate Treaties", [13] the author notes that the Certain Conventional Weapons Convention [14] covers many of the non-conventional weapons- "those that utilize infrasound or electromagnetic energy (including lasers, microwave or radio frequency radiation, or visible light pulsed at brainwave frequency) for their efforts".
Harland Girard, Managing Director of the International Committee Against Offensive Microwave Weapons, told me he believes the strategy behind the government's recent push for less-than-lethal weapons is a subterfuge. The ones that are now getting all the publicity are put up for scrutiny to get the public's approval. The electromagnetic mind-altering technologies are not mentioned, but would be brought in later under the umbrella of less-than-lethal weapons.
These weapons were recently transferred from the Department of Defense over to the Department of Justice. Why? Because there are several international treaties that specifically limit or exclude weapons of this nature from being used in international warfare.
In other words, weapons that are barred from use against our countries worst enemies (notwithstanding the fact that the US did use this weapon against Iraqi troops) can now be used against our own citizens by the local police departments, against such groups as peaceful protester's of US nuclear policies.
TOWARDS GLOBAL MIND CONTROL
The secrecy involved in the development of the electromagnetic mind-altering technology reflects the tremendous power that is inherent in it. To put it bluntly, whoever controls this technology can control the minds of men-all men.
There is evidence that the US Government has plans to extend the range of this technology to envelop all peoples, all countries. This can be accomplished, is being accomplished by utilizing the nearly complete HAARP project [15,16] for the overseas areas and the GWEN network now in place in the US. The US Government denies all this.
Dr Michael Persinger is a Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Laurentian University, Ontario, Canada. You have met him before in the pages of Resonance where we reported on his findings that strong electromagnetic fields can affect a persons brain.
"Temporal lobe stimulation," he said, "Can evoke the feeling of a presence, disorientation, and perceptual irregularities. It can activate images stored in the subject's memory, including nightmares and monsters that are normally suppressed". [17]
Dr Persinger wrote an articlea few years ago, tilted "On the Possibility of Directly Accessing Every Human Brain by Electromagnetic Induction of Fundamental Algorithms". [18] The abstract reads:
"Contemporary neuroscience suggests the existence of fundamental algorithms by which all sensory transduction is translated into an intrinsic, brain specific code. Direct stimulation of these codes within the human temporal or limbic cortices by applied electromagnetic patterns may require energy levels which are within the range of both geomagnetic activity and contemporary communications networks. A process which is coupled to the narrow band of brain temperature could allow all normal human brains to be, affected by a subharmonic whose frequency range at about 10HZ would only vary by 0.1HZ."
He concludes the article with this:
"Within the last two decades a potential has emerged which was improbable, but which is now marginally feasible. This potential is the technical capability to influence directly the major portion of the approximately six billion brains of the human species, without mediation through classical sensory modalities, by generating neural information within a physical medium within which all members of the species are immersed."
"The historical emergence of such possibilities, which have ranged from gunpowder to atomic fission, have resulted in major changes in the social evolution that occurred inordinately quickly after the implementation. Reduction of the risk of the inappropriate application of these technologies requires the continued and open discussion of their realistic feasibility and implications within the scientific and public domain."
It doesn't get any plainer than that. And we do not have open discussion because the US Government has totally denied the existence of this technology.

Military Use Of Ultrasonic Brainwave Clusters

HIGH TECH PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE IN THE MIDDLE EAST DHAHRAN, SAUDI ARABIA
(March 23)--Sources in Dhahran today revealed what might have been the true reason for the seemingly illogical and apparently suicidal attack by Iraqi troops on the deserted city of Al-Khafji, located 12 miles south of the Kuwaiti border. The report indicates that the top priority objective of the Iraqi strike across the border was a successful attempt to destroy a small, portable FM radio station that had been installed on the roof of the tallest building in the town of Al-Khafji by the US Defense Departments PsyOps Branch.
With the destruction of Saddam Hussein's military command and control system, communications with Iraqi troops in Kuwait are now largely carried out in a very primitive manner by utilizing Iraq's commercial FM radio stations located in the small Iraqi towns adjacent to Kuwait's western border. Military orders are encoded then transmitted by Baghdad's military FM radio station YIHS. These signals are recieved then re-broadcast, in turn, by designated FM stations located between Baghdad and the Kuwaiti border until the programming arrives at the designated 'control' station of the day which then broadcasts directly to the troops in Kuwait on exactly 100.00 MHZ (megahertz), which is continually monitored by all.
In order to nullify this Iraqi military line of communication (LOC), the US PsyOps organization attached to the US Central Command in Dhahran installed a portable FM broadcast transmitter, a gasoline-electric generator and a continuous tape recording system on top of the tallest building in the deserted city of Al-Khafji. The station transmitted on the 100.00 MHZ and it's power output was adjusted to cover up the transmission of the Iraqi station operating on exactly the same frequency.
The clandestine station programming consisted of patriotic and religious music and intentionally vague, confusing and contradictory military orders and information to the Iraqi soldiers in the Kuwaiti Theater Of Command (KTC). The size and power of enemy forces was always intentionally exaggerated. Surrender was encouraged.
ACCORDING TO STATENENTS MADE BY CAPTURED AND DESERTING IRAQI SOLDIERS, HOWEVER, THE MOST DEVASTATING AND DEMORALIZING PROGRAMMING WAS THE FIRST KNOWN MILITARY USE OF THE NEW HIGH TECH TYPE OF SUBLIMINAL MESSAGES REFFERED TO AS ULTRA-HIGH-FREQUENCY 'SILENT SOUNDS' OR 'SILENT SUBLIMINALS'. (see Newsweek, July 30, 1990, page 61.)
ALTHOUGH COMPLETELY SILENT TO THE HUMAN EAR, THE NEGATIVE VOICE MESSAGES PLACED ON THE TAPES ALONGSIDE THE AUDIBLE PROGRAMMING BY PSYOPS PSYCHOLOGISTS WERE CLEARLY PERCIEVED BY THE SUB CONSCIOUS MINDS OF THE IRAQI SOLDIERS AND THE SILENT MESSAGES COMPLETELY DEMORALIZED THEM AND INSTILLED A PERPETUAL FEELING OF FEAR AND HOPELESSNESS IN THIER MINDS. IT WAS NECESSARY FOR THE IRAQI TANK COMMANDERS OR ANOTHER CREW MEMBER TO LISTEN TO THE FM STATION 24 HRS EACH DAY FOR QUICKLY CHANGING DEPLOYMENT ORDERS. THEY WERE BEING EXPOSED TO THE 'SILENT SOUNDS' DURING THE SAME LISTENING PERIODS.
The same Dhahran source indicates that the Al-Khafji station has now been repaired and is now back in full operation.
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
(March 26)--Around Riyadh, the uninitiated called it the 'Black Hole'. A large but dingy basement storage room at the headquarters of the Royal Saudi Air Force has been turned over to the American Air Force, and it was so secret that even officers with top security clearance couldn't get inside. Within the space allotted him, Brig Gen Buster C Glosson built a maze of small offices in order to plot the air war against Iraq.
In one set of cubicles, officers pondered how to eliminate Saddam Hussein's nuclear weapons, his chemical and biological plants, and his missile production factories. In a second, they concentrated on the Republican Guard, it's artillery and tanks dug in along Iraq's border with Kuwait. In the third, they planned and implemented an unbelievable and highly classified PsyOps program utilizing 'silent sound' techniques. In a fourth, they studied targets of opportunity in Kuwait itself.
From throughout the American military, Glosson recruited intelligence officers to scout the enemy, logistics people to match weapons to objectives, "fraggers" to pick the final targets. Everyone was sworn to secrecy; they worked with laptop computers on a special system that could not be tapped into by anyone else, however high ranking, in the allied central command. Glosson ordered a large sign hung on one wall, lettered by computer printout. It read: The Way Home Is Through Baghdad.
In places like 'Black Hole', the secret history of the war was played out during the seven anxious months that began last August. The final victory sprang out of the details--and the only now, in the afterglow of success, are the details beginning to emerge. President Bush, his top military brass and his field commanders kept the war planning so closely guarded that almost no one, even senior military officers, knows the full scope of what they accomplished.
With much the same skill that they displayed in established air superiority over the battlefield, they established a different sort of supremacy over the media, hiding the risks they took, the mistakes they made and the successful steps they took to overcome them.
In retrospect, the steady beat of coalition successes made the victory over Saddam Hussein look almost easy. The untold history of the war, however, is a chronicle of tight spots and alarming surprises, of stratagems devised to outwit a foe who was consistently given more credit for more strength and more determination than he ultimately displayed. "Special Operations" spies sneak into Iraq and Kuwait, darting around the desert in dune buggies at night, helping to locate Scud batteries and other targets, even filching electronics from Iraqi anti aircraft sites for study by coalition experts in Riyadh. The allied air command.

A faraday cage is an enclosure, room or entire building (like the NSA building at Ft Meade), encased in metal and then grounded to earth. It prevents electromagnetic waves from entering or leaving.

Monday May 21 2018 – ND – Room mate came home late. Went to Quincy Center just for something to do. Distributed literature. I have been researching the life of Howard Hughes. I’ve already come to the conclusion that Hughes was a loud mouth internet troll. Like Edgar Allan Poe, Frederich Neitschze a few others. Hughes made movies from the 1920’s into the 1960’s. If you know what to look for it’s all about the same thing. I think the Spruce Goose represents the New World Order. He knew it would never get off the ground. He knew who was the real power. The chickenshit hero army. He suffered from them.
Tuesday May 22 2018 – – Room mate left mid morning. I’ve been watching Howard Hughes movies. I think Hughes was a loud mouth internet troll. He was never going to fly. “Learning to fly…..condition grounded…………but determined to try………..” Pink Floyd So far I’ve watched “Scarface”, “Hell’s Angels” and “The Outlaw”. I want to get “The Front Page”. I think this was re-made in the 1970’s and won an Oscar. “Scarface” is loosely based on the life of Al Capone. At the very beginning Hughes says something like “This is happening all over America and the government won’t do anything….” Or something like that. “God wants organized crime….” What God Wants Roger Waters “Hell’s Angels” is set during WWI. I didn’t get it. “The Outlaw” is about Billy the Kid and Doc Holiday and Pat Garrett. Set in Lincoln New Mexico in the Old West. A lot of obvious symbols. ??? I also watched “Bonnie and Clyde” with Faye Dunaway and Warren Beaty. Two losers with no reason to live like “Thelma and Louise” I re-watched part of “Valkyrie” starring Tom Cruise. I am looking for clues that might prove that Hitler was on to the plot and those involved were sacrificed like Wagner’s Valkyrie. Valkyrie is when hand maids chose who will die to save them from an agonizing death. (I got that from the movie) Staufenberg (spelling ??) ends up, because of a series of events that don’t seem accidental, the chief of staff for the reserve army. He had already exposed himself to Gen Fromm, who is in charge of that army, and he would not go along. That General then introduces Staufenberg to Hitler for some reason. Staufenberg uses the occasion to get Hitler to sign a copy of the amended Operation Valkyrie that Fromm was unaware of. Gen Fromm goes along. ???? Staufenbergs wife lived until 2006 or 8. ??? If it happened exactly that way I think it was doomed from the beginning. I also listened to a couple chapters of my audio book “The Twelve Ceasars” by Gauis Suetonius Tranquillus. At the end of the second part Ceasar has crossed the Rubicon and started the civil war that ended the Roman Republic. On the other side he gives a speech where he references “the golden ring”. The ring is also mentioned by Wagner and Tolkien and others. ????

Sunday May 20 2018 – 7 PM – Room mate not home all day. Stayed home all day. Watched movies. All day yesterday I planned to watch “A Tree Grows In Brooklyn” but when I put it in my DVD drive it didn’t work. Funny how those things happen. I think someone has been in my stuff, AGAIN. I wanted to try to figure out the health insurance thing. I think the health care system is Auschwitz. Anyway I found another movie “Collateral” starring Tom Cruise. You’d be surprised how many DVD’s I thought I did have that I don’t and how many I’m pretty sure I never bought. ???? Whatever. “Collateral” is very “Pulp Fiction” esque. It’s a mystery as to exactly what the mystery is. At the end you don’t know any more than at the beginning. ??? “Natural Born Killers” is the same. All 3 have an endless trail of dead bodies. I think Tom Cruise and Kim CAR DASHian are Aleister Crowleys. “I was born in a class 5 hurricane,,,,,, jumpin jack flash is a gas gas gas…..” My radio and stupidvision is reporting that 4 teenagers died in a crash in East Bridgewater over night. ??? And 10 people were shot and killed in another school shooting in Texas. ???? So I got in my car and tried to run,,,,,”jumpin jack flash is a gas gas gas….” Or maybe anyone in the neighborhood. ??? The United States has built a series of camps that are under the authority of the Federal Emergency Managnent Agency (FEMA). They are supposed to be for emergency purposes only but considering the level of mind control and lies that spew from the media I would never willingly go to one. This is some evidence of the use of camps for political repression since the end of WWII.
Operation Condor. A CIA program during the 1970’s and 80’s in South America that worked with military juntas in the guise of the Cold War. Camps were used in at least a half dozen countries to stop liberal political movements.
Operation Gladio. A CIA program in Europe that operated after WWII to suppress political dissent. Greece, Italy were just 2 countries targeted.

This is a continuation of the high wattage pulse generator/ac battery. The top picture below is a current transformer. It works like an AC clamp meter. It completely surrounds a conductor and converts the EMR from the current into a voltage. The pulse generator would have this mounted on the outside of the discharge chamber with a very thin mica insulator so the ionized gas would ‘jog’ the electrons in the copper rod. The copper rod is inserted through the current generator and acts something like an antenna, not a completed circuit. This would not create a perfect sine wave. In fact it might be very irregular, but it is varying. It would be necessary to shape the wave after the current transformer. Oscillator circuits require feedback to maintain oscillation. Instead of feedback the current from the transformer could be used. Maybe some sort of switched mode power supply circuit could be used. RFID chips are powered by the same signal that has the data. (I think) A way to test this would be to remove the insulator, drill a hole in the end of the rod for a screw and attach a wire and input an irregular wave and come up with a shaping circuit. They make solid copper rod for grounding rods that come in sizes ranging from 5/8 inch thick to 3/4 inch thick and 8 ft long.

Needed some bug spray, get out of the house. “If you don’t know how to do it,…I’ll show you how to walk the dog……” The church might as well be the Roman Coliseum because it serves the same purpose. Didn’t sleep. On Tuesday dr said I had hernia in my abdomen. I don’t believe it. I think the health care system in America is Auschwitz and people are paying through the nose for the priviledge. My father was conned into a heart bypass he didn’t need that eventually killed him. I suspect my grandfather was murdered also in August 1960. St Lukes hospital New Bedford. He went in for a anuerism is his leg and died on the operating table. My father then spent a couple years dealing with the IRS. I think this is where he learned to hate the government. When I left the dr’s office they tried to recommend as surgeon and I said I didn’t think it was that bad. When I stop eating the swelling goes away. Like the scene in “Leprachaun”. I believe the real enemy is the people at the top. They will do anything to get the people at the bottom to fight amongst themselves. Anything that works is good. Religion, race, ethnicity, nationality etc. I was born in 1957. I grew up in the 1960’s and I was a teenager in the 1970’s. I watched a lot of TV. I belong to the first generation that lived with TV from the time they were born. I watched the turmoil of the 60’s and 70’s play out on TV. I think that by the mid 60’s most of the hippies and yippies and Black Panthers and SDS knew what the problem was and it was shoved down thier throat. The biggest offender was TV. TV is the most dangerous weapon ever created. In the year 2000 or 2001 a band called The Cure released an album titled “Bloodflowers”. One song is titled “Watching Me Fall”. I call this the eulogy for the Japanese. “Japanese” is symbolism used by musicians for people who want to be free. (The House Of The Rising Sun) This never would have happened without the co-operation of the people at the top. Rich people. There may have been exceptions. Bill Veeck (spelling) possibly. He owned the Chicago White Sox during the 70’s. I wonder if there’s a biography of him.

Boston went to North End then Symphony and made my way to Boston Public Library. Funny thing. Tried to log on to internet at library but wouldn’t work. TOTAL SURVEILLANCE!! Went To Roche Bros downtown crossing got home about 1 PM. Front door was wide open when I came home. Either room mate or next door left it open.

Went to Shaws when I got back to Randolph. Then walked home.
Monday May 14 2018 – ND – Room mate not home all day. Stayed home all day. Cleaned a little. Listened to audio books. “Homage To Catalonia” by George Orwell and “Metamorphosos” by Ovid. At the begining of “Homage To Catalonia” Orwell talks about the fall of Malaga during the Spanish Civil War. He draws the conclusion it was ‘treachery’ on behalf of his own government, but goes on fighting. Did only part of Ovid. Shakespreare is based partly on Ovid. Trying to understand it. I also read Revelations in the bible. Trying to understand David Koresh. I recently re-watched “Waco: Rules Of Engagement” a documentary about the Waco siege in 1993. It’s full of ‘Aliester Crowleys’. My mother was born in Waco. ????? I also re-watched “Gimmie Shelter” a documentary about the Rolling Stones free concert at the Altamont Speedway in San Francisco in 1969. It was billed as the West Coast Woodstock. It was later called the end of the love generation. (or something like that) This too is full of Aliester Crowleys. The ‘Stones” hired the Hells Angels for security. ??? (and the police let them???) Fights broke out at the front of the stage right from the beginning. The concert went on for hours but the police never showed up. ???? (Aliester Crowley) Eventually a black guy in a green suit (ME ?? when the check clears you can commence fucking off!! ) was stabbed to death by the Angels. No one was ever charged and the police never did anything. ???? At the end of the movie the leader of the Hells Angels, Sonny Barger, (as in House of the Rising SON BARGING in) calls some radio station and blames the Rolling Stones. (and he was never charged??) Is this was Barger is trying to say? My father fought in WWII. He flew 35 missions as a navigator on a B-17 toward the end of the war. He never talked about it much until he retired and started getting together with his crew. He ended up with a pile of literature (which is now lost) that said his unit, the 303rd bomb group 8th Air Force, was called “The Hell’s Angels”. To me this is too coincidental. I think someone was trying to say something they can’t actually spit out. Around the year 2000 I started going to yard sales and selling stuff on ebay. I went to a sale on Rt 18 and picked up a wooden puzzle for a buck. After I put it together and got $400 on the internet. It was a picture of the Zodiac. I have been thinking about the banking system. Again. I have a lot of subjects I return to over and over. I’m like a rotary switch with no stop at either end. Anarchy is a system that does not believe in large central power structures. If you’re born on this planet you have a right to live on it and use it as you as see fit as long as you are not trespassing on others. Putting power in the hands of small groups of people is a problem so don’t do that. But however everyone needs money. Lincolns greenback requires a large central power structure to monitor the amount of money in circulation and print the money. A debt based fractional reserve currency also requires a central power structure. What is needed is a monetary system that expands and contracts the money supply automatically. Anarchy money. I think something could be worked out with both electronic and printed money. When Apple Computer came up with the idea of an mp3 player they had to design and build a prototype and see if it worked. Why not do that with anarchy money? Find a small town out in the sticks and set the system up and see what bugs are in it. Do it for 6 months or something.
Some call our justice system the ‘just-us’ system. You can’t have anarchy without a monetary system. It’s the bare minimum needed to maintain law and order. Without it, everyone would be forced to whatever means necessary to acquire thier daily needs. Total chaos is worse than orderly lawlessness or orderly chaos, which is what we have. Communism is extreme. A system of community property. You would probably need a large central power structure to force it on people. It really doesn’t make any sense. I think small communes could be set up in urban areas to absorb people displaced by capitalism or who are at odds with the powers that be. In past times the church was supposed to be sanctuary. A place they couldn’t get you. The communes could some special legal status.
This is my understanding of how the banking system works. People in a community put their money in a bank. The bank loans that money to businesses and people in the community at interest. This is how businesses get started and housing gets built. The people in the community own the community. The depositors get 5 % interest on their money. The bank loans it out at 7 % and keeps 2 %. (example) The FDIC insures all deposits up to $250,000. If the bank fails you would get at least that back, or less if thats what you had. The problem with fractional reserve money is it’s a bottomless blank check for the people who control it. It’s not a system that regulates itself. It’s absolute power. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely. The ability to make something out of nothing could be useful in a world run by the people at the bottom. But not at the top. It’s not just usury thats the issue, it’s fractional reserve. It’s usury charged on money made out of thin air.
Maybe it’s possible to fix the current system. Right now banks only have to keep 10 % of deposits. If it was changed to 95 % the problem wouldn’t be as bad. Electronic money now accounts for 97 % of the supply. No one really has to monitor it. No one has to print anything.

I think (???) southern Indiana has a lot of white people that identify with the south. (I’m not sure) Or it’s where Notre Dame is located. But thats N. Indiana. I think people who hold and trade slaves have things in common with people who will chickenshit someone behind thier backs. Both are morally and ethically bankrupt. Birds of a feather. I think ?? I’m not sure that the Pope took the side of the South during the American Civil War. That would make sense.
Monday May 7 2018 – ND – Room mate not home all day. Went for a very long walk. Maybe a walk too far. The Blue Hill Reservation isn’t far from here. I walked half way around Ponkapoag Pond. Not much to look at or take pictures of in the Blue Hills. Too much brush. Got home about 3:30 PM. Fell asleep. Re-watched Alfred Hitchcocks “North By Northwest” starring Cary Grant and Orson Wells “The Trial” starring Anthony Perkins. Both of these movies are exactly the same. Pretty much. The main character is being chased by people he doesn’t know. He doesn’t know why. At the end of “The Trial” Perkins dies. “The Trial” was written by Franz Kafka in the 1920’s.

I can’t secure the doors between the two sides and Vinfen rents both of them. But I don’t know what that means. ‘They’ know when I’m here and when I’m not and can show up accordingly. In Orson Well’s ‘The Trial’ Anthony Perkins works in some kind of office factory with an enormous computer. Someone says “Why don’t you ask the computer what you’re charged with?”. Perkins doesn’t have an answer.

I have been trying to understand the words to The Beatles song “Strawberry Fields”. This is what I’ve come up with. The field of strawberries represents a world under mind control. “Mission Of Burma” Rubies are red, Commies are too, You’re not one yet, But you will be soon It’s the same thing as the Eloi, or Sunshine people, in the movie version of H. G. Wells “TheTime Machine”. The Eloi are ‘harvested’ by the Morelocks whenever they need food. The Morelocks sound a siren and the Eloi march into the caves. If any revolution ever actually gets under way it should never be thought of as anything but a rolling never ending Bastille Day. A rolling never ending mob of peasants storming the castle with pitchforks and torches. Trying to solve the problem with religion or political ideology is like Don Quixote. You can’t fight a people who say they’re religious, but are not religious with religion. You can’t fight a people or system that says it’s based on ideology but isn’t based on ideology with ideology. Don’t worry about what comes after as long as possible. It’s putting the cart before the horse. Secure an area arrest the guilty. Maintain anarchy as long as possible. Ordinary bar magnets could be used to disable tanks. If the magnet is large enough you could attach steel cables or chain to it. When the tank runs over the magnet it picks it up and the cables will get tangled in the tracks. The magnet could be used to have the tank carry a smoke bomb, as described above to ensure the engine chokes.

Synthetic Telepathy – The Hidden Truth

The following article is an entry that appeared on Wikipedia. Within the last 24 hours a major “edit war” broke out and it appeared, at least to me, that the information was being suppressed.
The article goes into depth about a field of espionage that employs a technology known as “silent sound” or “Synthetic telepathy”. If you’re interested in high tech espionage, this makes for a very good read.
Synthetic telepathy
Synthetic telepathy (also known as techlepathy or psychotronics) is a term used to describe the process in brain-computer interfaces by which human thought (as electromagnetic radiation) is intercepted, processed by computer and a return signal generated that is perceptible by the human brain. (ref 1,2,3,4)
==History==
In 1967, Edmond M. Dewan published a paper in Nature demonstrating the control of Alpha waves, turning them on and off, to produce Morse code. (ref 5) Using an EEG machine, Dewan and his fellow researchers were able to send words and phrases by thought alone.
In 1976, Robert G. Malech was awarded United States Patent 3951134 for remotely monitoring and altering brainwaves using radio.(ref 6) This patent makes reference to demodulating the waveform, displaying it to an operator for viewing and passing this to a computer for further analysis.
In 1988, Farwell, L.A. & Donchin, D. produced a paper describing a method of transmitting linguistic information using the P300 response system. (ref 7) This system combined matching observed information to what the subject was thinking of. In this case, being able to select a letter from the alphabet that the subject was thinking of. In theory, any input could be used and a lexicon constructed.
United States Patent 6,011,991, granted January 4, 2000, describes a method of monitoring an individual’s brain waves remotely, for the purposes of communication. Filed December 7, 1998, the patent outlines a system that monitors an individual’s brainwaves via a sensor, then transmits this, specifically by satellite, to a computer for analysis. This analysis would determine if the individual was attempting to communicate a “word, phrase, or thought corresponding to the matched stored normalized signal”.(ref 8)
==Theory==
Approaches to synthetic telepathy can be categorized into two major groups, passive and active. Like sonar, the receiver can take part or passively listen. Passive reception is the ability to “read” a signal without first broadcasting a signal. This can be roughly equated to tuning into a radio station, the brain generates electromagnetic radiation which can be received at a distance. That distanced is determined by the sensitivity of the receiver, the filters used and the bandwidth required. Most universities would have limited budgets and receivers such as EEG (and similar devices) would be used. A related military technology is the surveillance system TEMPEST, the effective range of which is classified. (ref 9) Given that US Congress attempted to enact a bill in Oct 2001 banning these type of devices as “space weapons”, (ref 10) may indicate that fluctuations in the human magnetic field can be intercepted by satellite.
Robert G. Malech’s approach requires a modulated signal to be broadcast at the target. The method uses an active signal which is interfered with by the brain’s modulation. Thus, the return signal can be used to infer the original brainwave. This approach does expose the transmitter, but is ultimately required for generating return signals that can be processed by the brain.
The research of Farwell, L.A. & Donchin, D, is the first public revelation that could lead to a generic lexicon being developed, however, this is implied in the work of Robert G. Malech in 1976.
==Current research==
Current research, as of 2010, is being driven by military for “covert speech”, however, given that much of this is unclassified, it would suggest that the bulk of the research was performed much earlier and dedicated to the field of intelligence gathering during the cold war. Additional reports suggest that a version is deployed in combat zones to demoralize enemy troops and a smaller number of reports indicate a potential use to undermine governments and cause public unrest. (ref 11, 12)
Today, the driving force appears to be silent communication with battlefield troops. A mere $4 million was provided to DARPA for the fiscal year 2009/2010 to develop such a system called “Silent Talk”. (ref 13) Much of the research is being conducted at The Cognitive NeuroSystems Lab at UC Irvine. (ref 14)
A further $4 million was allocated by the Army to the University of California to investigate computermediated “synthetic telepathy”.(ref 15) The research aims to detect and analyze the word-specific neural signals, using EEG, which occur before speech is vocalized, and to see if the patterns are generalizable. (ref 16) The research is part of a wider $70 million project that began in 2000 which aims to develop hardware capable of adapting to the behavior of its user.(ref 17)
Quite apart from linguistic information, images have been extracted from the brain. Researchers at Japan’s ATR Computational Neuroscience Laboratories have been able to reconstruct images that a subject can currently see. The ultimate goal of the unclassified project is to view both retinal and imagined images in real-time, including dreams. (ref 18)
==Computer mediation==
Computer mediation falls into two basic categories, interpretative and interactive.
Interpretative mediation is the passive analysis of signals coming from the human brain. A computer “reads” the signal then compares that signal against a database of signals and their meanings. Using statistical analysis and repetition, false-positives are reduced over time.
Interactive mediation can be in a passive-active mode, or active-active mode. In this case, passive and active denote the method of reading and writing to the brain and whether or not they make use of a broadcast signal. Interactive mediation can also be performed manually or via artificial intelligence.
Manual interactive mediation involves a human operator producing return signals such as speech or images. A.I. mediation leverages the cognitive system of the subject to identify images, pre-speech, objects, sounds and other artifacts, rather than developing A.I. routines to perform such activities. A.I. based systems may incorporate natural language processing interfaces that produce sensations, mental impressions, humor and conversation to provide a mental picture of a computerized personality.
Not only can this A.I hold a conversation via the internal monologue but it may also perform routing of information to and from specific groups or individuals. This provides a broad range of potential applications from acting as a communications system to conducting interrogations. This latter form is currently being researched at UC Irvine for an unclassified US military project. (ref 19)
Given the high value to espionage and counter-terrorism, it is likely that such a system is already deployed in a classified manner.
==Military uses==
In a military context, the first obvious uses is to both read and write information to the internal monologue. This provides two major areas of interest, the first being two-way communication for field agents and the second is the intelligence gathering and interrogation. A fundamental problem arises when using the system for communication purposes, in that, it is impossible to authenticate the source of the transmission. Synthetic telepathy has limited uses as a communication system unless directcontact headset systems are used and supported by encrypted channels. As such, standard radios are more effective in combat situations. Synthetic telepathy also requires the thought stream to be processed which results in a minor lapse of attention, rather like a daydream, that could have deadly consequences on the battlefield.
With respect to intelligence gathering and interrogations, synthetic telepathy has a wide range of drawbacks and limitations. Contrary to popular belief, synthetic telepathy does not provide the ability to read a person’s mind or memories. What it does provide is the ability to read the internal monologue (or anything that causes electrical change/radiation) and the trick is to get the subject to “voice” their memories and cross-reference that with their emotional state. In other words, basic psychological manipulation is a key factor and makes the technology not much more reliable than a standard liedetector test. In practice, passive monitoring of the internal monologue over a long time period (monthsyears) is probably the most effective method of intelligence gathering.
The capability to put a person into a state of hypnosis is often touted by conspiracy theorists. In actual fact, the suggestive capabilities of synthetic telepathy use a different mechanism, basic impulses and sensations. This is merely a different form of writing to the brain. To formulate thought, the brain has a pipeline through which information is processed. (ref 20) At its most basic, impulses guide human behavior and manipulation of these impulses provides a strategic advantage in both combat and political situations. By altering the motivational factors of a target subject or group, it makes it easier to guide their higher level decision making processes.
Crowd or riot control can be achieved by generating impulses that are essentially common to all humans, resulting in the dispersion of crowds or a willingness to co-operate with authorities. This type of synthetic telepathy is arguably a political tool as it suppresses dissent. (ref 21)
Amnesia (retrograde and anterograde) can be induced as any active signal is essentially interferring with normal operations of the brain. Thus, transfer from shortterm to longterm memory can be inhibited. (ref 22) Vision and auditory systems could also be compromised, as with any neural processing system, corruption of the inputs would result in halucinations, much like the effects of LSD. With a proper interface to such regions, events such as “alien abductions” or “seeing God” could be faked quite readily and “mental illness” used as a cover for the extraction of information. (ref 23, 24, 25)
==Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS/S-Quad)==
ITV News Service, in March 1991, produced a report of ultrasound piggybacked on a commercial radio broadcast (100Mhz) aimed at entraining the brains of Iraqi troops and creating feelings of despair. (ref 26) This has been related to United States Patent 5,159,703 awarded to Oliver M. Lowery which refers to a “silent communications system in which nonaural carriers, in the very low or very high audio frequency range or in the adjacent ultrasonic frequency spectrum, are amplitude or frequency modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones or piezoelectric transducers.”(ref 27)
Human hearing is roughly in the range of 20Hz-20,000Hz (20 kHz), although a human adult will lose the ability to hear the higher ranges as they grow older. In addition, most cheap radios have a limited frequency response range (ref 28) that will be unable to reproduce silent sound as encoded originally making it ineffective.
As such, an alternative explanation for the effectiveness of S-Quad is provided in human biology: 1. Cells amplifying radio signals at certain frequencies. 2. Cells can demodulate voice on a basic carrier wave.
This is not as strange as it seems, it has been noted for a long time that fillings, or dental braces, can result in radio stations being heard in the mouth of an individual. (ref 29)
==Mind control==
Conspiracy theory and popular science fiction would have the world believe that the human mind can be remotely controlled. That individuals can be turned into mindless automatons and directly controlled by computers to produce sleepers or assassins. (ref 30) The reality is much less clear.
Interfacing remotely to write to the brain is performed using electrical interference rather like crosstalk (electronics). (ref 31) Much like a drill next to a television, the interference pattern is processed by the brain as information, a variant which induces sensations and feelings is known as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. (ref 32) As such, an externally generated monologue will be weaker than the internal monologue of the target subject due to a lesser signal strength. An over-powering signal would interrupt a wide range of neural functions that could impact critical autonomic systems resulting in death.
Two possible methods exist that could result in an individual killing another through the use of synthetic telepathy. The first is to leverage the natural behavior of the target subject, that is, use an individual who would kill another. The second is to induce psychotic symptoms and diminish their mental control (ref 33, 34) In both cases, the underlying mechanics are the same, to provide impulses and sensations that urge the individual to commit murder. This is not hypnosis, but merely physiological manipulation without the knowledge of the target.
Another area of interest and arguably more feasible, is the manipulation of political figures. (ref 35)
Thoughts, sensations and impulses can be combined to influence political and personal decision making processes. A similar process can be used to effect the population at large to drive agendas or to maintain power for certain groups, undermining free will and self-expression. (ref 36) As the technology matures and expands to regimes throughout the globe, this will be a major source of concern for governments world-wide.
Finally, we come to the area of interrogations which can be conducted remotely whilst an individual or groups is conducting their normal daily business. The internet is saturated with such reports (ref 37) and as a possible side-effect is psychosis, it is quite likely that at least some of them are accurate.
==In law==
The term “psychotronic”, short for psycho-electronic ( ref 38) was used in the proposed Bill H.R. 2977 Space Preservation Act of 2001, which listed “psychotronic” as a list of possible spaceborne weapons which would be banned by the Act (ref 39)
In 2001, President Vladimir V. Putin signed into law a bill making it illegal to employ “electromagnetic, infrasound … radiators” and other weapons of “psychotronic influence” with intent to cause harm.
As a completely unnatural event, it is arguable that this type of technology when employed in interrogations would be classified as “cruel or unusual”. Further to this, A.I. mediated events such as mock executions or death threats would also violate the Geneva convention, International law and laws of most nations in the developed world. Counter-claims focusing on National Security would be invalid as criminal activity is, in itself, a gross violation of National Security.
The European Parliament adopted a resolution on January 28, 1999[38], 28.1.99 Environment, security and foreign affairs A4-0005/99: 23. Calls on the European Union to seek to have the new ‘non-lethal’ weapons technology and the development of new arms strategies also covered and regulated by international conventions … 27. Calls for an international convention introducing a global ban on all developments and deployments of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings.
==In the media==
60 Minutes correspondent Lesley Stahl interviewed Tom Mitchell of Carnegie Mellon University on his work in “Thought Identification” using fMRI. (ref 40) The segment, published Jan. 4, 2009 and available on the CBS website, shows associate producer Meghan Frank having his thoughts identified by computer. (ref 41) The segment shows that a generalizable pattern exists in the human brain that can be used to identify thoughts without training a computer for each individual with 100% accuracy.

Wednesday April 25 2018 – ND – It’s funny how sometimes the same names or symbolisms appear all at the same time when I was unaware of them before. Or maybe it’s not so funny. I graduated high school in 1975. We were required to read J. R. R. Tolkiens ‘The Hobbit’. I wonder if thats true today. Anyway. The main character in ‘The Hobbit’ is Bilbo Baggins. He lives in the shire. One day he is invaded by a group of strangers who insist he accompany them on a journey. At the end he has some kind of magic ring. The book is fantasy. It’s set in middle earth where there are all kinds of intelligent races. Elves, dwarfs, humans and sorcerors. The leader of the ‘pack’ is Gondolf a magician. When I was in Bridgewater there was someone next to me in the dorm with a Gondorf tatoo. He wouldn’t stop bothering me. There were a couple other people who did the same. A testament to the power of these people. They can get anyone in or out of Bridgewater at will. Yesterday I watched the movie ‘The Sting’ starring Paul Newman and Robert Redford. It’s about a group of drifters (or grifters) that want to scam an Irish hood named Lonnegan. It’s an entire community of con men who know each other and work together. Newmans name is Gondolf and Redfords name is Hooker. It’s all very elaborate and in the end they split the take. I also reposted something I came up with last fall about Harry Ashmore and Ho Chi Minh. In the transcript Ashmore mentions someone named Bill Baggs. I have not been able to find any information on this person. Room mate left very early and didn’t come back.
Thursday April 26 2018 – ND – Room mate not home all day. Went to Crawford Square about 10 AM. Had something for sale on ebay. Didn’t sell. Last week similar items were going for $100. Why didn’t my item sell? Internet is censored. Then on to South Shore Plaza. Watched movies read a book.
Friday April 27 2018 – ND – Stayed home all day. Read, watched movies. Re-reading my copy of “The Vatican Against Europe” by Edmond Paris. Paris along with Avro Manhattan documented the Jasenovac prison camp. He uses the word ‘clericalism’. Clericalism is defined as a policy of increasing or maintaining the power of a religious hierarchy. At the begining he mentions someone named Franz von Papen. He calls him ‘the man who knew too much’. Papen was a German statesman and diplomat who played a leading role in dissolving the Weimar Republic and in helping Adolf Hitler to become German chancellor in 1933. The son of a wealthy Catholic landowning family, Papen began his career as a professional soldier. At the beginning of World War I, he was military attaché in Washington, but after being implicated in cases of espionage and sabotage, he was recalled in 1915 at the request of the U.S. government. He was present in Austria when the Germans annexed it. He was then ambassador to Turkey. He released his memoirs in 1952. I only have the German title “Der Wahrheit eine Gasse (Memoirs)” Room mate not home all day.
Saturday April 28 2018 – ND – Went to Turner Library in Crawford Square about 10 AM. Surfed net a little. Looked for information on Franz von Papen and Richard Wagner. Downloaded Wagners “The Art Work Of The Future”. Went to Shaws. Room mate not home all day.
Sunday April 29 2018 – ND – Room mate not home all day. Stayed home all day. I watched all five of the original “Planet Of The Apes” movies starring Charleton Heston. There is a lot of stuff that relates to what is going on. There is a race of mutant humans who can talk to each other with thier thoughts. They don’t kill thier enemies they get thier enemies to kill each other. Trying to understand Wagners “The Nibeling’s Ring”. Four separate operas based on German/Norse legends, Siegfried and the Valkyries. The Valkyries were women who chose who would die and go to Valhalla. (Valkyries = Alice ??) There was a plot during WWII to overthrow Hitler. It is sometimes referred to as ‘The July Plot’. It took place on July 20 1944. The participants called it ‘Operation Valkyrie’. There was a movie with Tom Cruise. It failed and most of the conspirators were executed. I wonder in todays surveillance society who were the Valkyries, the conspirators or Hitler.
Monday April 30 2018 – 7 PM – Room mate not home all day. Stayed home all day. Watched movie “The Old Man And The Sea” based on Hemingways short story. I also have “A Farewell To Arms” and “For Whom The Bell Tolls”” both based on Hemingway.
Tuesday May 1 2018 – 8 PM – Room mate not home. Went to Boston early to distribute literature. (mine) Nobody cares and neither do I. Waiting for ‘it’ to make a decision. The longer ‘it’ puts it off the more damage I might do. I don’t care anyway. There’s nothing here for me. I hate modern architecture. Most of downtown Boston is strip mall America in big buildings. They (??? i don’t know who) seized a lot of real estate under the Urban Development laws and rebuilt it. It sucks. Fascist central planning by the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Where do they ( ??? I don’t know who) get off taking property because it’s run down. Why don’t they give loans to the owners? Maybe they don’t like who owns it? EH? An excuse to take property and run them out of town. If the original owners won’t fix after being offered loans then maybe. But the building should be taken down and the land sold at auction. I hate fascist central planning, I like the hap hazardness of older cities. I wonder if the original owners were cut out of the banking industry all together. DUH?? The central artery was stupid but that friggin bridge is just as stupid. Whats it for/ It spans maybe 100 ft. If you see an ariel view there’s a another bridge right next to it that doesn’t have all the stupid wires. You can’t walk over it. Whats it for? Why don’t they put a 30 story toilet in Copley Square? American cities are unlivable because we do to much to accommodate the automobile. If you had a choice between two jobs and everything was the same: pay, hours, duties etc but one was in a tall building with nice surroundings and the other was in a dirty dingy basement which one would you take? American cities are dingy dirty basements but they’re not fixing the problem with fascist central planning. If you own a piece of property you should b able to do what you want with it. Within reason. I think if you work in Boston you should live in Boston. Screw commuting. At some point the number of cars they need to get in and out of Boston is going to collide with a lack of physical space. Most of present day Boston were separate municipalities. Roxbury, Dorchestor, Brighton etc. This is something they (and I don’t know who) annexed all the surrounding towns. Why? Tax money? Concentrate power? Do taxes in the neighborhoods subsidize the downtown? Is this corporate welfare? I think this should be reversed. this has happened all over the country. Brooklyn used to be a city.
Wednesday May 2 2018 – 9 PM – Room mate not home all day. Stayed home all day. Did laundry. Watched movies. Finally met Sampson the superintendent ??? Works for Vinfen. Worker came by and I paid rent. Worked on inventions at computer.
