Here are some of my ideas that could be added to the Anarchist Cookbook
Here is an idea to shut off power to a large number of telephone poles before cutting up the wires. Locate a substation. A substation is where the very high voltage of the high tension wires is stepped down for use locally. Substations can usually be found very near high tension wires. Cut down the nearest telephone pole in a direction away from the substation itself pulling the wire with it. This disconnects the wire without touching anything. Do this to enough substations close together and the wires might be dead. It takes time for the transformers on the poles to discharge. Cutting up the wires is important because they can be used as antenna's. If enough wire gets cut up it will be difficult to replace.
The trucks used by electric company's (cherry pickers, etc) are very expensive. When they are using them they leave the engines running because it powers the equipment attached to it. A pellet gun could be used from a somewhat safe distance to puncture the radiator. Five or ten minutes after the radiator is empty, the engine will overheat and sieze making the truck useless. This could also be done to police and fire trucks.
There is a transformer on every few poles all across the country. They can be quite expensive. Shooting a couple holes in them would destroy it. This could also be used on microwave/cell phone towers.
Almost every telephone pole has a grounding rod next to it. I know that coax cable must be continuosly grounded as it goes. There must be a wire extending from the top of the pole to the rod at the base. Cutting this wire may disrupt service.
Create traffic jams in inner city areas by stopping some vehicles and destoying them. Or get some cheap cars get on a highway at rush hour, get next to each other to block the highway, stop and light them on fire. Doing this in areas like downtown Manhattan would create a nightmare traffic jam.
Spray utensils (knives, forks spoons) cups and plates with swamp water or any stagnant water. It can be teeming with bacteria.
Pour acid on the bolts that hold down the towers that hold high tension wires. Or come up with some way to weaken the structure. The next big wind will blow it over.
Destroying the roof of a building is one idea. The roofs of most buildings are weaker than the surrounding walls, and it will do more damage. It would be even better if was raining or snowing. If you can't make a bomb and get it on the roof of a building, get a high powered rifle or pistol and shoot holes in the roof.
Have you ever been to a sporting event and seen them shooting t-shirts into the crowd? Those can be powerful and easily made. Instead of shooting t-shirts rig a piece of non-insulated wire with a couple weights attached. The weights could be hard wooden balls or something. Make the wire long enough to span a couple of high tension lines. Use it to short out high tension lines. The closer you are to a power plant, the more likely you would do damage to the plant itself.
Most places where railroad tracks cross a paved street the rails are at the same height as the pavement. This is done for the cars to cross the rails. The idea is to destroy a small section of the rail where it is the same level as the pavement. It could be easier to hide the damage from people who inspect the tracks. Fill it in with sand or something. The crossings are accessible to anyone and wouldn't attract too much attention. Whatever they use to bring down buildings might eat away enough to work. (World Trade Center) Thermite might work. There are recipes for Thermite in the Anarchist Cookbook 2000 that can be found on this page.
This is an idea to blow a hole in an underground pipeline without digging a hole and not spending too much time at the site. Build a large enough bomb to reach to pipeline with it’s explosion. Bring an extra vehicle (disposible) with you to the site. Preferably a truck. Load the truck with sandbags. At the site, remove some sandbags and place on top of the bomb but not enough prevent the truck from driving over it. Drive the truck over the bomb and leave it. Let the air out of the tires. The idea is that the weight placed on top of the bomb helps to direct the blast downward ensuring it destroys the target. It is the same principle used by construction crews when using dynamite. They have massive steel mats they place over the explosives. Finding the location of pipelines is relatively easy. Here in Massachusetts you simple call 1-800-dig-safe

Faraday Cage
Faraday Cage. A Faraday cage is any structure that is encased in metal and grounded to earth. The idea is that it shorts any voltage to ground. It is the same idea as coax cable. Coax cable is used for all broadband. The ground is the braided mesh that surrounds the signal carrier inside. It keeps noise off the signal and improves performance. The National Security Agency (which may be the problem in all of this) has it's headquarters at Ft Meade Maryland encased in copper mesh. This is why. Search youtube.com for NSA and there is a Discovery Channel documentary on it.
Most buildings can be retrofitted to act as a Faraday cage. It may not be as secure as the NSA but good enough. There are a lot of corrugated metal buildings in the country that are used for industrial purposes. If they were sufficiently grounded and a metal roof were added they would make a good Faraday cage. Set up a MASH unit (Mobile Army Surgical Hospital) inside to remove neural implants. A residential house can be made somewhat secure. Aluminum flashing can be put on the floor of the attic, or aluminum screen can be hung in the attic. Metallic paint can be put on the walls.
Noise Generator
Electricity is part of the science of life. All life forms on this planet generate very small electro-magnetic waves that can be picked up by electronic sensors. A Faraday cage can prevent surveillance from the outside but not inside if there are wires that are connected to a utility of some kind. (telephone company, cable or power company) Any wire leaving a building is a highway for surveillance. I have a number of MP3 players that are also an FM radio. The earbuds are the antenna. While the wire is delivering the audio signal to the speakers in the earbuds, it is also sending the recieved signal to the computer (radio). Any unshielded wires in your house, including AC power, could be acting the same. The AC wiring in a house can act like an antenna and pick up and send data to an outside party. The entire electric grid including the telephone poles and all the wires connected could be acting the same. The entire planet could be hooked up to computers acting like HAARP. A huge antenna operating at low frequency and high power. A person's brain gives off about 30 HZ while awake. Steps must be taken to secure the inside if you can't eliminate all utilities. A possible way to defeat the sensors would be to generate a lot of garbage electro-magnetic waves around the people and make it difficult for the sensors to pick up the EMI given off by the people. The people would have to always remain near the generator.
Specific Ideas
1. Spark Generators
Spark transmitters were one of the first Morse Code machines. As radio progressed they were outlawed because they interfered with radio signals. A Jacobs Ladder is a type of spark generator. At high voltages they can interupt everything. The Titanic had a Spark transmitter.
2. Mechanical Generators
Electric motors are notorious for generating noise that interferes with sensitive electronics. All motors have a rotor that must move and be energized at the same time. This is accomplished with a conducting brush that keeps contact with the rotor. It's possible to imitate the noise made by electric motors and then amplify it and broadcast it on an antenna.
3. Electronic Generator
I began experimenting with Texas Instruments MSP430 line of microcontrollers. The Launchpad comes preprogrammed with a software routine that pulses an LED. I theorize you could simply take that pulse, amplify it and put it on an antenna and it might create enough disturbance for one person. It could be made small enough to hang around a person's neck. Another electronic idea is to build a white noise generator, chop up the signal somehow and amplify that.
4. It might be possible to record the noise made by a spark transmitter, make a computer file out of it, then rebroadcast (transmit) it through a cell phone or iPod.
5. Take a spark plug from an internal combustion engine, mount it in a piece of metal to simulate an engine and run it as it would normally be used. It would generate something similar to a Jacob's Ladder or an old fashioned Spark Transmitter.
6. Smarthome sells X10 technology. X10 technology was developed in the 1970's by a company in Scotland. It uses the AC wiring in a house to send control signals to devices connected throughout the house. With a central control panel any light or device can be turned on or off. So it's possible to inject noise onto AC wires.
7. Another method of disabling AC wiring would be to 'tap' the wires like a Morse code key.
8. Filtering is a use of passive componants to eliminate noise. Passive componants consist of capacitors, inductors and resistors. All of these come in voltage ratings high enough for 120 AC. A lowpass filter could be setup near the panel where the wire leaves the building and suppress any frequencies above 60 HZ.
Radio Jamming Equipment
Noise generators prevent signals from being picked up. They could also prevent transmitting. But it might be useful to use the radio spectrum so jamming is more appropriate. In the early days of radar during WWII they discovered the 'microwave hearing effect. It was a clicking noise in the ears of people near the equipment. This technology may be very advanced by now. A possible name is 'electronic brain link'. Jamming is the science of disabling only selected frequencies.
Filtering
Modern communications are necessary to fight back. Data can be carried along with the normal signal. The human voice creates signals between 200HZ and about 30KHZ. Data could be superimposed on top of the voice. Filtering could prevent this. A low pass filter on a phone line could eliminate everything above 30KHZ. This does not totally solve the problem but it might help. Old style phone modems operate around 28KBPS which might get by, but it would slow the problem down.

A faraday cage is an enclosure, room or entire building (like the NSA building at Ft Meade), encased in metal and then grounded to earth. It prevents electromagnetic waves from entering or leaving.
I am not a journalist. I am a victim of illegal surveillence in the United States of America. It has been going on for at least 7 years. I don't know who is responsible, but I have come to believe I am not alone and this has been happening to others since the mid 1950's. The goal of this site is to shock people into asking questions. I insinuate, you investigate. No one person could possibly convince another the scope of the problem facing the United States and other countries. Everyone needs to be concerned enough to ask questions and convince themselves. There is a lot of wrong and conflicting information on this website. This is an addendum to yesterday's 2:30PM post. I don't know how people wind up with an implant but my guess is they're illegal. If they aren't they should be. Maybe someone holds money over your head or it has something to do with aliens, like H G Wells 'War Of The Worlds'. If the document mentioned is correct they wear out eventually. If the reason you got one was aliens from outer space and they try to get you to go back when it begins to fail I would ignore them. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.

I downloaded the document below at least 4 years ago. Technology and medicine advance very quickly these days so I'm not sure how relevent it is. The name on the document, Daryl R Kipke, is the same name of a person who owns a company in Michigan called NeuroNexus Tech. They make and sell neural implants. I know from watching TV that when doctors perform an organ transplant, heart, kidney, liver, etc, the patient must be given anti-rejection drugs. The persons immune system treats the new organ as an invader and tries to kill it. The drugs are supposed to prevent this. Part of the problem with these neural implants is the brain begins to cover it with scar tissue and eventually disables it. Page 9 of this document begins discussing this problem. I don't know how long one would last or if they have overcome this now. Someone could just hold up in a Faraday cage house, apartment or whatever and wait it out. After it stops communicating get the person to a trusted doctor. If the person is on any medication get them off it. There is no telling what it is actually doing.

Laundry Detergent - We were forced, under bogus circumstances, to buy a new washing machine a few years ago. The new machine electronically senses various factors of each individual load and adjusts the settings automatically. The detergent must be marked with "HE" in a circle. The stuff is disgusting. It makes you feel like crap and gets all over everything. I wash now without any detergent. It takes several washes to get it all out of the clothes.
"The Soup Nazi" can get anything into anything and be where you are going to buy it before you get there. I have purchased new sealed items off stores shelves and have had them be bad. When I go to the store I pick out items at random. I try not to think about it before I go. Walk around the store and plan meals as you go.

The WASP Behind The Wall Of Sleep
Why were the Apolcrophyl Books left out of the King James Version of the bible? The King James Version of the bible is used in almost every Protestant church. It was commishioned by King James I of England in 1607. King James I of England was King James VI of Scotland before assuming the English throne. He had ruled for many years. He was taken away from his mother at 13 months and raised by regents who ruled in his place until he was old enough. He claimed he was a Proetstant but his mother, Mary Queen of Scots was a Catholic. She was born Catholic she died Catholic. She abdicated the throne to James when he was 13 months due to a scandal. He never saw her again. The Renaissance began about the year 1400. One of the first things that happened was the translation of the bible into different languages and printed and circulated among the peasants. The Catholic church still uses the Roman Vulgate.
The reign of Julius Caesar marked the end of the Roman Republic and the beginning of the Roman Empire. It was helped along by the arrival in Rome of Cleopatra the last Ptolemy king of Egypt. Rome conquered Egypt just after. Or did they? Who conquered who? The Ptolemy kings of Egypt were descended from a general in Alexander The Greats army. They spoke Greek. Was Caesar being manipulated like everyone else down through history? When Thomas Paine says "Monarchy is the folly of the ancients", what does he mean? Were Julius Caesar and Henry VIII both being manipulated by the Priests of the Temple of Syrinx? Why did Shakespeare write about Julius Caesar?
My answer to why the Apolcrophyl Books were left out of the bible. The English pose special problems to the powers that be.

The Philibuster, Why Don't You Shutup Son
Here are two reasons why I won't shutup. Number one, my mouth is my rampage it's over when YOU finish it. Number two is the TV. I began sending email in the summer of 2007. I spent the summer of 2008 locked up in a mental hospital. I began suffering 'The Soup Nazi' around the same time. In an effort to defeat 'The Soup Nazi' I beagn frequenting a local grocery store named Jonny's Foodmaster. It's within walking distance. I would walk around the store and pick out a few things at random. I figured they couldn't stock the entire store with bad items. I tried to abandon all brand loyalty and eat different items as often as I could. I may have started this practice in 2010. In Nov 2012 it was announced that Jonny's was closing and a Whole Foods market would take it's place. I considered this a slap in the face because Whole Foods is mostly for rich people. Anyway, the Whole Foods opened in Aug 2012. Somehow they managed to staff an entire store with people who had no clue what had been happening for the past two years. I'm pretty sure everyone at Jonny's knew what was going on. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the entire city of Brockton was still in the dark. So I repeat myself over and over for the never ending stream of newbies to the site.

Yesterday I said something about Mark Twains story "The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County". I believe the frog, Daniel Webster, is a Massachusetts Senator from the 1800's. In the story he gets loaded down with shot. Shot is lead pellets they used to load in shotguns. This is my explanation for that. Alexis de Tocqueville was a writer from the very early 1800's. He was the son of French nobility that survived the French Revolution. In his early life he traveled through America, England and Ireland and wrote a book titled "Democracy in America". In the book he says that when the American people discover they can raise taxes and then vote themselves welfare the end is near. On a side note, there are people who believe Jefferson purchased the Louisiana Territory from Napolean so French nobles could escape. Mark Twain grew up there and might know. Jefferson was from the south and he was a Freemason.
I think it was Hitler, or maybe Goebels, who said "The German youth are the future of Germany". The Nazi's knew you could teach the young anything because they're a blank slate. I don't know what they teach in Parochial schools but I suspect it's willful and malicious mis-information or willful and malicious omission of information. Sometime last week I heard this "Shakespeare was a Tudor propagandist".

The Catholic church is a power mad organization. They despise any system anywhere that has elements of liberalism, democracy or parlimentarianism. Any system where there is government by the consent of the people. They are power mad psychopaths. I am descended from the original people who settled New England. I am a WASP. White Anglo Saxon Protestant. Though I am not religious and never will be. This is why I am a target.
My last post Sept 24 concerned the history of England. England developed a system of consent by the people free from all other infuences of Europe. England has been at odds with the Catholic church ever since. I am descended from these people. Massachusetts was originally much like England.
I have come to believe that July 4 1776 was a coup de tat for the Pope. We fought a revolution and liberated ourselves from ourselves. We wanted freedom we got capitalism. The Freemasons, like Opus Dei, was and is a secret organization run by the Pope. Opus Dei was founded just before WWII in Spain to help stop liberalism in Europe.
Whoever has all this surveillance is running everything. I believe it's the company of Jesus, the Jesuits. The same people who are behind the Freemasons and Opus Dei. I also believe many people in Washington are not aware of the surveillance. My evidence for this is very scant. I have two reasons why I make no attempt to talk to anyone or join any groups. The surveillance is the first. Everyone is a liar or can be made to lie. Everything I know is wrong (or it was that way) and everything everyone else knows is wrong so I figure there's no point. The second reason is this, it was Thomas Paine who said "Monarchy is the folly of the ancients". It goes against the goal of a government by consent of the people when too much is expected of one person. A popular uprising must be by many who agree. If, however, a small group of people do end up in control I suggest using synthetic telepathy to weed out the conspirators.
Some of my evidence to suggest people in Washington don't know what's going on is this. There is a song by Black Sabbath tilted 'The WASP/Behind the Wall of Sleep'. That's it, the title. I can't go out and talk to anyone so this is it. Mark Twain wrote a short story tilted "The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County". He wrote this very early in his career while living in Nevada. The frogs name is Daniel Webster. Daniel Webster was a famous Republican Senator from Massachusetts at the time. He was in love with capitalism. If you read the story it implies Webster didn't know what was going on. Mark Twain was a 33rd degree Freemason. He was born in Missouri. Missouri was admitted as a slave state in 1820. At the same time Maine was carved out of Massachusetts to keep the number of slaves states and free states even. It was called the Missouri Comprimise. As a Freemasom Twain would know what is happening.

I have been watching a BBC documentary on the history of England. This is what I have learned so far. England was part of the Roman Empire until it collapsed around 350 AD. The reasons for the collapse of the Roman Empire were many. Approximately 450 AD the Anglo-Saxons invaded England and in a hundred years or so completely wiped out all Roman influence. From around 600 AD on English civilization flourished free from all European influences. England was made up of 9 or 10 kingdoms. Around 780 AD Offer King of Mercia united most of the country. In 860 AD the first Viking invasion began. By 900 AD the first invasion had ended with the Anglo-Saxons still in charge. Around 1000 AD the second Viking invasion began. The second invasion was a little more successful and by 1025 AD King Canute, a viking, was in charge. He accepted many Anglo-Saxon ways including liberal or parlimentary ideas. Canute dies in 1037 AD and Edward the Confessor becomes king. He is descended from House of Wessux so in effect the Anglo-Saxons were back in control. Edward dies childless (this becomes a theme, I think they call it "The Wall") . During Edwards reign he fought for control with Goodwin, the Earl of Wessux, who is very powerful. The other Earls decide not to fight a civil war because of the threat of another Viking invasion. This is a typical liberal, parlimentary idea that is completely foreign to Romanists. Goodwin dies 1055 AD leaving his lands to his two sons Harold and Tostig. Tostig rules over the northern part and Harold the southern. When Edward the Confessor dies Harold assumes the throne. There is confusion as to who is the rightful heir. Edward is childless. William the Conqueror, a Viking from Normandy, claims Edward promised him the throne. As evidence he points to a church Edward built in Normandy. He claims it was a political move, that Edward was looking to the future and knew it was best for England to be allied to the continent. Harold assumed the throne anyway. In 1066 William the Conqueror invaded England and defeated Harold at the Battle of Hastings. William then began a bloody crackdown and killed many Anglo-Saxons. The lesson is that without other European influence white people developed a culture that was more compassionate and fair. England was governed by the consent of the people not brute force from the top.

Fe Fi Fo Fum I hear the engine of Pope Slug scum.... (Steve McQueen - Rump Ranger, Hershey Highway Man, Bum Chum) The V-Man (shhhh I'm not supposed to talk about him) has a white Mustang. Every so often he takes it out of the garage and revs the engine. Fridays he takes it somewhere. Probably the nearest rest stop on Rt 3 for a chow down with the fag men. At the root of the primary definition of noosphere is a dual perception: that life on Earth is a unity constituting a whole system known as the biosphere; and that the mind or consciousness of life - the Earth’s thinking layer - constitutes a unity that is discontinuous but coextensive with the entire system of life on Earth, inclusive of its inorganic support systems. A third critical premise arising from the first two is that the noosphere defines the inevitable next stage of terrestrial evolution, which will subsume and transform the biosphere.
How this evolutionary shift might occur is at the crux of the experiment, Noosphere II. Though little else is known concerning Édouard Le Roy, our ideas about the noosphere and the transition from the biosphere to the noosphere are largely derived from the perceptions of Teilhard de Chardin and Vernadsky, along with the work of American Physicist, Oliver Reiser. We will summarize these viewpoints below.
1. Pierre Teilhard de Chardin foresaw the emergence of the noosphere at a peak mystical moment referred to as the Omega Point. This moment would be the result of the interactions of increasing activity of human networks creating a highly charged “thinking layer.” Teilhard speaks of there being planets with noosphere - planets in which the thinking layer advances to the stage where it produces a noosphere, the mental sheathe “above and discontinuous with the biosphere.” Thus Teilhard de Chardin wrote of a “... network of links ... more and more literally present, in the immensity of their organism, as the image of a nervous system...” This nervous system would be the function of a “... geotechnology extending a closely interdependent network of its enterprises over the whole earth ...”
Since Teilhard de Chardin’s death in 1955 when his books could finally be published, most notably the Phenomenon of Man (1959) and the Future of Man (1964), the advance of the biosphere into a transitional stage, the technosphere, has seen the virtual fulfillment of de Chardin’s prerequisite for the manifestation of the noosphere, a global information network - a geotechnology - the Internet. As the penultimate stage in the development of an actual freely functioning thinking layer, the Internet is the means of electronically linking up the noosphere prior to the mystical moment of the Omega Point - “At that node of ultimate synthesis, the internal spark of consciousness that evolution has slowly banked into a roaring fire will finally consume the universe itself. Our ancient itch to flee this woeful orb will finally be satisfied as the immense expanse of cosmic matter collapses like some mathematician’s hypercube into absolute spirit.” (www.noosphere.princeton.edu.com)
2. Vladimir Vernadsky and the Russian School . Vernadsky, key theoretician of the biosphere (Biosphere, 1926), took for his point of departure for the advent of the noosphere the issue of biogeochemical combustion, represented by man’s thought translated into the form of technological work. Though he never used the word “technosphere,” Vernadsky’s prerequisite for the coming of the noosphere all but presupposes the existence of the technosphere, for in his perception the impact of industrialization is actually affecting the geological timing, bringing about a mutational phase known as the biosphere-noosphere transition. Vernadsky was acutely aware of the political and environmental implications of the accelerated increase of the machine in human society, which he wrote, “proceeds in geometrical progression, just like the production of living matter, man included ... Statesmen should be aware of the present elemental process of transition of the biosphere into the noosphere ... the fundamental property of biogeochemical energy is clearly revealed in the growth of free energy in the biosphere with the progress of geological time, especially in relation to its transition into the noosphere.” Problems in Biogeochemistry II (1944)
In the time since Vernadsky's death in 1945, his prerequisite of a peak of biogeochemical combustion to precipitate the noosphere is all but fulfilled in the complex fact of global warming. Little known in the West, Vernadsky enjoys an enormous stature in Russia where his thought has affected virtually all of Russian science since him, spawning such schools as cosmism, the perception of cosmic processes in terrestrial affairs, and many subgroups within the Russian Academy of Sciences devoted to exploring the implications and aspects of his ideas. These include the work of N. A. Kozyrev on time, Alexei Dmitriev on the transformation of solar fields, and the Kaznacheev school of Cosmic Anthropoecology.
3. Oliver Reiser. In his book Cosmic Humanism (1966), Oliver Reiser, an unusual and little known American visionary physicist and whole systems thinker, advances his idea of the noosphere. In a chapter entitled “The Radiation Belts of Thought,” he puts forth the notion of Earth’s psi fields. His rather elaborate theory - the Psi Fields and the World Sensorium - is based on two discoveries not known to Vernadsky, nor, it would seem, to Teilhard de Chardin - the DNA and the Earth’s radiation belts. Reiser presciently locates the world brain - noosphere - within the electromagnetic field of the radiation belts, including the program of the DNA, which creates the “planetary thought belts.” While Vernadsky and Teilhard de Chardin are quite vague in an actual description of the noosphere, Reiser supplies a great amount of scientific detail, integrating the evolving components of science into a system of cosmoecology, inclusive of Carl Jung’s notion of synchronicity.
In “Projects Prometheus and Krishna,” Appendix II to his fascinating synthesis, Reiser takes full cognizance of the contribution of Vernadsky and Teilhard de Chardin. Reiser cites Vernadsky’s calling attention to the process of social synthesis, “whereby mankind become a single totality in the life of the Earth, and the psychozoic era of the earth’s biosphere be transformed into the noosphere.” Taking account of the sequence of spherical shells constituting the whole system earth - the barysphere, lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere - he writes, “Now, at long last, the processes of cultural evolution have generated another envelope, superimposed on the biosphere, i.e., a ‘sheet of humanized and socialized matter,’ which is the noosphere.” (p.557, Cosmic Humanism).
4. Jung, Fuller, Sheldrake, Russell, Biosphere 2, et al. Following Reiser’s synthesizing work some such notion of the noosphere or psi fields was taken up by various thinkers though none approaching the whole system completeness of Vernadsky, de Chardin or Reiser. The work of Carl Jung on synchronicity and archetypal theory is a natural adjunct to a theory of the noosphere which would assume a common “collective unconscious” - the noosphere being the common collective conscious field of the Earth. The idea of synchronicity further assumes a method of telepathy or a parapsychological medium of communication within the common field of the collective unconscious. The vindication of Jung’s theories (and of Reiser as well) came with the 1973 discovery by Martin Shoenberger (The I Ching and the Genetic Code, The Hidden Key to Life, 1973) of the exact identity of the binary code of the I Ching and DNA, a discovery which had to raise the issue of a synchronistic medium of communication within some great planetary field of thought - the World Sensorium.
In Rupert Sheldrake’s A New Science of Life: The Hypothesis of Formative Causation (1982), the notion of morphogenetic fields advances an explanation of an essentially telepathic intraspecies medium of communication. Peter Russell’s notion of the Global Brain (1982) builds on the electronic communication and nervous system metaphor of the noosphere to establish the idea of the noosphere as a planetary global brain. Buckminster Fuller’s concepts for developing a whole system design perception of the Earth - Synergetics: Explorations in the Geometry of Thinking (1975) and Operating Manual for Spaceship Earth (1969) - are also fundamental to a theory of the noosphere as intrinsic to a view of the planet as an evolving organism, an idea also articulated in James Lovelock’s Gaia Hypothesis (1981).
The work of the Ecotechnics Institute/Biosphere 2 project which evolved over the 1980s and 90’s also needs to be cited. This includes the work of Tango Snyder, John Allen and Mark Nelson, as well as the pioneers of the actual Biosphere 2 experiment outside of Tucson, 1991-1993. While the Biosphere Catalog (1985), edited by Tango Snyder, is the first to fully elaborate a description of the technosphere, Space Biospheres (1989) by Allen and Nelson define two other spheres which could be called sub functions of the technosphere: the cybersphere - Teilhard de Chardin’s geotechnological information network - and the ethnosphere, what Cosmic History would define as the field of the hybrid planetary human hooked up by the cybersphere and living an unconsciously yet technologically unified life within the technosphere. While much of the work of the Biosphere 2 project (Life Under Glass, A Look Inside Biosphere 2, by Abigail Ailing and Mark Nelson, 1993) was aimed at seeing what possibility might exist for transporting the Earth’s biosphere to other planets - namely Mars - still, the experimental effort in and of itself advanced the possibility of humans breaking out of the mold, while on Earth, to experience in a defined environment the nature of the biosphere - and by doing it consciously, actually anticipating the noosphere.
In conclusion, mention should be made of the fact that on the virtual noosphere, the Internet, there is a web site http://www.noosphere.princeton.edu.com conducting tests in global consciousness entitled the “Global Consciousness Project: Registering Coherence and Resonance in the World.” The Noosphere is defined by this Internet group "as the sum total of all human knowledge and experience. This would include everything from our most private dreams to our knowledge of Universe itself. With accelerating technology as its catalyst, our noosphere is expanding at its greatest rate in history.”
In contemporary Russia, the noosphere has advanced to the stage of establishing different versions of a ‘Noospheric Congress.’ In Altai, one such effort was aimed at functioning within the existing parliamentary government system as a higher consciousness biospheric steering committee. The other effort is known as the Noosphere Spiritual Ecological World Assembly (www.newhumanity.org.ru), which has already begun a process of setting up the standards “whereby mankind become a single totality in the life of the Earth.” It might be added that, in general, in the 1980s and 90s the idea of the noosphere or global brain or gaia consciousness had become a common belief in the New Age Movement
5. José Argüelles/Valum Votan. The work of José Argüelles (Valum Votan) forms an essential conclusion to the theory of the noosphere which at the same time takes the first steps toward creating experimental techniques for actually precipitating the noosphere into conscious manifestation. The fundamental premise of Arguelles’ theory of the noosphere is that it can only come into manifestation through a conscious effort on the part of at least an informed and enlightened human minority. Arguelles’ activist inclination toward manifesting the noosphere began with his work in the creation of the First Whole Earth Festival (1970), the vision of which was to set up a global village linked by prayer and meditation with other event points on the planet. This landmark occasion brought him into contact with astrologer and whole system philosopher, Dane Rudhyar, whose Planetarization of Consciousness (1970) is a definitive statement in the direction of spiritually comprehending the noosphere as a planetary sense organ opening it to “galactic consciousness.” The holistic perception of the Earth was conveyed in Arguelles’ Mandala (1972), while in the Transformative Vision (1975), he developed a view of the planetary mind utilizing the model of the two cerebral hemispheres as an analog to the Eastern and Western global hemispheres, as well as comprehending a type of dialectical process evolving toward a unified field of global consciousness.
But it is in Earth Ascending, an illustrated Treatise on the Law Governing Whole Systems (1984, 1988, 1996), that Arguelles stepped fully into the mainstream of defining the noosphere. While synthesizing the work of Teilhard de Chardin and Oliver Reiser (in the first edition of this book he had not yet been aware of Vernadsky), the main contribution of Arguelles was to establish the principle of the psi bank as the regulator and information storage and retrieval mechanism of the noosphere. In the perception of Earth Ascending the psi bank/noosphere has always been operating as long as there has been life on Earth, but until a moment in the imminent future, Teilhard de Chardin’s Omega Point, it has remained in the unconscious.
The description and definition of the psi bank was the first step in describing the noosphere’s mechanism of consciousness. Accordingly, the psi bank is responsible for moderating the different stages not only in the evolution of life, but in the evolution of consciousness as well. This is because the psi bank program maintained between the Van Allen electromagnetic radiation belts (as posited by Reiser) consists of the DNA information structures as they are in turn regulated by a field of four bipolar “psi plates” - the actual timing apparatus of the noosphere.
In 1969, Arguelles had already written of the I Ching as a computer model, a point noted in the Foreword to Schønberger’s I Ching and the Genetic Code. With the psi bank model, Arguelles was able to take the I Ching/DNA code as a type of planetary computer program and mathematically integrate it into the mathematical code of the Mayan calendar system, the tzolkin. The common mathematical key, Arguelles discovered, was that any magic square of eight (the same mathematical matrix as the DNA/I Ching) has an array of 260, that is any row always adds up to 260, horizontally or vertically.
Arguelles knew this number was the key to the tzolkin, the 13 x 20 (= 260) “time matrix” upon which the Mayan calendar is based. Utilizing Reiser’s hypothesis of the psi field as a kind of DNA thought belt located in the radiation field, while finding the design key to place the DNA in the Tzolkin matrix, Arguelles was able to unlock a great system of codes underlying the programs governing the historical manifestation of civilization and its imminent transformation into a stage of galactic civilization and consciousness - the noosphere made manifest.
Having worked for many years with the tzolkin as a permutational matrix accounting for the Mayan calendar’s supreme perfection among all world calendars, and following its noospheric decoding in Earth Ascending, Arguelles went on to two more landmark noospheric event points. One was the globally synchronized meditation, the Harmonic Convergence, which actually worked with setting up a planetary field of consciousness by focusing meditations prophetically timed to occur at key sacred sites around the planet; and the accompanying text, the Mayan Factor, Path Beyond technology (1987).
In the Mayan Factor, with the understanding of the 13 x 20 Mayan calendar matrix as the timing regulator of Earth’s psi bank regulator, Arguelles was able to determine that the Great Cycle of history, 13 baktuns or 260 katuns in duration, the basis of the Mayan Long Count, from 3113 BC to 2012 AD, was also mathematically indistinguishable from the tzolkin matrix. This meant that all of history was a function of the psi bank program.
The Great Cycle so defined also gave a precise timing to the third and fourth terms of the holonomic equation - “man transforms nature” - now defined as the cycle of history from 3113 BC to 1987; while ”nature evaluates man’s transformation” is defined by the brief span between 1987 and 2012. The fifth and concluding term, “man and nature synthesize” would begin after the end of the cycle of history in 2012. Was 2012 Teilhard de Chardin’s Omega Point? If so, then the period between 1987 and 2012 would also define the time of Vernadsky’s biosphere-noosphere transition.

The Blair Witch Project
The Blair Witch Project is a 1999 American horror film written and directed by Eduardo Sanchez and Daniel Myrick. The film was produced by the Haxan Films production company. Though fictional, it is presented as "found footage", as if pieced together from amateur footage, and popularised this style of horror movie. The film relates the story of three student filmmakers (Heather Donahue, Joshua Leonard, and Michael C. Williams) who disappeared while hiking in the Black Hills near Burkittsville, Maryland in 1994 to film a documentary about a local legend known as the Blair Witch. The viewers are told the three were never seen or heard from again, although their video and sound equipment (along with most of the footage they shot) was discovered a year later by the police department and that this "recovered footage" is the film the viewer is watching.
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin SJ (May 1, 1881 – April 10, 1955) was a French philosopher and Jesuit priest who trained as a paleontologist and geologist and took part in the discovery of Peking Man. Teilhard conceived the idea of the Omega Point (a maximum level of complexity and consciousness towards which he believed the universe was evolving) and developed Vladimir Vernadsky's concept of Noosphere. Teilhard de Chardin has two comprehensive works. First, The Phenomenon of Man, sets forth a sweeping account of the unfolding of the cosmos and the evolution of matter to humanity to ultimately a reunion with Christ. Following the leads of St. Ambrose and St. Augustine, he abandoned literal interpretations of creation in the Book of Genesis in favor of an allegorial and theological interpretations. Teilhard and his work have a continuing presence in the arts and culture. He inspired a number of characters in literary works. References range from occasional quotations—an auto mechanic quotes Teilhard in Philip K. Dick's A Scanner Darkly – to serving as the philosophical underpinning of the plot, as Teilhard's work does in Julian May's 1987–94 Galactic Milieu Series. Teilhard also plays a major role in Annie Dillard's 1999 For the Time Being. Characters based on Teilhard appear in several novels, including Jean Telemond in Morris West's The Shoes of the Fisherman (mentioned by name and quoted by Oskar Werner playing Fr. Telemond in the movie version of the novel) and Father Lankester Merrin in William Peter Blatty's The Exorcist. In Dan Simmons' 1989–97 Hyperion Cantos, Teilhard de Chardin has been canonized a saint in the far future. His work inspires the anthropologist priest character, Paul Dure. I have been getting a lot of stories about fracking on my television. And about rain in Colorado. I wonder if these are cover stories for something or stories someone is planting to pass on information. Fracking is when they use explosives in a deep well to get more out of it. This is a complete guess. I proposed a device made from an 18-wheeler alltenator that could produce enough of a powerful pulse to destroy the antenna system of a neural implant. A neural implant must have an antenna. It has to be very small because of where it ends up. It has to operate on a microwave frequency and be capable of handling only small amounts of current. The idea was to run a large truck altennator with the drive train of a small van and have it produce a large enough pulse of energy to destroy the antenna. I got the idea from the fact that Ham radio’s sometimes use a pulse suppressor to protect their expensive equipment from large surges of current. I have been thinking some about one of my ideas to get neural implants removed from people. The idea is to try to blow up the implant while it is still inside and working by trying to overload the antenna. Ham radio systems are very expensive so operators protect their equipment with surge suppressors connected to the antenna to prevent a massive spike coming through the antenna. Any antenna on a neural implant has to be very small because of the size and thus capable of handling only small amounts of current. A large enough spike could blow it up and stop communication. The device could be removed later. The idea was to outfit a van with equipment powerful enough to do it at a safe distance. You could just drive around an inner city area blowing it off and leaving behind ‘disconnected’ people. My current thinking had me cutting a hole in the floor of the van to connect a generator by a belt to the drive shaft and running the spike machine from the generator. You could place a large reflector between the back of the van and the driving compartment and direct the energy away from the driver. Anyway. The V-man (I’m not supposed to talk about him) across the street suddenly has a white van parked in his driveway. I never verbalized any of this to anyone. I am now writing it down. I noticed quite some time ago the V-man no longer had a business truck. What does the appearance of the white truck tell me? One the V-man has access to synthetic telepathy. But how? Is he getting real time updates 24/7/356 and my thoughts are making him crazy? If he’s a good guy why doesn’t he just introduce himself? Why is everything some sort of conspiracy? If his complaint is legitimate, why doesn’t he say so? How did he wind up with the Salvucci’s house?

Capitalism is romanism. Capitalism is a very sophisticated system of slavery. Any slave system is supposed to overproduce for the benefit of a few at the top. Man, like any animal, must be motivated to produce more than he needs so capitalism has whipping boys. Scarecrows, a not so friendly reminder for everyone else to show up on Sunday and work hard all week. Capitalism is also it's own worst enemy in that it creates an environment where too many people compete for too few spots at the top and too many people in general. So many people must be eliminated right from the start. The church is an integral part of the system. It keeps the people at the bottom convinced that love is everywhere and to do whatever the church says because it is right. A very powerful tool for solving the problem of too many people. Pyramus and Thisbe is a play that is performed by characters in Shakespeares play 'A Midsummers Night Dream'. A play within a play. It is about 2 lovers who die tragically. It dates back to Babylonian times. It could be compared to 'Alices Adventures in Wonderland'. So, it might be a scam run by the church that results in 2 people dying. How would you get that to work unless the people in the church didn't understand the ending? HMMMM. There are elements of Pyramus and Thisbe in the song 'All Along The Watchtower'. Maybe the key to the significance of The British Museum isn't it's collection of ancient Egyptian papyrus's but all the English literature produced from the time of Shakespeare? Two other plays by Shakespeare are 'Much Ado About Nothing' and 'The Taming Of The Shrew'. A shrew is a small mouse. I'm just sayin.

There are two things happening, one the Fabian Society believes it is slowly implementing global socialism through a policy of gradual change and the other is the Apolcalypse. The end of the world. The Fabian Society may just be a way to keep our 'elected' officials occupied while the Apolcalypse happens. Both are the end result of decades of capitalism. To decide which one is the real thing all anyone has to do is look around them. Chances are very good the rivers and streams near where you live are choked with weeds and debris and trash and would be unusable if society collapsed. Most of the wild game is gone making food hard to come by. Man has become hopelessly dependent of oil for the food supply. Most people don't know anything about agriculture anymore. There are too many people. If the oil were cutoff there would be complete chaos, the Apolcalypse. Another one of his stunts was going to Egypt and spending the night in the pyramids with his new wife. He later said this is where he was given the secret of his religion Thelema. What he may have really been trying to do is call attention to the Apolcalypse as it was being engineered by the church. Many believe the Bible is copied from the Egyptian Book Of The Dead and the Tibeten Book Of The Dead. The British Museum in London has the largest collection of the papyruses. The end result of capitalism is the Apolcalypse, but it has nothing to do with religion other than they are responsible for it.

"Liberalism Is A Mental Disorder"

I have been reading books by Edmond Paris, a harsh critic of the Pope and the Jesuits. He constantly repeats the idea that the thing the Pope hates the most is anything that is 'liberal' in politics. 'Liberalism' is the sworn enemy of the Catholic Church. Liberalism is anything where the people at the bottom have any say: democracy, communism, trade unionism etc. According to this theory America would be the absolute anti-christ of church enemies, but there is much evidence that the church created and controls America. And has right from the beginning. Thomas Paine wrote the pamphlet 'Common Sense' that helped get the American revolution off the ground. In it he criticizes the English form of government as only having the illusion of freedom. All anyone needs is the House of Lords and the King or Queen to control legislation, the House of Commons is powerless and only gives the illusion of freedom. 'Common Sense' was written before the revolution so it doesn't say anything about the American federal government but it is pretty much the same. All anyone needs is a handful of senators and the president to control the government. Thomas Paine also participated in the French Revolution after the American. He had contact with someone named Nicholas Bonneville who wrote a book accusing Jesuits of trying to put Templar symbols into Freemasonry. Why would they do that? Were they trying to cover thier tracks? Freemasonry openly boasts of it's responsibility for the American Revolution. Was Freemasonry a secret Jesuit society like Opus Dei? Is it still? Edmond Paris states that as of the time of Voltaire 6000 books had been written about the Jesuits. That was 200 years ago. How many are there today? Could they prove America was created by the Jesuits and has been controlled by them ever since? This is not a free country and never has been. So anytime 'liberalism' gets out of control the church has to come up with a way to reverse it. There has never been a satisfactory reason for the first World War. Officially it was the assassination of Arch Duke Ferdinand of Austria. I have decided to see if I can prove it was actually the spread of liberalism, so I made a list of European country's and will try to study the history of each from 1850 to the outbreak of war in 1914. This is what I will look for: trade unionism, separation of church and state, protestantism, land reform, socialism (defined as any law or system where the people at the bottom make the rules), assassination of any person who was a leader of any liberal cause.

Pyramus and Thisbe
'Pyramus and Thisbe' is a play enacted by some of the characters in Shakespeare's play 'A Midsummer's Night Dream'. It is about a 'wall' that is between two lovers. The story of 'Pyramus and Thisbe' dates back to Babylonian times. Many people who suffer 'The Wall' believe, or actually know because they confront the pig vomit, that it is erected by the church, so it is common for those suffering from it to attack the church. One such person may have been E A Wallis Budge. (wall budge???) He spent his life researching 'The Egyptian Book of the Dead' and 'The Tibeten Book of the Dead', of which there are great similarities. 'The Egyptian Book of the Dead' was a papyrus that was placed in the tomb for all who died. The more money and status a person had in Egypt the more expensive and complete book they had buried with them. The British Museum has the largest collection of these books. All of them were written in hieroglyphics, the ancient written form of language of the Egyptians. The language was finally deciphered when 'The Rosetta Stone' was discovered around the year 1800 AD. Many of the stories in the Old Testament have direct correlation to both the Egyptian and Tibetan books. 'The Wall' is also a Rock Opera by Pink Floyd. When I walk up to Starbucks I pass a lot of old houses on Columbian St. Last summer the house pictured below changed hands. There was an estate sale one weekend and the house was sold the next. ??? There were 2 black mental health workers who spoke with very thick African accents. I'm pretty sure it was African. There names were Ben and Olo. Olo being his first name. I know Olu was aware of my every thought. I won't explain how, it was an incident between us. (kinda like Leah aka Electric Lady Land) Thus the name 'OLOHAN'.
The Weymouth Starbucks is in front of a small shopping plaza named 'The Pleasant Shops'. There was a local grocery store in the mall for years named 'Jonny's Foodmaster'. Last fall it closed suddenly and it was announced a 'Whole Foods' market was taking it's place. They have spent almost 6 months taking it apart and getting the store ready. Which seems like a lot of time. There is a Walgreens across the street that took only a couple months to build. Building and all. But for some reason this existing store is dragging on and on. Whole Foods is an upscale type store and doesn't really make sense in S Weymouth. I think it's dig at me because I don't like rich people.

When I was a kid it was always fun to receive a chain letter. I don't exactly remember what the purpose was, it might have varied. When I send email anonymously this is what I do. I go to a search engine, google.com, ask.com, yahoo.com, bing.com, and type in a word, any word, and then go down the list until my email stops. When I go to a page I look for the 'Contact' link. There is always someboby's email. Today, for example I went to google.com and typed the word 'program'. In the event some people don't know how to use the computer's 'clipboard' I will try to explain. The 'clipboard' is a space in the computer's working memory that can be used to store text or other data that you use over and over. When you click on one of the links below it should open in a seperate browser tab. With that tab active go to the 'EDIT' menu of the browser program and pick 'SELECT ALL'. Everything in that tab should be highlighted. Then go to the 'EDIT' menu and pick 'COPY'. That text is now on the clipboard and can be used over and over without typing it again and again. When you click on the link for someones email you insert the curser into the body of the email and go to the 'EDIT' menu for the email program and pick 'PASTE'. All the text is automatically inserted into the email. You can send the email without a subject.

She Came In Through The Bathroom Window
When I was young there were 2 or 3 girls everyone wanted to go steady with. That's what we called it 'go steady'. One of those girls was Janet Pascalucci. She was catholic (duh). I met her through some of the other catholic kids in the neighborhood. She attended St Francis through the eigth grade then went on to catholic high school. Not all catholic kids did that. Her father, supposedly, had a lot of money. He did construction. They lived on Pine St in a big house set back from the road with a gate. Two of the kids I hung around with were Alan Wingate and Bill Flavin. Both of whom were kinda the neighborhood tuff's that were really big into dealing drugs. Bill Flavin lived in my neighborhood and I knew him all my life. The Wingates lived in a neighborhood near Columbian Square. Alan's mother worked for Pascalucci as his secretary. He had given her this really expensive ashtray that was supposed to be worth $500 or some thing ridiculous like that. Someone would steal it every so often and there was a big to-do about it. "She came in through the bathroom window, protected by a silver spoon...." Bill was really into dealing so he knew all the cops. One day in junior high we were outside and Greenwood walked by (I think he was both a cop and a teacher) and said "Hey Bill hows business..? and without waiting for an answer he said "... got it's up's and down's I bet..." "..she came in through the bathroom window...." Bill and I did a lot of strange things. One day he convinced me to go to South Shore Hospital with him after school. I don't remember what the excuse was but we ended up sneaking into the morgue. ???? Bill and Janet ended up dating at one point and I thought that made no sense whatsoever. Talk about worlds apart. "...she came in through the bathroom window..." One day we went to the Knights of Columbus Hall in Columbian Square to watch her in a dance class. There were two or three of us. I don't know why they invited me. "...she came in through the bathroom window...." I was in a Rock band as a kid called Tyme. Bill had a band called Onyx. We had both stopped playing by High School. While in High School Bill talked me into doing a gig at Janet's house for some special occasion. It was going to be full of Catholic High kids. I was warned ahead of time they were very nasty. I think that comes with getting away with crimes against humanity century after century. Bill almost got beat up.
